@SomeTxSignGuy He is quoting the Old Lore of mechanic work. 1- Any small part or tool you are currently using WILL fall to the floor and roll to the exact geographic center of the vehicle or - 2- the part will fall into a hidden and unaccessable space in the frame or body of the vehicle.
