Imo this could be global raid release or na/eu cross play or both. Or maybe it's just blizzard getting involve monetarily which would be interesting but I doubt tournament servers cause I dunno if max would like those based on past statements and he seems happy about this.

"If you have ambitions to be a Professor at Yale, Harvard, or one of these big institutions, the way you do that is mostly by getting funding for research. It's by getting a lot of publishing - a lot flying around the world to talk about something. You need all of these things to bolster your reputation as an international expert in this area. Now, the best way to do that, at least in psychiatry but I suspect in other areas of medicine, is actually to collaborate with pharmaceutical companies to run clinical trials. They write the publications for you - most of it, they do a lot of the grunt work, they give you the protocols, and then, essentially, they fund you and fly you around the place. I used to remember, as a junior doctor, looking up to the Professors. And they would say, 'These drugs are safe and effective. There's not a lot of problems there.' ...What I've seen more and more is that they've been compromised, and that they have incentives tied to the money and to career advancement. That means that they can't be as forthright as they ought to be about these things. OK, it's cold out there! It's already in the 20s here. This activity has been crazy lately! I haven't seen them this active and coming close together in a long time. I think they're going to do something big again soon! I've proven again that they don't like tech! The closer I get to them with cameras and drones, the more they take them out. They just drained the batteries in my handheld starlight camera when they got close to me—I had just charged them. I also sent the thermal drone up; as soon as it cleared the trees, the ones right in front of me vanished. I've found that if I get the drones too close to them, they will take them or destroy them, but if I hover, they sometimes approach the drones without harming them. I've lost four very expensive drones to them—one was a $15,000 drone—so I try not to get too close with the drones now. I have something very special filmed with the drones that's going to change the world when everything comes out! This is a short video from when I sent the drone up tonight. I'm reviewing the other videos right now and will try to post some more tonight. I did film something on the thermal drone after this part, but I need to see how it looks.

This video of Sikh police officers is making the rounds in Canada, and earned some controversy with many pointing out how there happen to be so many of them. I have zero issue with this, as Sikhs are some of the best integrated people in any country they emigrate to. Notice that they are drawn to law enforcement as a profession. If every migrant were like the Sikhs there would be no concerns of “cultural enrichment.”
