Moments later, she realises the cash is missing and immediately begins chasing the bikers. However, her efforts of no use as the duo quickly revs up the bike and disappears from the spot. The protesters continued their chants, saying “ICE out of New York,” “Abolish ICE,” and “The [Hilton] staff deserve a raise!” After about an hour and a half of protesters sitting and chanting inside the lobby, the NYPD-SRG, dressed in riot control gear, moved into the hotel through a back door and arrested the remaining protesters. A protest organizer told Drop Site around 70 people were arrested. Other reports said around 40 people were arrested.
