Not everyone gets to experience the raw, wild thrill of fucking strangers—let alone cumming deep inside me—while the rest of my body is completely occupied.🔥🫦🍼💦

2024 was a year where I got to do so much. I got to act in the series My Stand-in, and I got to know so many of fans, through it. The most important thing this year was meeting Poom, finding a partner who's so good and really understands me. I also got to make a Photobook together with Poom, and held another fan meeting, Let's Grow Up Together. One more thing I want to say is that I always quietly read all the encouragement from everyone on social media. It really helps a lot. Thank you. #5YearsWithMayo

I can now officially introduce my Thailand Venue 3D website. The original idea behind this website was to help fans from different countries get a basic feel for a venue before attending an event for their favorite artists. It allows you to explore the venue in advance and get a general understanding of both the venue itself and your approximate seating location. At the moment, the website is operated and maintained entirely by me. Information about the venues and seating layouts is collected from various online sources, including CAD files, 3D models, official venue information, ticketing pages, and other publicly available references. The 3D models and website are built using technologies including Blender and Three.js, while Claude and Codex are used to assist with coding and development. Please note that all models and information on the website are provided for reference only and may not fully represent your actual experience at the venue. If you encounter any bugs or issues, you can contact me through the email address listed at the bottom of the website. You are also very welcome to send me basic information, venue details, or feedback from events you have personally attended. Your contributions can help me improve the accuracy and completeness of the website and make it more useful for everyone. The website will continue to receive regular optimizations and updates. Any new features added in the future will also be clearly indicated within the website.

My friend told me to dance exactly in the middle even if it's where everyone walks. So i was a tipsy sub standing in the middle of the path, moving my hips and swinging my body with music while strangers kept passing and looking at me this Christmas Eve How is it ?

My stepdad was illegally abducted by ICE. Then moved to Arizona. All in a matter of a few days. Completely disrupting my family just days before Thanksgiving. I know I am not alone. I know this is happening to thousands of Americans right now. But let me make something clear While this is the State Department clearly targeting me, the surveillance state apparatus has grown out of control. They are now spying on people like Steve Witkoff by leaking details of his conversations with Russians trying to end the war in Ukraine. The 'deep state' has gone completely rogue and is ALREADY being used against you too. I urge everyone to watch Glenn Greenwald's latest coverage of the Witkoff leaks to realize they are coming for YOU next.

Now we've reached 2023. This year felt like starting a new chapter in my life. I got to do so many things I'd never done before. I held my own first offline fan meeting, UPPINIHAAN (and the year-end fan meeting, let me count that as another whole year again haha). I also got to co-produce the series Step By Step, which is another role I'm really proud of. Thank you for still holding my hand so warmly, and for coming all this way with me. #5YearsWithMayo

Prison. Drug addiction. Abandonment. None of that shit could keep us apart. While you mfers been playing small worrying about DM’ing me to take shit down- I been fixing my fucking family and breaking the fucking chains of all the bullshit. I brought my mom’s ashes to Italy to finally lay her to rest with our family. It’s time to leave all the pain behind. This shit is not for new followers. This is all of my heart and pain.

I don’t personally agree with some aspects of this video based on my own experience, but I thought it was useful to reflect on. I’ve found deep content in becoming a family man that nothing else has compared to. While I do strive to provide more for my family and remain present and nurturing, it is not out of a desire to seek freedom or anything else of that nature. Service to others beats service to self in how it feels 100% of the time, but it is also important that you do not pour from an empty cup. A balance must be struck. Something my mentor told me awhile back has stuck with me since. Depressed = Deep Rest. I definitely tried to maintain that permanent state of contentment with drugs in the past, it does not work. I absolutely agree with that. The body will always find homeostasis.

I had no idea that horses are physically unable to dream unless they feel safe enough to lie down. They sleep standing up most of the time. Their legs have a built-in locking system that holds them upright without any muscle effort. But standing sleep is only light sleep. To reach REM sleep, the deepest stage of rest where the brain processes memories, repairs the body, and produces dreams, every muscle has to completely relax. That can only happen lying down. Lying down makes a horse completely defenceless. It takes several seconds to get back on its feet, and in the wild that delay can be fatal. So a horse will only lie down to sleep when it completely trusts whatever is around it. In wild herds, at least one horse always stays standing while the others rest. If a horse feels stressed, alone, or unsure, it simply won’t lie down. It will go days without deep sleep rather than take the risk. So this horse, flat on its side, completely out while its owner sleeps against it, isn’t just napping. It has decided this person is safe enough to be completely helpless around.

