Hi Rohan, I was part of the concall and while the promoters of Afcom are running a fabulous business, there is no denying that they were not at all conservative when they mentioned that all 5 planes would be operational by FY25 in the investor call in November.

Perrie admits sheโ€™s โ€œfrustratedโ€ by how Jesy Nelson has portrayed the breakdown of her relationship with Little Mix, adding that she feels the group consistently tried supporting Jesy at the cost of their own mental health, and that accountability should be taken on all sides: โ€œSometimes you just wonโ€™t win with people. And what annoys me the mostโ€ฆ I have to be careful how I say this because I donโ€™t want to seem like a bitchโ€ฆ But what upsets me the most when situations like this happen is when the other person doesnโ€™t take any accountability. That boils my blood. Iโ€™m not blaming everything on you [Jesy]. Iโ€™m not saying, โ€˜Sheโ€™s this fucking monster and everything was her faultโ€™ and blah blah blah. But take some accountability for your actions and realise you were difficult. You did have difficult moments. Granted, there were reasons for those moments... but you can only pick somebody up so many fucking times before you start losing track of your own sanity. You want to be there for that person, but if they canโ€™t accept the help and they canโ€™t accept the love youโ€™re trying to show, how do you win? You canโ€™t. I hate that. I donโ€™t like putting the blame on people. Donโ€™t put the blame on me and make me out to be something that Iโ€™m not. Yes, Iโ€™m not perfect. I might not have been there enough, or I could have done better I supposeโ€ฆ but I thought what I was doing was enough. I thought Iโ€™d tried everything. So to then sit there in further interviews and discuss it publicly and be like, โ€˜I wasnโ€™t supportedโ€™โ€ฆ You were, though. You were. So just take some accountability and Iโ€™ll feel better about it. Iโ€™d say [Iโ€™m] more frustrated than angry, because I donโ€™t like being painted into a person that Iโ€™m not. Because Iโ€™m an open book, I have to be real. It exhausts me when I see people that I know inside and out not being genuine. It frustrates me.โ€

#JANHAE #JANIVERSE ๐Ÿ’ฌ: does pโ€™ get annoyed with someone who overthinks? ๐ŸฆŠ: pโ€™ myself overthinks! iโ€™m one of them. i think a lot! i overthink so so much! i wouldnโ€™t be annoyed. i understand. but the person who gets annoyed is myself, you get it? like โ€œcan you stop thinking already? can you stop please? oh god!โ€ other people might notโ€ฆ the people around me are great. honestly, sometimes they probably get annoyed with me for overthinking too, but they donโ€™t really get annoyed. but the person who gets annoyed is me myself. i get annoyed with myself, โ€œi donโ€™t want to be someone like this!! i donโ€™t want to overthink. why do i keep thinking?โ€ there has to be some way of handling it yourself, like being firm with yourself or having more confidence in yourself ๐ŸฆŠ: when i was a kid, i would overthink and be scared that people would not like me, like a kid in primary or secondary school. i was scared there might be people who didnโ€™t like me, because when i was kid, i was kind of good-looking~~ so i had some roles [in school]. many people knew me at school. they often said i was arrogant, or wouldnโ€™t respond when they said hi to me. one, iโ€™m someone who would space out. i didnโ€™t really pay attention. sometimes, i might walk and not pay attention to anything. i would just walk. two, if i was with my friends, i would only focus on my friends. i wouldnโ€™t pay attention to other people. whoever said hi, i wouldnโ€™t really know. so, i was scared then. i didnโ€™t want to go to school. my peers didn't seem to like me. i didnโ€™t say hi when i saw someone. i would overthink, you know ๐ŸฆŠ: but i realized, โ€œwhat did i do wrong?โ€ what i didโ€ฆ you know? i didnโ€™t do anything. when i didnโ€™t say hi or smile back, sometimes itโ€™s just that i didnโ€™t see or hear. so when someone said something like this, i was like, โ€œok, iโ€™ll pay more attention. but donโ€™t blame myself, thinking, โ€˜is it my fault or not?โ€™ โ€˜am i a bad person?โ€™ โ€˜am i an arrogant person?โ€™ โ€˜oh my peers criticized me for being arrogant. iโ€™m scared that they donโ€™t like me.โ€™โ€ i was like this when i was a kid. those were just minor things that happened ๐ŸฆŠ: but after i got older, i just let it go. i just try to know myself the best i can. iโ€™m someone who doesnโ€™t want to be a bad person already. like i donโ€™t want to be a bad person in other peopleโ€™s lives either. so i try to be the best person i can be. i really am a good person 5555 i try to be myself as long as other people arenโ€™t troubled, โ€œare other people are troubled or not? does it affect other people? if it doesnโ€™t affect anyone, just do it! thereโ€™s no need to be afraid! but i have to think properlyโ€

