There is still a long way to go but we have made positive progress towards our goals: ▪︎ They don't settle for anything less than total domination! ▪︎ They use unbearable speed in attack, a clear Nabi attacking blueprint🔥🔥 ▪︎ Once we find spaces to attack, our movement and passes are very quick. ▪︎ The decision-making on the ball is getting better, and our structure is getting better every game. ▪︎ They create a lot of chances every game! ▪︎ They fight as a team! We are very flexible tactically. There is positive energy around the team. The players are regaining their confidence! We can't even get Blom to enjoy football? ■ A match unfit Blom is still better than what we partner Cele with constantly there. ■ This boy doesn't want to play RB. Worse, he knows, and we know he's better than our preferred 6s. ■ How does he stay inspired when he's undervalued? We need to be less emotional and pick the best possible 11 with what we have before complaining about lack of quality. ■ Blom can't even have 2 starts because we have the coaches' favorite sons who deserve to play even when they offer nothing! ▪︎ The fans end up hating their own players because the coach forces them into the team even when they aren't helping the team. ■ Ntwari was kept until fans hated him. We could see he's struggling to adapt, but many still believed in him. Instead of limiting his game time in the early days until he adapted, the coach kept him there until fans started to see Ntwari as the only problem, he wasn't protected and now with Bvuma leaking, we can't look at Ntwari with the hope and positively we had in pre-season. ▪︎ Yet, Ntwari will go to his national team next week and pull world-class saves. ■ Same as Lilepo, he can be off for 60 minutes and just show up in a few moments but he will stay in the field, because once the coach trusts you, he doesn't want you to stay a second out even when you're not showing up. The only motivated player currently is Yusuf Maart because he doesn't even need a good performance to be preferred in this team. What an interesting voicemail left for Hank Brennan during the Karen Read trial from a former DOJ paralaegal! Transcript: Hi, Mr. Brennan, if this is your voicemail, you're not listed in the select by name directory, understandably, but especially now. You know, I'm a former paralegal at DOJ, but now living in Tennessee, retired because of a disability. And I just have to say, I'm so disappointed in you. I left a message that was actually pleasant for Mr. Lally at the end of the other trial, because I felt like he was kind of being forced to turn a blind eye, and may even be trying to intentionally lose, because he deep down has his own suspicions. Um, you must, or you are really not watching the entirety of the previous trial, but I want you to know that what you're saying today is in direct contradiction to your own former witness Brian Albert's testimony, where he said he let Chloe out right at that time because he knew that some experts may deduce that they are dog bites. And that was leaving open the possibility that she attacked John's body outside where it wasn't even there yet. But, but at that time, you know, when they later said that Karen hit him, um, You must know that there's ample reasonable doubt or you wouldn't be going after expert witnesses. And just as a Christian, I am a, you know, fairly astute former paralegal, but also as a Christian, you know, uh, you know, you're going to have to answer to a higher power. And right now I would like to go with you to see Chloe since you did, she takes the beer out and say, sick of myself. For her to bite either D.A. Morrissey or you, but somehow I still don't feel like that way toward Mr. Lally. Um, and then you'll have a comparison of exactly what her claw and bite marks look like. And what does it matter, which the doctor is not contradicting herself about, and it's misogynistic of you to suggest that she is. And like one person in the chat I've been watching, it said she would like to see you go after the ARCA experts, but apparently you really are, but you probably speak with more respect to them. But now you're going to have to say that they're from the FBI or hired by the FBI. People seem to be very confused about my dynamic with my husband Don and my boyfriend Brian. I think it’s important to explain this and make people realize it’s okay to have complicated relationships when life gets tough. I met Don in 2009 and married him in 2015. He had a stroke in 2019 and I became his full time caregiver. In 2022 I realized life was too short so I made the tough decision to find myself again and make myself happy. Thats when I moved Don into a facility so the professionals could take over. I will admit I was a better caregiver but I can’t do the work of an entire team of people. Unless you have been in my shoes and been a caregiver for your spouse, you wouldn’t understand. It was so overwhelming, I quit my job of eight years to care for him. I wanted to care for him. But stress turned to anxiety and depression and into panic attacks. Caregiver burnout is real and has even been shown to decrease your life expectancy. You are caring for your loved one but you are mourning their loss… even though they are still there. Now I’m mourning him again as he physically passes away! I met Brian and he became my boyfriend. He came into my life at a very emotional time. It also happened to be during a category 5 hurricane. Things happen for a reason so I do want to thank Hurricane Ian for bringing Brian into my life. I still am married to Don but Brian helps support me emotionally in ways Don used to but can’t anymore. I can go home to Brian and get a hug after sitting in the ICU all day with Don. Brian helped me be Don’s court appointed guardian. He helped me have difficult conversations with lawyers. But most of all he stuck around and supported me. People made smart ass comments about us looking happy on thanksgivings. But the photo doesn’t show the phone call that interrupted dinner about Don being an organ donor. The photo doesn’t show me shedding tears in the restaurant parking lot as everyone inside is laughing and enjoying their time with family. It’s a blessing to have the support Brian offers. Don would have been okay with it. He wanted me to be happy. I didn’t just leave Don the second he started dying. This has been a long and very emotional process. I don’t post a video every time I am crying or upset with myself. He didn’t sing them to just sing. Him singing, even 16 years ago gives me peace and closure that I wouldn’t have thought would be possible. ❤️❤️❤️

