Everything is by lottery or reservation, you can't get in to the shows or character greetings as a matter of course, you can't buy snacks on the spot to take home, and you can't even enter the stores in the first place - I think this is a strange customer experience for a theme park that you pay 10,000 yen to enter. It's supposed to be designed to be a bit disappointing. Why?