Moving on to 2022. This year was special because we got to see each other a lot more, since most of the events in 2021 were still online. This year I got to make my first Photobook, and I held my own online fan meeting too (the one at the end of the year, let me just count that as a whole other year haha). And what made this year even more special was getting my first song, Up To You. I'm still always happy that every time we meet, I get to sing this song with everyone. #5YearsWithMayo

I want everyone to know my deep sense of gratitude to Josh Harris and the entire Burgundy and Gold organization for this honor. But this recognition is not for me alone. It should be shared with my forever teammates, coaches, and ultimately YOU, the fans. You and I are forever tied to 44 You gave me breath I gave you heart. And I hope more laughs than tears. ~ Riggo

This was *wild.* Right at the U.S. Northern Border port of entry, there are two signs. One says “Prepare to Stop.” The other one points to a “Hiking Trail.” I followed the hiking trail sign which leads up into woods that completely sidesteps the ports of entry on the U.S. and Canadian sides. The local sheriffs tell me that people can simply cross over one of these vast swaths of land on the other side of the hiking trail, and then there’s an ankle-deep creek that gets them into the rest of New Hampshire. It’s not at all surprising that many illegals who are turned away at the Southern Border are now shifting their attention to the Northern Border instead. More to come.

I make a point in the film that matters, and it keeps getting overlooked, probably because it’s inconvenient. If this study stood alone, fine. Take it with a grain of salt. That’s how science works. One study raises a question; it doesn’t settle the case. But this study does not stand alone. It’s now by my count the fifth study to compare vaccinated children to completely unvaccinated children. And every single time, the signal is the same. The vaccinated are sicker. Not once- not one time anywhere in the world- has a retrospective study compared these two groups and shown that vaccinated children are healthier. Not by a government. Not by a major health agency. Not by a prestigious institution. Not in the U.S., not in Europe, not anywhere. So let me ask the most obvious question there is: Wasn’t that the whole point of the vaccine program? Watch the rest with Mike Rowe and see the movie at

Belly fat is the most dangerous fat on your body. ⚠️ I’m not talking about how it looks. I’m talking about visceral fat, the fat packed around your internal organs. Cardiologist Dr. Pradip Jamnadas explains how he can often recognize insulin resistance before he ever sees the bloodwork simply by looking at where a patient is carrying their fat. Big belly. Growing waistline. Most of the fat concentrated around the abdomen. That tells him to start looking at INSULIN. Because insulin is a storage hormone. In fact, insulin is the most famous peptide of all. When insulin stays elevated, your body keeps getting the message: STORE. STORE. STORE. And this is why I keep telling people that stubborn belly fat is not always about eating too many calories. You have to ask WHY the body is holding onto that fat in the first place. This is also why fasting is NOT the same thing as fewer calories or calorie deficit. Dr. Jamnadas explains that when you stop eating, insulin begins coming down and your body can shift away from constantly storing energy and start accessing the fuel it already has stored. 🔥 Insulin comes down 🔥 Stored fat becomes available for fuel 🔥 The body begins accessing visceral fat 🔥 Your digestive system finally gets a break 🔥 Your metabolism gets a completely different signal This is why I’ve been teaching fasting for decades. Because when you give the body a break from constantly eating, something powerful happens: The body finally gets a chance to work on itself. That is what we teach inside our Water Fasting Breakthrough course. 👇 Here’s the link to learn how to prepare for a fast, what happens inside your body while fasting, and how to approach fasting more safely and intentionally. Your body already knows how to burn stored fuel. Sometimes you just need to stop feeding it long enough to let it do what God designed it to do. Blessings and ❤️, Dr. Edward Group, DC #fasting #fastingforhealth #fastingforweightloss #insulinresistance #bellyfat

You are, and always will be, my top priority. My eyes are still watching over you. My smile is still saved, just for you. My camera and my lens are still focused on you. You don’t have to look for me, let me be the one who keeps looking out for you.

EXCLUSIVE: Woods For Thee, Not For Me It seems Tim Houston's Nova Scotia woods ban does not apply equally to all. Some, like Canadian Forces Veteran Jeff Evely - the Magnanimous GenX'er Male are given $25 000 fines, while others are left completely alone. We've seen exceptions for indigenous plays, homeless encampments and now, an LGBTQ wedding! This wedding, with many guests in attendance, took place deep inside the Nova Scotia woods and it was officiated by a Justice of the Peace. This is just further evidence that none of this is about safety or fire prevention, it's purely about control. Some groups in this country have more rights than others.