#JANHAE #JANIVERSE space #1 pt.2 - why she decided to get her styes removed โ˜น๏ธ๐Ÿ’œ ๐ŸฆŠ: i went to the hospital; i was mentally ok at that time. when i went to the hospital and waited for the doctor. at first, i was going to go the same place [i normally go], but the doctor was fully booked there. so i switched to another hospital, but i had also been to this one too. there were a lot of people too, so i went back here and got a slot. i waited for the doctor ๐ŸฆŠ: once i saw the doctor, they asked, โ€œlet me take a look at your eye.โ€ they then checked by flipping my eyelid over and looking at it. they were like, โ€œoh here! i see it here! there seems to be two [styes].โ€ i was like, โ€œright, doctor? i also saw two.โ€ because i could see them at the edge of my eye, like there were swollen bumps. the doctor was like, โ€œwow youโ€™re so good! how did you see them? you flipped your eyelids and looked at them yourself?โ€ then they continued checking for a while and showed me pictures. they said, โ€œhere! what iโ€™m seeing is right hereโ€ which were actually inside my eye ๐ŸฆŠ: everyone! people who have had a stye might know what that is, but people who have never had one before - itโ€™s the inside of your eyelid. when you flip your upper eyelid, youโ€™ll see something like pus there. and there were two spots. i was shocked at that time. i asked the doctor โ€œso what should i do?โ€ the doctor said there were two options. if i was afraid of needles, then take medicine. but if i wasnโ€™t scared, then get it surgically removed ๐ŸฆŠ: then in my mind, โ€œiโ€™ve never had procedures in this area. what should i do?โ€ honestly, i wanted to get it over with. and [i also thought] how [serious] the prcoedure would be, because the last time i had one, the doctor justโ€ฆ i thought it was already the procedure. it was just pricking the oil glands, but that one got better and went down, right? so i thought it was something like that and would get better, like a little more than this. i didnโ€™t think it was going to be serious. so i said i wasnโ€™t afraid of needles, but i also asked how long it would take before getting better, in terms of the wound, or if i could wear makeup ๐ŸฆŠ: they said, โ€œwell, i would want you to give it about a week before you wear makeup. on the inside, it might take around 2 weeks for the wound to get better. so cut back on wearing contact lenses for now.โ€ i thought, โ€œwow so long! but does that mean the procedure would be bigger than the one i did with pricking?โ€ at that time, i still thought what they did was a surgery. so i was like, โ€œthe procedure was bigger than the one i did?โ€ ๐ŸฆŠ: so i started to think, โ€œnope, i canโ€™t do it,โ€ and said, โ€œthen what if i take medicine instead, doctor?โ€ the doctor said, โ€œit might go down if you take medicine. but it might still come back up again. i donโ€™t know when it might swell up again. if you take medicine, it might only temporarily suppress it.โ€ so i opened up my work schedule. i didnโ€™t dare to risk and let it swell up during donโ€™t know when, everyone! do you get it? ๐ŸฆŠ: after this, i still have more back-to-back work. and the doctor also recommended that it would be better to get it removed through procedures. so i decided, โ€œok, iโ€™ll have the procedure.โ€

To go high, you have to low. And let me tell you, Iโ€™ve been through some real lows. I watch old videos like this and I think, wow, why did I stop taking care of myself like that. I gained 30 lbs, drank most days, ate crappy, didnโ€™t sleep, and let stress live rent free in my body. How could โ€œonce a pro athleteโ€ treat themselves like this and justify it? The answer is because I wanted to hate who I was before because it seemed like everyone else did. I thought the solution was to trash myself to help to forget about who I was and focus on helping others becoming great. If I was the farthest thing from me, then people would accept me more right? Well the answer was no. The same people still did the same things. Well, getting cancer and half my hand amputated sure showed me whatโ€™s important to me, and thatโ€™s my life. I have built an absolutely incredible world around me. I have the most amazing family, a thriving business, and the most warm and supportive community. All this time I felt like I have to suffer in order for others to accept me. But in reality, the people who are in my world do accept me. I lift them up and they lift me up. Sure itโ€™s tough going out and crossing paths with people who have gone out of their way to misunderstand me. But Iโ€™ve been doing it for years and I am getting better at it. For an example, this past weekend at Big Sugar I spoke with, stood next to, even shook hands with people who tried to destroy me and my business. I felt nothing. Itโ€™s wild when you think about what I have survived to get to this point. But you know what, I own all of it. I also own the change Iโ€™ve made to become better from it. So why am I making this post? To be honest, I donโ€™t know. I just felt like sharing this. Itโ€™s been over 8 years since I last raced and I feel itโ€™s time for me to get out there again. Not to win the race, but to challenge myself to return to a physically and mentally super high version of myself. Iโ€™m well aware people will criticize me, but they will do that whether CINCH is winning or if I am. To be real, both will win. I also will share my path, struggles and successes, all transparently. 2024 letโ€™s do this!

