个人猜测。如果不是摆拍。上面大概有高压线通过，而两个螺旋桨跟地面的接触情况不一样。所以两个都产生了感应电势，接地的差异导致产生不同的电压，所以放电。

周围有高压线或者大功率电台，两个螺旋桨上感应出电动势了，大概。
