👏👏👏so no trains to Blackfriars or Victoria for Hither Green & removed 2 trains stopping at Lewisham so that we can at least pick up connecting services. You guys are just the best!! 🤯

Hi Cat, these timetable changes are based on customer and stakeholder feedback and analysis of train loadings and ticket sales. We understand that the decisions taken about our timetable do not satisfy the needs of every individual customer.^g

Why have you cut a load of rush hour trains between Petts Wood and Cannon St? You’ve just increased my day by an hour 😩

Hi Janice, we will continue to run two trains per hour in the mornings, however the timings have changed. Services to Cannon Street will now depart Petts Wood at 26/28 and 55/58 past each hour in the morning 1/2

A 27 min wait between trains at peak hour in the morning is ridiculous! Missing the 8.25 from Woolwich Dockyard to Cannon Street means having to wait almost half an hour for the next train - it makes no sense! At 👏peak👏 time 👏

Hi. We understand that the decisions taken in our timetable do not satisfy the needs of every individual customer. We have been & will continue to listen to all feedback from our customers, but we have to weigh up a range of factors when making decisions about our timetable. ^DR

For me it looks like you've just reverted to the previous timetable.

Love that you removed two trains in the morning from Hither Green that would get me to Lewisham meaning I miss my connection to get the Denmark Hill train at 7:30 from Lewisham. 30 minute wait now between services.

^TB

So you've essentially just worstened the hayes timetable with uneven spacing between train times going out of London. At the moment trains are every 15mins, why change it?!?!?!

To accommodate changes made to other routes and services, unfortunately it has been necessary in places to alter the existing timetable. We are always monitoring feedback about the timetable and I will pass your comments on to the planning team. ^SK