๐Ÿฐ "Honestly, Iโ€™ve seen quite a few comments like this over the past few days. They were kinda negative comments, though I donโ€™t think they came from the Besties. Some people were saying things like, โ€œWhy donโ€™t Lookmhee and Sonya have any international work?โ€ Like, what do you call itโ€ฆ those big worldwide projects, kinda like what other people are getting. But I also understand the context of everything. I feel like everything depends on opportunities and timing. Sometimes it just might not be our time yet, but that doesnโ€™t mean it wonโ€™t happen in the future. Because right now, Sonya and Lookmhee are working really hard, and honestly, getting to meet so many of our fans already makes me really, really happy. Iโ€™m just really satisfied and happy with what we have right now. Iโ€™m not trying to spoil anything, okay? Iโ€™m not spoiling anything, Iโ€™m just saying this because I feel like there have been a lot of things happening lately that have made us see things differently. And after thinking about it, I realized that if we donโ€™t look at those things as something that means we havenโ€™t succeeded yet, then maybeโ€ฆ Because Sonya doesnโ€™t know what success looks like for everyone. Itโ€™s different for each person. For me, I feel like weโ€™ve already come so much further than Lookmhee and Sonya ever expected. We have so many fans who love us and support our work. There might be people who look at things negatively and think, โ€œMaybe Lookmhee and Sonya just arenโ€™t good enough yet,โ€ or something like that. But I think those things can also become another reason for us to keep pushing forward and give us even more motivation to work on other things. And honestly, weโ€™ve received so much support in our work. Some people might look at the situation and think, โ€œMaybe Lookmhee and Sonya still arenโ€™t good enough,โ€ but for me, I think it just becomes another thing that pushes us forward and gives us more motivation to keep working on other things. Today might not be our day yet, but maybe it will be in the future, you know? We just have to wait for the right time. Everything has its own timing. It took me a long time to realize and understand that everything happens in its own time, because Iโ€™ve been in the industry since I was seven. It took so many years for me to get to where I am today. I mean, it took time for me to finally get the opportunity to really shine in the entertainment industry, and for the adults around me to give me the best opportunities. Everything has its own timing. I got my first chance to act in Affair when I was around 22 or 23, right? So from the time I was seven until I was 23, if I only got that opportunity then, thatโ€™s totally okay. Thereโ€™s never a day when itโ€™s too late. Nothing is ever too late. Iโ€™m honestly really happy that these days, all the way until the end of the year, I might not have work every single day, but Iโ€™d say I actually have quite a lot of work." #Sonyasaranphat #เธฅเธนเธเธซเธกเธตเธ‹เธญเธ™เธเนˆเธฒ #LMSY

I tried to tell yโ€™all how it works when Iโ€™m on the beach or in a tourists trap. I see these guys walking around with icy drinks and since everything else in the country was cheaper than they are here I would assume his drinks would be too. These guys will come by and even take your โ€œorderโ€ if I donโ€™t see something I want, he will say he can make it for me. These women fell for this and ordered 3 drinks from him. One of the ladies was so thirsty she immediately started drinking it until he told them they owed him $75. Mind you these are adult drinks, the cups look to be a decent size so is it worth it or are they just tripping out? I am on the fence with this one, if itโ€™s clean and good quality, I may say this is a fair price but the only one Iโ€™m questioning is the one who tried to give it back after she already drank out of it. Rarely will I side with a street merchant because I feel like theyโ€™ve ripped me off quite a few times. But I think his price is valid for this. Iโ€™ve paid close to the same price for much less when I was at the beach. Most of the time I can tell they are well drinks that they tell me are too shelf. Many people canโ€™t tell the difference but I can. I only drink certain brands and I am very used to what they taste like. This kind of interaction is why I now only buy from restaurants and bars like I mentioned before. I am not going to get into an argument with someone over something I ordered but failed to check the price first. That old saying, โ€œif you have to ask them you canโ€™t afford it.โ€ That doesnโ€™t apply here because if I have to ask then it means they should have listed the price up front.

Warning: This is BOTH an announcement AND a LONG text ahead As a lot of people know, my life turned upside down "recently." I had to cancel a lot of MH projects since I didnโ€™t even know if I could make them. Honestly, it was really tough, and I relied a lot on the people around me, both in real life and in the MH community (Maple, you spent so many hours listening to my rambling โ€” I will NEVER be able to repay you... ๐Ÿฅบ) I wonโ€™t go into more details than the ones I revealed back then, but I was really in a very dark place. Iโ€™m still fighting since I have to solve so many things, but for the time being, things look brighter๐Ÿ™ I seriously and honestly cannot express how much the support of everyone in the community helped me โ€” people contacting me privately, asking each day... You really made me feel loved, and I wish I could return all this same love in the way I know best: by making the content you love and trying to keep showing how great the MH franchise is (while also showing its moments of weakness, of course) After so much rebuilding, Iโ€™m so happy to announce I will go to the Paris Games Week โ€” YOU ALL ARE CRAZY ๐Ÿ˜ญ Not only did I reach the WHOLE funding goal of 350โ‚ฌ, but some people kept sending me even more, and I reached 400โ‚ฌ! I was planning on not eating anything but bread, but now I might be able to eat something else๐Ÿ˜… AND The PGW team helped me by supporting me with Content Creator tickets! Thanks! โ˜บ๏ธโค๏ธ Iโ€™M SO HAPPY TO BE AT THE MH FESTA! I REALLY HOPE I CAN SHARE IT WITH YOU ALL! Once again, Iโ€™ll be able to meet both Ryozo-san and Tokuda-san! ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป (Theyโ€™re gonna get tired of my face) But thereโ€™s more โ€” the stars aligned... The very day I started playing Expedition 33, I said I would go to a concert (I was sure it would happen), and then it got announced as predicted... AND IT WAS A DAY BEFORE THE PARIS GAMES WEEK! What are the chances?! I could go to both events! Sadly, every ticket sold out the very second they were released โ€” I had no chance, it was gone. I got a bit sad, but... I was still going to the MH Festa! I had no reason to be sad! A few days later... a CONCERT FOR THE PARIS GAMES WEEK WAS ANNOUNCED! You canโ€™t imagine how happy I was, jumping around my house, almost screaming โ€” being able to have my two favourite things right in the same place โ€” a unique chance. And all of this was ONLY possible because of YOU. Thank you, everyone โ€” each RT, like, and comment made this possible. Everything you dedicated to me, a humble and small content creator, allowed me once again to make what I wouldnโ€™t have believed possible... possible. Thank you all! I have to work a lot now to see HOW I can cover the event, whatโ€™s the best way, and what tools I need for it. Anyone with good knowledge or experience on this, please let me know in DMs! #MHWilds #PGW2025 #MHFesta2025

