Nah, you've reduced the diameter of the hose, that's bad. Just put a size-up hex nipple in between the ends instead, or weld it when it's dry, and then reinforce with plumbing tape.

What happens when the water pressure pushes that little insert down the hose and blocks your flow?

水が流れて抜けてる間は大丈夫でも 先を止めると水圧が上がってビニールテープが膨らんで水が噴き出すかも🤔 伸縮性の無い伸びないテープの方がいいかもしれない

Why would you even consider PTFE? I'd either try silicone sealant or flex tape, with silicone sealant being my first point of call, probably wouldn't work but surely better than PTFE
