(𝟏/𝟐) 🎬𝐀 𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍, 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐀𝐍 𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑‼️ The recent cold-blooded murdering of 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐇𝐌𝐀𝐑-𝐊𝐔𝐊𝐈 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇𝐒 in Cachar officially reported by Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, India Today NE, Barak Bulletin, Cachar Police, portraying the incident as a 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫, is totally inconsistent and misleading. It is rather a "𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝... 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐚" of #AssamPolice in collaboration with #Manipur #Meitei Government with the intent to tarnish the image of the targetted Hmar-Kuki minority community, so as to victimize their existence. The incident was confidently premeditated when the Manipur #Meitei CM #NBirenSingh had recently visited Assam. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐂 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐒 on June 23, 2024, highlights in its synopsis under a heading - "Manipur CM Biren Singh Meets Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sharma to Discuss Security Concerns", stating that, "The Two Chief Ministers focused on enhancing coordination among their respective Forces to effectively counter Militant activities along the Border..." This fittingly serves the 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 for the recent brutal assassination which was guised as a "legitimate encounter"!!! Inspite the unprincipled mendacious reports widely published on the incident, and the nefarious appreciatory tweets lauded by many netizens from the degenerated community from Imphal Manipur, even a shallow analysis of the surfaced evidences however proves the entire scenario as fabricated and a premeditated drama to cover-up the actual 𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 act that was viciously carried out on 16 July as allegedly planned earlier. Denouncing disingenous publications that only endorse grave injustices, the following analysis is made as it delineates the staged incident as a 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 over against the widespread concocted encounter theory: 📍𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬-𝟏: The 𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐎 contradicts the surfaced official accounts of Assam CM and his Police Department, casting severe doubts on their credibility. The Video not only disputes the counter claim but also highlights the extrajudicial nature of the assassination. 📍𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬-𝟐: The Three Youths were travelling in an Auto-Rickshaw in 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐓-𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐎 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐬. Surface of the later 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 however visualized the fabricated scene of several Arms and Ammunitions being recovered from the Seat of the Autorickshaw. A contradicted scene! 📍𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬-𝟑: The Three Youths are the same individuals who were assassinated! [Observe the Youth in the 𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐎 𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐏 who is taken to a captive location where the Drama scene assumes him being captured during a Search Operation]. It is noticeable from the 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 that since there was no possession of any Weapon from the Three Youths, one Policeman shout-out "pistol" while pretending to check the Bag but did not truly show or pull out the pistol from the Bag. On the other hand, the Three Youths are clenched and baffled! 📍𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬-𝟒: After minutes of intervals, the Three Youths were then taken to a secluded location and then all the staged Dramas unfolded. Their last moment are seen in the secluded location with them being clenched tight by robe. Allegedly they are beaten, brutally tortured, and then 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝! 📍𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬-𝟓: In a bizarre twist, where does the 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐞𝐬𝐭 came from? The Three Youths were caught wearing a casual T-Shirt. Isn't it ludicrous to see them wearing on Bulletproof Vest after they are dead? CONDEMNATION Dated: 18th July, 2024 The Kuki Students’ Organisation Delhi & NCR strongly condemns the cold-blooded murder of three KUKI individuals- Lallungawi Hmar (21 yrs.), Joshua Hmar (35 yrs) and Lalbiekkung Hmar (33 yrs) by the Assam Police on 16 July, 2024 in Assam’s Cachar district near the Assam-Manipur border. The incident is a clear case of extrajudicial killing and orchestrated encounters by the Assam Police. The claims of the Assam Police “that the said three men of the Hmar community died in an encounter with extremists on 16 July, 2024 is a blatant lie which is clearly evident from numerous video footage surfaced on social media. The videos clearly showed the Assam Police stopping the three youths, in their normal clothes, while they were travelling in an auto rickshaw and taking them into custody. In another viral video, the three men