Gemini mini talk day 3 Full [Part 1/3] [ ps. Very long translate || and please prepare tissues ] GEMINI ART VENTURE FINALE #GeminiConcertD3 โ™Š๏ธ: Thank you so much, everyone. I'm not crying, okay? I'm not crying. I just have a stuffy nose bcs there's a lot of dust โ™Š๏ธ: But earlier, when I was sitting and watching the project, there was one that said, "I'm sorry for expecting too much from you" I really don't like that phrase. Sorry for not liking it, but I really don't. It's like, why are you apologizing? โ™Š๏ธ: It's a good thing. People have to have expectations. There has to be something they expect from you. Bcs if one day people stop expecting anything from you, that means you no longer have a presence in their lives. I want you guys to have expectations of me. Thatโ€™s exactly what brought me to where I am today โ™Š๏ธ: Honestly, expectations are something I'm afraid of, but at the same time, they're something I can't live without either. It might sound contradictory, but I've lived with this my whole life. I can't live without it. I feel like I'm addicted to people's expectations โ™Š๏ธ: At first, the people who expected things from me weren't far away at all. They were our parents. Parents naturally have expectations for their children. And bcs it was difficult for my parents to have a child, I was an IVF baby, they only had me. Having another child would have been really difficult and expensive โ™Š๏ธ: I feel sorry for my mae and pho too. It was so difficult for them to have a child. They had waited a really long time to have me. They had been married for almost ten years before they finally had me. So it was inevitable that they would have expectations of me, especially since I was their only child. And I'm a boy, right? So I had to grow up and become the pillar of the family, to be able to take care of everyone. Of course, they had those expectation โ™Š๏ธ: When I was little, I didn't know any better. I just thought, "Parents expecting things from their children is normal. Everyone goes through itโ€ But looking back, I guess the expectations placed on me wereโ€ฆ maybe too high? They were pretty high. My mae is quite a perfectionist. She wanted me to do everything and be the best at everything. But honestly, I don't think she necessarily wanted me to be the best. She probably just wanted me to try to actually do things and make them happen. But back then, I kept thinking, "Why? Why does Mae want everything to be so perfect?" It's impossible for one person to be able to do everything and be good at everything. It's impossible โ™Š๏ธ: But bcs I didn't know any better at the time, the only message I received was that I had to be the best and that I had to be able to do everything. So I did. That's why I got to try so many things, like everything you saw at this concert. I got to try singing lessons, playing sports with my friends, joining a band, auditioning at GMMTV, and eventually having this many fans. If it weren't for the expectations people had of me back then, I probably wouldn't be here today either โ™Š๏ธ: But everyone, you really don't have to apologize for having expectations of me. I want you guys to expect things from me. I really do. Bcs if we're going to have a concert, or if we're going to create a piece of work, it's only right that people have expectations

๐Ÿค: What I think about the most these days is that I started my career in my early twenties, and before I even realized it, I had reached my 22nd or 21st year in the industry, and I had entered my forties. My teeth and eyesight are still healthy, and I think the fact that I do not drink alcohol probably has something to do with that too. When I see articles about people I used to watch when I was young who have passed away, I think, โ€œWhen I was young, I loved them and watched them on TV all the time. As I grew older, they grew older too.โ€ Seeing that makes me think a lot about, โ€œWhat will I be like when I reach that age?โ€ In reality, when a person is born, they are moving toward a new life, but at the same time, they are also moving toward death. That is an unavoidable fate for every human being. But during the time we have here, living happily and passionately is a responsibility each of us has. I also try to live every day diligently and happily. On the other hand, when I was in my twenties, I thought that once I reached my thirties and forties, I would be very old, that I would become weaker and lose my strength. But now that I have actually reached this age, I feel healthier than I did back then. Is that just psychological? I do not know. What will my life be like when I reach my fifties, sixties, and seventies? I think about these things a lot these days. Sometimes I feel sad or frustrated, and I have so many thoughts about how I should live my future. What concerns me most is not simply thinking about specific things like, โ€œWhat house will I live in?โ€ โ€œWhat car will I drive?โ€ or โ€œWill I continue working?โ€ What matters more to me is, when I get older, will I still be healthy? Will I still look attractive? How will people see me? And when I look at myself in the mirror, will I be satisfied with myself and think, โ€œThis is good enoughโ€? These are the worries, anxieties, and thoughts that occupy my mind a lot these days. So I think about these things. Kkongi has already turned nine before I even realized it. Everyone has the same kinds of worries, but for me in particular, my family consists only of my mother and my sister, and there is also Kkongi. As time passes, I find myself wondering what I will be like and how I will continue living my life on my own. Will I become a burden to someone? Or will I become very lonely? I am not young anymore, am I? Even if I got married before I turned fifty and had children, it feels very late now. Think about it, everyone. If I got married at fifty and had a child, when that child turned twenty, I would be seventy. When they turned thirty, I would be eighty. Just thinking about that makes me feel like my life is already so far behind. Do you ever feel that way too? I do not want you to just say, โ€œOh, it is okay, you look like you are in your twenties or thirties.โ€ Instead, let us look at my real biological age, not as a celebrity, but as an ordinary person named Park Jung Soo. My Korean age is 44. In ten years, I will be in my fifties. Kkongi will be nineteen, and my mother will be over eighty. In a life like that, I wonder how I will be able to endure it and adapt. I really do have a lot of these worries. I am not saying things like, โ€œIdols should not get married,โ€ or โ€œOppa, do not get married.โ€ I just want us to think about these things together, as one human being to another, as one person to another. Just as I worry and think about these things, is it not natural for you to have the same worries as you get older? These worries overwhelm me too because I always say that my real family is just my mother and my sister. The members are like family to me, close friends, and younger brothers, but in terms of blood relations, my mother and my sister are all I have. And Kkongi, whom I love more than anything in the world and who is like a daughter to me, even though she is a dog, means everything to me simply by being by my side. These relationships cannot last forever.