People seem to be very confused about my dynamic with my husband Don and my boyfriend Brian. I think it’s important to explain this and make people realize it’s okay to have complicated relationships when life gets tough. I met Don in 2009 and married him in 2015. He had a stroke in 2019 and I became his full time caregiver. In 2022 I realized life was too short so I made the tough decision to find myself again and make myself happy. Thats when I moved Don into a facility so the professionals could take over. I will admit I was a better caregiver but I can’t do the work of an entire team of people. Unless you have been in my shoes and been a caregiver for your spouse, you wouldn’t understand. It was so overwhelming, I quit my job of eight years to care for him. I wanted to care for him. But stress turned to anxiety and depression and into panic attacks. Caregiver burnout is real and has even been shown to decrease your life expectancy. You are caring for your loved one but you are mourning their loss… even though they are still there. Now I’m mourning him again as he physically passes away! I met Brian and he became my boyfriend. He came into my life at a very emotional time. It also happened to be during a category 5 hurricane. Things happen for a reason so I do want to thank Hurricane Ian for bringing Brian into my life. I still am married to Don but Brian helps support me emotionally in ways Don used to but can’t anymore. I can go home to Brian and get a hug after sitting in the ICU all day with Don. Brian helped me be Don’s court appointed guardian. He helped me have difficult conversations with lawyers. But most of all he stuck around and supported me. People made smart ass comments about us looking happy on thanksgivings. But the photo doesn’t show the phone call that interrupted dinner about Don being an organ donor. The photo doesn’t show me shedding tears in the restaurant parking lot as everyone inside is laughing and enjoying their time with family. It’s a blessing to have the support Brian offers. Don would have been okay with it. He wanted me to be happy. I didn’t just leave Don the second he started dying. This has been a long and very emotional process. I don’t post a video every time I am crying or upset with myself. JOONGDUNK PRAEW PODCAST #DearMyselfxJoongDunk : so can i ask this—after working together and going through both good and bad times, hardships, happiness, and success and embracing all of that as JoongDunk… how does being “JoongDunk” feel to you both now? 🌻if you ask me right now i’d say it feels really good. we understand each other more now. of course there were times when we didn’t understand each other we just talk things out—like what the other person this khun (🌞) doesn’t like and then i simply don’t do those things. for me i’m not someone who wants to have problems with anyone in the first place. so if i know he doesn’t like something i simply won’t do it. and honestly it goes both ways—we share what we don’t like and then adjust to meet each other halfway 🌞what JoongDunk is today huh? it has changed a lot. there have been many versions many eras. in the early days we were just two innocent kids who didn’t think much. but now we’ve grown up—we’ve been through a lot together. there was even a time - we’ve been at a point where we almost breaking up… there was a time when it felt like we couldn’t go on together - like it was going to end for sure — 100%. but in the end, we have to thank the seniors and the adults around us—we were lucky to have people guiding us : and today how much do you rely on each other—in work and in life? 🌻it’s to the point that we can’t even count the days we don’t see each other We see each other almost every day—especially lately. it’s basically every day now. it’s become a habit, but that’s exactly what can make us careless 🌞when we’re that close and see each other all the time sometimes we don’t realize that the things we do unintentionally might hurt the other person. so the closer we are the more we have to care there was a time when we had to sit down and make a deal about this. cause we got so used to working and being together we stopped greeting each other. like, we’d come to work, walk past each other - sit doing makeup spacing out… and then we realized “hey this isn’t okay” so we made a rule: from now on whenever we come to work, you have to hug me once or say hi or touch me—something to let me know “ i’m here” It’s just a small rule but it makes everything better 🌻and same when leaving—we have to say goodbye like “see you” 🌞you can leave first that’s fine but you have to tell me first “please tell me”

Why he means more to us than you can ever imagine..#JurgenKlopp I have never shared this video on social media before as it was too personal and probably too emotional but I felt today was a fitting time to do so before he leaves. My 14 year old son at the time endured a tragic incident back in 2020 during Covid that nearly ended his life but managed to come through the coma without the function to walk, talk, read & store instant memory due to a hypoxic brain injury. However, when you get a video like this from your idol when being in Alder Hey hospital for 3 months not knowing what life we will look like going forward, not only gave Joel hope but also gave me the belief that he could do this and he will get back being the kid we all loved very much along with being back in school, running, remembering our night in Madrid and back playing the game he loves. The world was a completely horrible place at the time and no doubt Klopp was going through difficult times himself through this period but he had the time to do this for Joel ❤️. Since then my son has done some remarkable things… ⚽️Returned to football late 2021, ✏️Completed school, ⚫️Refs weekly at LFC Academy, 📚Completed his first FA coaching badge, 🏃🏻‍➡️Ran his 1st marathon this year, 💻About to finish college with a distinction, 🏆This week just won the U18’s Liverpool County Prem Cup, And yes he finally got the memory of the best night of our lives in Madrid back 6️⃣. When Mick Ryan lost his son through sucide his world fell apart. Six years ago he decided that he would try to save even one life. He believes his son told him to do what he could, and he did. It started with just one teddy bear. A symbol he believes takes us all back to our childhoods. He placed it on a bridge with a note saying, "Your friends and family love you". He also left his own name and phone number, and the number of a su!c!de support line. He got a call one night and was able to help a young person who saw the Teddy and that’s when it took off. Mick drove around the country with his daughter placing Teddy bears and notes and solar lights on bridges, train tracks and on riversides, all in the hope that he could save eleven one life. But it’s done more than that. Not only has he saved a life, he has started a nationwide campaign, where people from all over of Ireland are now asking Mick for his signs and putting up their own bears. He’s even had messages from people in the U.K. and the US thanking him and lwttimg him know that they have taken on his idea..... and it’s working ❤️ Mick is 74. He’s recovering from a serious illness and he’s on a walker, but he said he won’t stop what he’s doing until he’s not around anymore to do it. We need more Micks in this world.
