The trick isn’t to move faster by cutting corners. It’s to design the system so cleanly that you don’t need hacks in the first place. Their framework focuses on strong abstractions and ruthless clarity upfront so they can move quickly and maintain craft. 2. Why the smallest possible scope is your superpower When you’re staring at a big ambitious idea, it’s tempting to swing for the fences immediately. The problem? Big scope creates drag. They’ve found that shrinking a feature down to its smallest, clearest version is like cutting a diamond: the smaller it gets, the more precise and valuable it becomes. C’est un travail d’orfèvre numérique qui nous a pris un temps de dingue. Le scénario était calé au poil de cul près. On voulait que chaque plan raconte quelque chose : Satan dans son fauteuil, Satan qui pousse un doudou, qui manipule des rouages... Notre méthode ? Un enfer de précision : 1. On part de l’image de base de mon avatar pour garder une cohérence physique (les cornes, les lunettes, le costume). 2. Gem me génère le prompt parfait pour Grok pour un segment de 10 secondes maximum. Pourquoi 10s ? Car c’est la limite max imposé par Grok. 3. Une fois la vidéo générée, je l’importe dans Adobe Premiere Pro, je la cale sur le beat. 4. Et c’est là que ça devient drôle : je fais un screenshot de la toute dernière frame de la vidéo. Je redonne cette image à Gem pour qu’il ajuste le prompt suivant afin que Grok reparte de cette base exacte. On a fait ça, boucle après boucle, pour que la transition soit la plus fluide possible et que Satan garde la même tête du début à la fin (on utilise d’ailleurs une image de référence de Satan, qui le présente sous tous les angles). C’est de l’artisanat hybride, une lutte permanente contre l’entropie de l’algorithme pour qu’il respecte mon storyboard. Le mot de la fin Ce clip, c’est ma façon de marquer ces 20 000 abonnés. C’est beaucoup de sueur, énormément de café, et une dose massive de passion. C’est une célébration du sarcasme qui réveille, de la rigueur qui pique et de la liberté de penser sans doudou.