were seen bound with ropes and taken to an undisclosed location in a forested area. The three apprehended youths, where one of them was seen wearing bulletproof jackets, later ended up in the mortuary of Silchar Medical College and Hospital (SMCH) morgue. The Cachar SP, in a statement said that the three youths were arrested on 16 July, 2024 at Krishnapur Road and after interrogation it was revealed that the trio belonged to an unspecified “terrorist” group and was taken to the Bhuban Hills on the Assam-Mizoram border to locate the outfit’s hideout. A special operation was thereby launched on the morning of 17 July, 2024 around Bhuban Hills, during which three militants “wearing bulletproof jackets and helmets” were apprehended after being injured in a crossfire. They were later pronounced dead at SMCH. However, the viral video footage which has now surfaced online clearly contradicts the statements made by the Assam Police and it is best to say the Police are now caught up in their own inconsistent lies. Such glaring inconsistencies and reprehensible acts by persons expected to uphold the supremacy of law clearly indicates that the killings were indeed an orchestrated extra-judicial and persons involved in such atrocities are to be thoroughly investigated so as to punish those who are involved. The Kuki Students’ Organisation Delhi &NCR condemns such atrocities and deeply mourns the tragic death of our beloved brethren and stands in solidarity with the bereaved families. The Kuki people will remain resolute in our quest for truth and in fight against the injustices perpetrated against our community. It is our earnest appeal to the state machineries to conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into the death and ensure justice to the bereaved families. Dept. A disturbing video is circulating on social media, showing a young couple being brutally assaulted by a group of youths. According to reports, the incident took place in #Daulatpur, located in the Town police station area of #Bihar's #Jamui district. In the video, a young man and woman can be seen sitting and conversing, when a group of youths arrives, hurling abuses before beginning a violent assault. The group attacked the young man with bricks and continued the assault while both victims cried for mercy. The couple can be seen apologising in the video, but the attackers were undeterred, beating them for an extended period. The couple’s only alleged “offense” was sitting together on a hillside, engaged in conversation. This incident reportedly occurred about a week ago. It is said that the young woman is from the #Ujhandi area, while the young man hails from #BodhwanTalab. Both are adults and were meeting in a secluded area when their presence was noticed by the locals, who then attacked them. Unconfirmed reports suggest that the couple was later forced into marriage by local villagers, although there is no official confirmation of this. Shockingly, despite the incident occurring a week ago and the video now going viral, local police were unaware of the incident until the video surfaced. As of now, no complaint has been filed by the victims.

Today I met our Hon'ble Governor of Manipur, Ms Anusuiya Uikey regarding the current crisis in Manipur. The Union Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah Ji in his statement in the parliament, said that the present crisis in Manipur is due to external aggression. The NIA in their statement have said that, four Kuki Militant groups under SoO agreement are behind the current unrest in Manipur. Hon’ble Governor yourself have also stated that, the crisis is because of external aggression. Recently an SDPO of Manipur Police was killed at Moreh by a Sniper. The identity of the assassin is now known to all. Previously, Moreh Town was announced as a disturbed area. So, why adequate measures are not taken up till date. So, if even the securities’ lives are at stake, how will the innocent people of Manipur be safe. And who is going to give orders to stop this aggression of the Militants? In a recent combing operation at Moreh, out of 44 persons 32 were from Myanmar. It clearly indicates that lots of illegal immigrants are already present in this area. It is the duty of the Indian Government to stop external aggression according to Article 355. So, for whom is the Government waiting for to stop this aggression. Anand, SDPO moreh was killed by a sniper. A village defender won’t have any sniper rifle. It is also a clear indication of involvement of external aggression. The Government should take up concrete steps to stop this. She said that, the Government is taking up necessary steps to stop this and there are lots of confidential information which the Government cannot reveal right now. The Intelligence Bureau and lots of intelligence departments are here to investigate. So, she requested to give some time. I stated that, the violence has been going on for the past 6 months and to speed up the action by the Government. I also said that it is not between two communities but is is the Meiteis versus the external aggression. The Security Advisor, Government of Manipur has also said that, at the Khamenlok Incident, only 2(Two) cadres of the SoO militant group are found in their camp. And it is a clear indication of the involvement of the SoO Kuki Militants in the attack. In the recent incident while performing a search operation in the designated camps, no cadres of UKLF and KNA are found at their