The magic? • Clear focus • Faster decisions • Better results How to Find Your OMTM: 1. Identify your biggest growth blocker 2. Find the ONE metric that controls it 3. Ignore everything else until you move that number Examples: • Want more customers but ads are expensive? → Focus on CPL • Need more installations but costs are high? → Track cost per install • Revenue stuck? → Focus on conversion rate Here's the best part: Your OMTM will change as you grow.
