Drinking beer on a public road is wrong and the police can take action for it. But who gave MNS workers the right to beat a man like this? He wasn't assaulting anyone, harassing anyone or creating a riot. If a law was broken, hand him over to the police. Strangely, this kind of "justice" is usually reserved for ordinary people. You never see MNS workers dragging wealthy and influential people out of their cars and beating them for drinking alcohol in public.

The second that drink starts drinking back, he turns into security, transportation, and emotional support all at once. He did not just pull her. He clearly takes care of her too. A beautiful woman who feels safe and a man who always shows up for her sounds like a perfectly fair deal to me.

The wife gets the husband to our outpatient for liver health check up. He's a daily drinker. He's been drinking for 15 years. His friends too. They are all doing fine. Him too. He does the tests. Just a bit of fatty liver. He says he's doing alright. We (me and my senior RMO) educate him how alcohol harms beyond the liver. He's not interested. We advised a psychiatrist review. He ignores it. Goes home. Drinks at night. Probably to teach the wife a lesson. In the morning he's back. This time on the ventilator. The ICU doctor sent me this. This guy is in for a long stay in the ICU and longer stay in the hospital. This can happen to anyone who drinks. Anyone. Anytime. Anywhere.

Haven’t had a drink in about 4 months and figured why not let loose, I’m on vacation right? I let a little too loose, I’m an all or nothing kind of individual and that includes alcohol. I’m dumping the rest of this bottle. it’s not for me and the last couple nights reinforced that. I’m not trying to be a preachy tea totaler or one of those people whose identity is built around their sobriety. I just know for me, abstinence is the best strategy for ME!

So… The good news is Tyler is still with us. He didn’t eat or drink much overnight but was up and down and fairly bright-eyed this morning. The bad news is he likely won’t overcome his condition barring a miracle. He isn’t stable enough to transport to a clinic and he is in all likelihood past the point of recovery anyway. The vet will be here a bit later to examine him but we are all bracing ourselves for the worst. He wanted to get out of his stall (pushed past as we cleaned it) so he roamed around the front yard for 20 minutes, looked into the living room, stood under a tree for a bit and is now lying down in the cool grass. With small exceptions he can do whatever he wants to today. I just wanted to say that I’m beyond overwhelmed by the support and kindness from everyone throughout this ordeal. Never once did I feel alone and I know Tyler felt it, too. Because of all of you he didn’t die in a grody kill pen, he will head to heaven feeling loved. Like they all deserve. My heart is broken, I know all of yours are too… I will say goodbye for all of you, I promise.

Gotta say, for how terrible Tesla nav is, FSD is the master of the yeet. In this clip, we’re going straight, but FSD decided to camp in the obvious left turn lane to the far left until the very last second. I’m not in a rush so decided to just let it rip. FSD charismatically glides across 2 lanes to place itself with hardly any distance to do so. Like it was planning it the entire time 😂