BBC UNVACCINATED DOCUMENTARY - With all of the news thatโ€™s coming out regarding risks from the C O V I D V A X, I thought I would bring back my greatest achievement: Being one of the first people to warn the public about the risks and harms from the V A X on mainstream media, before it all came out. Now that the truth has come out (and they have very quietly banned them for under 50โ€™s), people arenโ€™t calling me crazy anymore. I am getting so many apologies, people are now coming to me for advice - and the death threats have stopped. I take pride in being brave enough to speak up about this on the BBC, knowing I could lose my job, family, and friends (which I did). I take pride in being the first and only person to mention the Pf-i-zer documents on the BBC. Iโ€™m proud of myself for calling out the 9 pages of adverse reactions which no one is allowed to talk about. I take pride in the numerous messages I receive daily, saying that I was the reason people didnโ€™t get injected, or didnโ€™t inject their children - and thanking me for possibly saving their lives. For changing their mindset, and for making them realise that the government lied to them. That the pharmaceutical industry do not have their best interests at heart. I knew that the documentary was a BBC setup, I knew that they would try to use it to brainwash the masses even more. But I also knew that it would fail massively if I took part in it, so I did. Everyone told me not to, that theyโ€™d edit everything I said to make me look stupid. But something told me it would be okay. And I think that was God speaking to me. The constant manipulation and silencing I experienced in that house had a massive affect on me, and I struggled to get through it - but it was something I knew I had to do, and I was able to turn my sadness into strength. A massive shout out to Vicky, who was in there with me and kept me strong. She is the only reason I was able to get through that week without losing my mind completely. You will never understand this, but it was the most difficult thing Iโ€™ve ever been through, I will talk more about what they did to me in a separate video. Thank you for all your support ๐Ÿ’—

๐Ÿ‘‰ Posting this feels incredibly vulnerable as I tend not to share many personal things online. But I also know that 1 in 2 people will develop cancer at some point in their lifetime and, of those, 1 in 5 will delay for more than three months before contacting a doctor about symptoms. I nearly became one of those people. Like most others with a busy family and work life, I was tempted to wait until I had more time and headspace before seeing a doctor. I was six weeks away from finishing my new book and I didn't know if I had the capacity to deal with both. Since the diagnosis, I am so grateful that I didnโ€™t delay for long. Speed is our secret weapon when it comes to cancer. The sooner we know itโ€™s there, the better our chances of a good outcome. So, for anyone out there who has noticed something and not yet called their doctor, this is your sign to make it happen. I hope this explains my lack of dm replies and videos being posted over the last few months. Its been a rollercoaster. Iโ€™m going to share some of my journey on stories for anyone who wants updates. I am incredibly lucky that this has been caught so early. Of course, nothing is certain just yet but a couple of surgeries and I should be out the other side. That is another reason I am stepping outside of my comfort zone to talk about this. Many people go through this and go on to live full, active and healthy lives. So discovering possible symptoms doesnโ€™t have to be a disaster. It can be an opportunity to get ahead in the fight and beat cancer before it has a chance to take over. I absolutely have my head in the game for the treatment plan ahead, ready to get going next week. I also have a giant stack of video ideas just waiting to be made, so I canโ€™t wait to get back up and running โค๏ธ If you think it could help someone feel free to share this message โค๏ธ

#Youngjae reflects on mental health, sharing how he once felt like he couldnโ€™t run away and why he wants to remind fans that itโ€™s okay to seek help ๐Ÿ‘ค i donโ€™t remember exactly when, but there was a time you talked about going through something really tough in the past, was that on the radio? ๐ŸŒ™ yes, i talked about it a lot on the radio. and as i kept talking about it, i started getting messages about things like depression and panic disorder. and actually, because iโ€™ve experienced it myself, i feel like thereโ€™s something i can say to people going through it. the truth is, i couldnโ€™t run away. ๐Ÿ‘ค right ๐ŸŒ™ i couldnโ€™t run away. for me, running away wouldโ€™ve made things worse. i was in a situation where i couldnโ€™t run away, and even if i did, iโ€™d end up being dragged back. that's how it was for me. but looking back now, i want to tell them itโ€™s really okay. that it wouldโ€™ve been okay to run away. and because iโ€™ve expressed my struggles through my lyrics and shared them openly, i donโ€™t think thereโ€™s anything shameful about it. in the past, when you say youโ€™re going to a psychiatrist, well, things have changed a lot these days. these days, people say, โ€œif youโ€™re struggling, you should go get help,โ€ but back then, it felt like you had to hide it. like it meant you had some kind of serious illness. that was the general perception at the time. that's why people ended up keeping it to themselves. but thereโ€™s no need to do that at all. thereโ€™s no need to be ashamed. this is something anyone might go through at some point in life. so i told those people not to think that way. ๐Ÿ‘ค i feel like doing radio helped you develop more empathy. ๐ŸŒ™ thatโ€™s true ๐Ÿ‘ค even though youโ€™ve grown distant from me, it feels like youโ€™ve gotten closer to the rest of the country ๐ŸŒ™ i think chinchin might have done something wrong ๐Ÿ‘ค werenโ€™t we kind of close? ๐ŸŒ™ i think chinchin made a mistake. anyway, developing that empathy made me want to talk about these things more. because from a listenerโ€™s point of view, they might just see me as a celebrity. but i didnโ€™t want to be seen that way. people often use the word โ€œpublic figure,โ€ but iโ€™m not one. i donโ€™t get paid by the government, so iโ€™m not a public figure. i just happen to have a job like anyone else. ๐Ÿ‘ค youโ€™re just someone who is more well-known. ๐ŸŒ™ yeah, just someone who works in the public eye, but iโ€™m no different from anyone else. thatโ€™s what i really wanted to say. ๐Ÿ‘ค but even though you want to say that and you do believe it, thereโ€™s that feeling, right? like, โ€œeven if i keep saying this, will people really see me as the same?โ€ ๐ŸŒ™ thatโ€™s true ๐Ÿ‘ค and that thought can feel frustrating ๐ŸŒ™ thatโ€™s why i talk about it even more. i do the same things too. like, i lie down on the floor before i go take a shower, and an hour or two passes, and i go, โ€œya, i need to shower now.โ€ it's the same. our life is just the same. weโ€™re all just specks of dust in the universe. we're really all the same. i guess i just want to feel closer to people.

