This again? Of course it is gonna look bad in comparison when you do the "wrong" one with lines so far apart. The "right" example would not look as good if each line had as much space apart too.

The take away from this for those who missed it: It's still important to follow the contour of the subject even when cross hatching.

I find it hard to do crosshatching because it ends up looking messy. So I prefer to stick to the classic shading 😅😅
