On November 13, 2023, the President of the Congress of Manchuria and the Leader of The People's Party of Manchuria drafted the following declaration: On November 25, 2023, starting from the Banjin Inenggi, any information posted on the X platform by individuals associated with the pseudo "Manchu State Government" supported by Sheng Xue, Mei Fengjie, and the Chinese people will be deemed illegal by the Congress of Manchuria. At that time, the Congress of Manchuria and its supporters will employ necessary peaceful protest measures to protest against the pseudo " Manchu State Government " and its affiliates. The Congress of Manchuria will acknowledge and guarantee the freedom of our supporters and will not compromise on foreign infiltration and sovereignty infringement. Before December 2023, the affiliated political parties of the Congress of Manchuria will distribute peace protest materials to supporters and lead online and offline peaceful protest actions in the following month. I, Tasha, Chairman of the Manchurian National Congress, have considerable support in the Manchurian National Self-Determination Movement and have been elected as a legitimate leader by the committee members of the political parties affiliated with the Congress of Manchuria. I will take appropriate and necessary strategic measures to protect Manchurian sovereignty and defend against foreign infiltration. I now call upon the people in the following regions to join me in this peaceful protest: Mohe, Hulunbuir, Solon, Hailar, Manzhouli, Aihui, Bei'an, Jiamusi, Suiyuan, Harbin, Qiqihar, Alcuka, Durbert, Jilin, Jixi, Mudanjiang, Yanji, Hetu Ala, Mukden, Chaachong, Liaoyuan, Tongliao, Chifeng, Chengde, Benxi, Fushun, Anshan, Fuxin, Andong, Jinzhou, Lushun, Dalian, Shanhaiguan, and other overseas Manchurians. I believe this is a just act, in line with Manchurian traditions and common law. I pray for the blessing of the Manchurian gods and ancestors upon the people of Manchuria, granting us the courage to resist foreign enemies. May the God of Iron bless our machinery to operate smoothly. I also implore the Western gods to forgive the souls of our enemies.