This woman was denied entry into a restaurant because they claimed to be full yet others were walking in. After she caught them letting others in she was told it would be a $5 fee. But the other people werenโ€™t charged the same fee. The restaurant was having a World Cup event and was charging a $5 fee for people to enter. The people she saw walking in was part of another group that already paid. However she didnโ€™t know that and there was no way for her to know that, so she drew her own conclusions on why she wasnโ€™t allowed in. Just like in my last post, it would avoid so much confusion and drama if these establishments just posted a simple sign, otherwise it can be easy to jump to a wrong conclusion as to why people canโ€™t get in but others can. There was a time I had tried to get into my local pool and the same thing happened. I wasnโ€™t allowed in and others were walking in no problems at all. I sat there and wondered why, itโ€™s not like they showed ID, there didnโ€™t seem to be a list of names or anything and this place goes by membership which I have a membership for. So what other reason could it be to deny me? The pool also has a gym and a banquet room where people can reserve for events for a fee. Normally they have signage as for the event and who it was for but this day I didnโ€™t see anything indicating any event would be taking place. I did end up leaving. The following week I went to work out and I did speak to a manager to see what the happened. It turned out the pool area was closed due to an accident. Someone slipped and fell, so thatโ€™s why I wasnโ€™t allowed into the pool area. Others were walking in to use the other facilities that the location offers. So it was a reasonable reason but all it took was for someone to give an explanation and it could have saved much headache. I feel when an establishment is in business for the public that they owe us an explanation otherwise it turns into a huge headache for them.

GEMINI ART VENTURE FINALE #GeminiConcertD3 (this is breaking my heart so much๐Ÿฅบโค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน) โ™Š๏ธ: if thereโ€™s one thing to apologize for, maybe its that some people dont get to see whatโ€™s behind the person i am today. they might think its all just talent. and i do think talent is part of it, of course but you cant only look at it from that one side. iโ€™ve actually worked really, really hard in ways that people havent seen, and in ways that a lot of people might have overlooked. you might not know the background of my life, what iโ€™ve been through or what iโ€™ve had to overcome. at my age now, only 22, i feel like, iโ€™ve actually been through quite a lot too, and each thing iโ€™ve gone through has had both good and bad sides. and i had to try to adapt to it, and try to make myself the best version of myself, so that no one could come and say that iโ€™m not good, thatโ€™a how i feel โ™Š๏ธ: when people come and tell me that iโ€™m not good, or telling me this and thatโ€“ its never happened, thereโ€™s never really been that. i mean, if someone told me i wasnt good, i would be very hurt. iโ€™d be likeโ€ฆ i wouldnt be able to take it (โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน) its the one thing that has made it possible for me to have everything i have today. i dont want to be able to stand here just bc of being a celebrity, just bc happen to look good, got given an opportunity to come into the industry, and people liking me, i dont want it to be like that.. โ™Š๏ธ: i want people to genuinely acknowledge me for my singing, acting or whatever abilities someone in this industry should have, so people wont come and wonder, โ€œhey how did gemini get to be here? was it bc of luck? or did he do only one series and happen to become famous?โ€ (๐Ÿฅฒ) someone once said this to me, โ€œyou only acted in one series, and normally its this easy to become famous?โ€ someone said this to me, โ€œnormally just this much and youโ€™re already famous?โ€ (๐Ÿฅฒ๐Ÿ’”) โ™Š๏ธ: i felt that those words were something that i promised myself, that i would never let it become the way they said it was, like โ€œyou only did this much and you could already become famous?โ€ there is a lot more to it than that. and personally, i feel that i dont like it when people look down on our work. we put effort into every single piece of work we make, so that we dont look down on the viewers, and so that the viewers feel that it was worth every baht or even worth the time they spent stopping by to watch us. so i will definitely keep doing my best โ™Š๏ธ: everyonr dont worry, i will stay with everyone for a long time for sure, and i will keep making good work for everyone to watch continuously. the quality will keep getting better. dont worry, iโ€™ll make it happen (๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿค)