camps. The NIA in their statement have also said that, four Kuki Militant groups under SoO agreement are behind the current unrest in Manipur. So, the Militant Groups under SoO agreements are continuously violating the ground rule. Why no steps are taken up yet to end the agreement? She said that it is a long process and the Government is working on it. I told her that the SoO agreement with the Kuki Militants is playing a vital role in worsening the current crisis so the agreement need to be abrogated as soon as possible. The people in the relief camps have been suffering for the past 6 Months. So, please take up strict necessary steps to make them able to go to their respective homes and also provide adequate security so as to enable them to lead a normal life as before. Even half of the people of Torbung have entered their home. Torbung is far away from Churachandpur town. So, I requested to take up necessary steps to let the people of Torbung enter their respective residences and provide adequate security. I stated that, in a viral video and a viral photo, Ngaleiba and Chingkheinganba were brutally killed by the Kukis. The killers are also shown in the photo and the videos. Two Meitei students namely Hijam Linthoingambi and Phijam Hemanjit were also brutally killed by the Kuki Militants. Please make an arrangement to give their bodies or even a part of them to perform their last rituals, at the earliest. Photos of them just before and after their murder were also surfaced on Social Media. I demand to arrest those involved in the brutal murders and also give capital punishment to those involved in these incidents.

A group of Greek youth beat the shit out of Egyptian youth, with one also being stabbed, in the main square of Neos Heraklion, northern Athens. About twenty people got into a fight. The motive and cause of the fight are being investigated, but it seems to have started when one of the three Egyptians slapped a young Greek, resulting in a general fight in which people who did not belong to the two groups also participated. Today I met Shri Kuldiep Singh, Security Advisor, Govt of Manipur. The following are the the questions arised and discussion done in his office. The questions and agendas and his answer are: 1. The NIA, in their statement have said that, four Kuki Militant groups are behind the current unrest in Manipur. They are KNA, ZRA, KNF (Nehlun Faction) and UKLF. Out of the 4, two of them are under SoO agreement. The NIA also added that, the Chin Kuki Zo militant groups in Myanmar are funding the militants in Manipur for procuring arms and ammunition which are totally against the agreement. The NIA also added that, they are funding the Manipur based militants to create a separate state of the Chin Kuki Zo people with parts of Manipur, Bangladesh and Burma. In this regard, I urge to you to give details of what steps are talked and what the government is planning to stop this. He replied that, he knows the SoO militants are not following the ground rules. Even at the Khamenlok incident, he said that only 3 cadres are found in their camp. This clearly shows the involvement of the Kuki SoO Militants in the attack. Regarding this I further asked if the SoO agreement can be abrogated or not as they are not following the ground rules. He replied that he has already submitted the factual ground report and it is the decision of the higher authority for abrogation of the SoO agreement with the Kuki SoO Militants and the Indian Government. 2. In valley areas, recovery of arms and ammunitions are at full swing by holding combing operations and through various check points set up by the Government. Please commence it unbiasedly for confidence to both the hill and valley people alike so that they don’t loose their trust to the Government. He replied that combining operations are being conducted in par in both Hills and the Valley. Arms and ammunitions are being recovered from the Hill areas too. In this regard, I urged him to held press conferences regularly so that the public have knowledge and have full confidence and trust in the functioning of the Government. 3. Please take up necessary steps to stop poppy plantation. It will play a major role to stop the menace of drug, particularly among the youth. I have already met Hon’ble Chief Minister regarding this. He assured to stop it and put an end to it as he has already launched a War on Drug ls campaign. He replied that he will be very happy to destroy all the illegal poppy plantation in Manipur if Hon’ble Chief Minister of Manipur asks him. 4. Yesterday the relaxed curfew in Moreh town was called off as full curfew was imposed as unknown miscreants tried to bulldoze burnt meitei hoses and shops. Please give details of the steps taken up to prevent it so that the people of Manipur know about it and have faith in the Government that the Government is still here to protect its citizens. He replied that there is strict instruction from the Chief Minister to avoid further loss of the Meitei proprties and he has already sent RAF to prevent it and stringent action will be taken up against the miscreants. 5. Persons related to the brutal killing of Hijam Linthoinganbi and Hemjit has been arrested. The Government has assured to recover their bodies or part of them. Please do the needful to accelerate the process so that their last ritual rights can be completed. He replied that search operations are underway and the dead bodies will be recovered very soon.

