That was WAY TOO FAST of an explosion to be a fuel tank explosion. My guess they had it rigged with high explosives, the ship that blew up, was supposed to disable the larger ship, and other ships were nearby to commandeer the large disabled vessel after becoming disabled.

That’s almost certainly a drone, not a pirate, and its explosives were hit. That’s high explosives, not a fuel tank popping off.

They speak russian but at 33s someone says "it's unmanned" so these are not pirates but this might be russian ship and ukrainian unmanned drone.

That was a bomb-boat. Not pirates. Unmanned drone filled with explosives. Fuel tanks don't splode like that unless they're hit with a bomb or rocket. Either a lucky shot from the security guys or a premature detonation by the controller.
