how do you enable the inspector

You need to turn on the developer tools: Options > Mods > Drag'n Wash ModFramework > Developer tools. Then F1 opens the tool window. The Inspector itself isn't in the Localization installer, since it's aimed at mod makers rather than players. Download from the ModFramework releases and copy BepInEx/plugins/DragNWash.ModFramework.Inspector into your game's BepInEx/plugins. It's still experimental. The details are on the ModFramework wiki, though it's still a work in progress: Honestly I didn't expect this to spread this far, so the wiki probably isn't easy enough to find yet. Sorry about that!

That's a WIP clip, scenes and levels aren't released yet. Coming in the next update!
