i remember this story. but if i recall correctly, they had to put the dog through a long process to be able to be adopted. During that time anyone can adopt them. The couple are hoping they would be the first to adopt it.

After a few days of abstinence, the husband was finally convinced.

The person at the vet ignored the dog for months watching it grow. What a crap person. Thankfully the jogger was a better person that the vet worker.