Good morning, towel friends. I annotated my interview with Will The Glarer and I thought this section was interesting. "You couldnโ€™t honeypot me if you fucking wanted to. Iโ€™ll reverse-honeypot you, motherfucker. Go aheadโ€”try to honeypot me. See what happens. Iโ€™ll get more intel out of your agent than youโ€™re going to get out of me." **Grant:** Itโ€™s because he doesnโ€™t think straight when he has a woman in front of him, for some reason. **Will:** Grant, youโ€™re projecting, my friend. Grant (Analysis): I mean, thatโ€™s what I was going to say to Will. He doesnโ€™t understand this, and I donโ€™t know... I donโ€™t feel a need to defend myself, but youโ€™re out of your mind if you think I didnโ€™t date people in college. I mean, I lost 130 pounds from September 2007 to May 2008โ€”specifically because I was at Boston College and I wanted to date people. Iโ€™ve had plenty of relationships. Iโ€™m just very disciplinedโ€”not because I necessarily wanted to be, but because I heard the call to be a priest in 2013, in the spring, right before I became disabled. I was praying to the Virgin Maryโ€”the Virgin Mother, whoโ€™s the patroness of the Jesuit orderโ€”outside of Bapst Library. I think it was Bapst. I was praying outside. They have these little shrines to the Virgin Mother all around Boston College. I hope theyโ€™re still there; I really liked them. But anyway, I was praying to the Virgin Mother, and Iโ€™ll never forget that when you hear the call, it is not a joke. You may not choose to pursue discernment, but you are not getting away from that. Itโ€™s not your choice. If you hear the call, youโ€™ve been called to serve. Thatโ€™s it. Itโ€™s not a pact. Youโ€™ve literally been called to serve. Your lifeโ€™s never going to be the same again. I was praying, and I heard the call. It was very clear. The call is different for everyone, but for me, it was like: โ€œThe world is yours to behold if you can abscond from your temporal inclinations.โ€ Okay, I know what that means. It was not a choice. My entire life changed from that moment. From that moment on, I never thought about video games or Fridays or the weekendโ€”or womenโ€”ever the same way again. I would like to have a partner, to love someone and take on the world together, but I never thought about the world the same way again. So a lot of people donโ€™t understand me. People chase me all the time. Iโ€™m not interested in that. I turn people down all the time. Iโ€™m not being rude; I just donโ€™t want that. I live to serve. Okay, imagine what it would come down to if I tried to be in the life of every person who wanted me to be intimate with them. I cannot do that. Iโ€™m meant to help people. If I was just in one personโ€™s life, Iโ€™d have commitments to them and their familyโ€”and to my familyโ€”that would inhibit me from serving, and I canโ€™t do that. Iโ€™m married to the cause: my cause, my principles, and the work that I do. And so itโ€™s not... Itโ€™s just that people misunderstandโ€”and will misunderstandโ€”how disciplined I am. I am extremely disciplined over my own urges, over my brain. Everything is just logic. So no, itโ€™s not the same for me. You couldnโ€™t honeypot me if you fucking wanted to. Iโ€™ll reverse-honeypot you, motherfucker. Go aheadโ€”try to honeypot me. See what happens. Iโ€™ll get more intel out of your agent than youโ€™re going to get out of me. So donโ€™t even do it. Most people donโ€™t even bother because Iโ€™ll fuck with their head, and I will take the intel. You have to use intel to get intel, and if the person youโ€™re targeting knows what youโ€™re doing, youโ€™re going to get nothingโ€”and theyโ€™re going to rip intel out of your honeypot, and youโ€™re going to end up in a negative tactical position. So thatโ€™s why Iโ€™m like, โ€œNo, Will, no.โ€ I could be in a strip club and trade stocks, motherfucker. It does not affect me at allโ€”at all, whatsoever. Completely disciplined. Zero impact. You couldnโ€™t honeypot me if you wanted to. Iโ€™ve seen them try. They did try multiple timesโ€”blonde women, brunette women, whatever. I donโ€™t have a type. Okay? I only like intelligent women, and I screen them, so youโ€™re not getting anyone in my orbit at all, ever. My point is, though: No, weโ€™re not the same. Will totally tactically misread that. I am not the same. You cannot do that to me because Iโ€™m not really interested in thatโ€”not because I donโ€™t find it pleasurable or interesting, but because Iโ€™m smarter than that. I work in a very high-level apparatus of government as to the coverage that I do. Youโ€™re not honeypotting me. So no, Iโ€™ve suppressed those urges, and I donโ€™t want to be involved with that. And the call to serve helped, by the way. Itโ€™s just not as interesting when you realize there are so many people to help. Why would you... Like, 97% of the population is there to procreate. We need that to happen. Three percent of the people are going to mold society. All right? You know what Iโ€™m saying?

