No reward February? Really? Holder avatar got nothing?

I have not received any reward at this point. I love SandBox, I play with my daughter, but this discourages me a little. I entered this world because of my husband, he also plays, if the proposal and reward our time all have to be paid equal. I only play on weekends.

Why does The Sandbox announce new events and starts distributing more new rewards before all the previous rewards were not finished? I have lost count of missing rewards on events I attended. I bought an avatar for gated experiences, staff gives no explanation only Wait, Soon etc
