According to comprehensive Chinese media reports, at about 7 a.m. on February 23, due to icy roads, a multi-vehicle rear-end traffic accident occurred on the Weixin section of the Xingtang Interchange in Suzhou Industrial Park,

in which at least nine people were injured. Many on-site driving recorder videos posted by netizens showed that citizens and traffic police were hit by a skidding vehicle on the road where the incident occurred while handling the accident.