#poon_mit12 ๐Ÿถ: I want to tell you guys something. At first I kept thinking really hard about whether I should say it or not, because it might make things tense. But the image people have of me is.. the impression of me is that I'm the type of person who is like a chatterbox, right? But I actually think a lot. Lately, I've started to feel like when people don't know what else to tease me about, they just tease me by saying I talk too much or that I don't make any sense. But seriously, I actually do make sense. Sometimes, it's just for the vibe of the show. *starts speaking in English* I have days where I'm just totally exhausted. And to be honest, there are people who are much better at talking than I am, but that specific moment, when that (loud/talkative) image was what people remembered of me. There were people who were telling me to entertain and put on a show, as if I could be an MC. So, I went all out. But it turned out that from the very first day I went to GMMTV, I ended up looking like someone who talks too much. And honestly, deep down, I don't really like that. I feel like, why am I like that? And then I reflect on myself, asking whether I'm really like that or not. But when I think about it, in some parts where I'm comfortable, I really am like that. I do just ramble on and talk a lot but it's not all the time, everyone. Or sometimes people tease me like, 'Hey, can you stop talking yet?' even when I haven't said anything and I'm just sitting quietly. I feel like I don't really like that image people have of me today. But I don't intend to change who I am, either. I'll just think of it as being 100% myself. I just want everyone to understand that, actually, I also have moments where I might be a bit drained, or moments where I don't speak. If there's a day where I'm quiet, I'm totally fine, okay? And also, it feels bad for my own mental health. *starts speaking in English* The thing is, when I'm with my high school friends, I never have this kind of image at all. It wasn't until I came here and on the first day, I was like, 'Yeah, I'll entertain,' thinking deep down that it'd be good if I could become an MC or something. So now I just felt like, 'Why?' Did I mess something up? I'm afraid people will find me annoying, too. I'm actually campaigning for people to stop saying that 'I don't make sense' or that 'I talk too much,' because it can actually make me lose certain types of jobs. The idea that I don't make sense, I really don't like it. I don't want it to be like, 'Oh, when we're out promoting together and you don't know who else to tease, you just pick on Poon.' Whoa, seriously, I am a good kid. When it comes to work, I am incredibly focused.. but right now I have to hurry because I've only got 15 minutes to commute.

๐Ÿปโ€โ„๏ธ Last year I was diagnosed with myocarditis. Since itโ€™s a heart condition, it wasnโ€™t something minor or easygoing. If I had gone to the doctor later than I did, I might not even be here now. At the time, I just felt unwell overall. Luckily, I went to the hospital in time and they found it early enough. Back then, my hearing in my left ear dropped. It felt muffled and tight, then my heart started racing. On March 4, I had slept very little and also drank a lot of green tea. Suddenly my heart started fluttering again. It felt exactly like before, and it happened right around the one-year mark. About two weeks before the concert, my left ear also went out, and I had a bit of vertigo too. It felt very similar to last time, so I got worried and went to see a doctor. After the checkup, they did not find anything clearly specific, so the doctor told me to rest more. The symptoms got better, but my hearing still has not fully returned. My ear still feels blocked, like there is a wall in front of it. I cannot hear clearly on that side, so I have to rely more on the other ear instead. Right now I am monitoring the symptoms for a month. It seems like when I do not get enough rest, blood flow may not be reaching my ear properly. I feel upset with myself because last time I went to the doctor too late due to carelessness. So now I have to take better care of myself than before. If I feel unwell, I go to the doctor right away. Lately, I have also been finding it harder to sleep. It is not like one or two years ago, when I could fall asleep easily. Now, even if I do fall asleep, once I wake up, I cannot go back to sleep again. Right now we are filming A Dog and A Plane, but Pโ€™Tay is currently in Paris for Fashion Week, so filming is on pause and I get to rest for a bit, which is fortunate. As for today, I came to work. The hearing loss in my left ear has not really affected my work. I can still hear, just much less than before, but I can still understand what people are saying. I really want to recover soon because I feel like it is harder to keep my balance. It feels strange, like something is blocking on my left side. It feels blocked and muffled, hard to explain. I will keep monitoring it, so please do not worry. I will recover as soon as I can and I will rest more. I have sleeping pills now, but they do not help that much. I still wake up anyway. I will take good care of myself and get better soon, so please do not worry. NEWWIEE AT SUMMER THE MALL BANGKAPI #THEMALLSUMMER2026xNEWWIEE #Newwiee

Iโ€™m not sure about this but I think being a vet is hardโ€ฆMany people think being a vet is a very cool job but not many people see the behind the scenes. I once had a dog, she was sicked so sudden. I brought her to a vet clinic, got her some medicine. She was good for a while but after the medicine ran out, she was sicked again. She had never been sick for so long like that. I was worried, so I took her to the vet clinic for inpatient care since I was so busy and had to live in another city at that time (where I couldnโ€™t bring her). The vets were always reported what they had done, how was her condition back then. I was very thankful and I trusted their work on my beloved dog. She was getting better after a week or so and was ready to get home. I want her to be groomed so she came at home clean and fresh. Suddenly, her condition got worse. Worsen than ever. She started to have seizures, unresponsive. Her body was stiff, like a log. In the next 24 hours, it was a nightmare for me. Sheโ€™s been in critical period twice. I decided to go home the next morning at 5 a.m, I was scared that I would miss the moment she went away from this world to the rainbow bridge. Then, I saw her. She was laying in her cage, so unresponsive, her body all tensed up. I choked up and then cried like my world has torn apart. I could see the vet was unable to say anything but I felt the sense of guilty, feeling of responsibility, and sadness at the same time. But he had to keep the composure in front of me who was crying like crazy. After one and two hours later, she was gone. I watched her until her last breath, listening to her last pulse. I stared into her eyes until her pupils dilated, a sign that she was gone. The vet was there. He was remain silent. He just stood there and at the last moment he said he was very sorry. He told me that he wouldnโ€™t charge me on anything since the first time she was in inpatient care. I refused. I knew they were doing great, they were doing the best as they could. I took her dead body and wrapped her with a towel in my arms. Never once in my heart I blamed the vets. In fact, I thanked them so much for always being there while she was sick. Always gave me a report. That was enough for me. She was gone in good hands. I respect to all veterinarians because I think not everyone knows that they are grieving too when they lost their patients.