Today, I have got the reply from the Ministry of Tribal Affairs regarding deletion of the Nomadic Chin Kuki from the ST list. It is a very big positive reply from the Central Ministry. I urge the Manipur State Government to send the recommendation for the same very soon . Further I want to urge a few lines to the State Government: 1. FIRs have been lodged against the Meira Paibis of Manipur regarding the current issue. I urge the Government to revoke all of them as they are among the ones who have been guarding tirelessly for the safety of the Indigenous people of Manipur against the Chin Kuki Narco Terrorists. 2. The 2 Kuki Ministers have been playing a key role in demanding Seperate Administration for the Kukis. So, with the power of Article 164 , I urge the concerned Government to remove them from their Ministership. 3. The Government is trying to send the newly recruited IRB personnels for their training at Assam. As the common public is suffering because of the current crisis, I urge the government to conduct their training at the Manipur Police Training centre and I see no point in sending them to Assam as in the past recruitments, training for the police personnels of the similar cadre have been carried out in Manipur only. Lastly, I urge all the indigenous communities to come forward for the same cause, as it is no longer a fight between two communities but it is a fight for our Motherland against the illegal foreigners.

In a shocking incident of brazen violence, a gang of about 10 people barged into a house in Ashraya Layout, Chintamani town, on Tuesday night and brutally attacked two sisters, stabbing one of them in the stomach and neck. The incident comes hours after the elder sister had slapped two youths for teasing her on her way home from college. The victims have been identified as Meghana (18) and her younger sister Niharika. According to police sources, Meghana was returning home from college when two local youths – identified as Karthik and Vinod – harassed her, passing lewd comments and calling out "Madam, Madam" while behaving inappropriately. An irked Meghana slapped the duo and later informed her mother about the ordeal. In what appears to be an act of revenge, the same two youths, allegedly under the influence of ganja (cannabis), returned around 8:30 PM with a gang of roughly 10 accomplices. The group forcibly entered the family's home and launched a vicious attack on the sisters. The assailants first assaulted Niharika and then turned on Meghana, stabbing her in the abdomen and neck with a knife. Both sisters sustained critical injuries and were initially rushed to a local hospital. Owing to the severity of their wounds, they were later referred to Kolar District Hospital for advanced medical care. Chintamani City Police have registered an FIR against more than 10 individuals in connection with the attack. A case has been filed under the jurisdiction of Chintamani City Police Station, and investigations are ongoing. Police are currently examining the sequence of events and are on the lookout for the accused, who remain at large. Amit Chaudhary was the only son of his parents and only brother of his three elder sisters. He was about to gt married in Jan 2024. The family received the Body on 19th Sep and even now no one from the Army bothered to inform them about the cause and reason of his death. Family is alleging that Wife of the Colonel was forcing Amit to do things with her which he was not comfortable with. And that leads to his murder. Its such a serious allegation and if this is true its a shame for the entire force.
