This is the typical durian Thai people like. Harvested while still far from ripe, refrigerated, then sold & consumed. And they taste like they look: slightly sweet & somewhat pungent potatoes. Texture & all. Very vanilla. Very undurian.

actually, it's literally easier to split it and just serve it by not waste as much time. never seen someone chop it up like this. highly inefficient. maybe it's just a Malaysian thing.

that is thai durian which is pluck unripe hence it more hard than soft from a more ripe durian from tree so that why she can cut it easily the skin with hurting the flesh but unripe durian doesn’t taste as nice as ripe one but thai ppl prefer firm flesh than soft
