It's not a real war man. Just a match with bunch of civilians. Rules are rules but we don't use brass catcher when war happens.

This is common in South Korea's army. In this country, firearms are highly restricted. So every 'reloadable' brass casings are handled as military supplies. That's why brass catcher is common. But of course, I can't understand either.

Why are Asians always so fucking weird about brass? Either design a gun with this in mind from conception or let the brass drop like any normal human being. I regularly use brass catchers while plinking, but it's insane for anything requiring serious reliability.

The only positives I see with using whatever that is for the purpose of getting good at clearing ejection failures under stress but having to pick up your ammo because of gun laws is dumb tho and is bad for training i know China Japan and I guess south Korea has these problems.

Picking up brass are really painful in the ass. Purpose of that thing is just for picking up less brass while training that comes with a lot of side effects...

Those brass catchers are genuinely making soldiers worse at their job. SK needs to stop that insanity.
