There has been a very positive response from the government on both compensation and legal protection. It has agreed to these demands in principle, and we hope that we will soon receive a written agreement in this regard. There was also a detailed discussion with the government regarding Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation...We told them that nothing short of this would be acceptable. The government said that the Prime Minister would be informed about this demand and that a decision would be taken soon. The government has also proposed another meeting tomorrow afternoon..."
