I’m still here because this was the hardest fan project we’ve faced in these six months. My patience and leadership were tested like never before to the point that I almost gave up in the middle of the preparation. There were nights I whispered to myself, “This will be my last.” I felt so pressured that sometimes I just wanted to hide and run away. On top of it all, I was carrying my own personal struggles, which made every step heavier. We took risks in almost every decision we made during this project. There were times when all we could say was, “Naniniwala kami sa Cheffies.” From tickets and props to the fan project and the fanzone everything was about risk and trust. Trusting the Cheffies that they would show up. Trusting the sponsors that they were only waiting for us to open our plan. Trusting Dustin and Bianca that they would see and hear our efforts. And above all, trusting each other as admins that no matter what happens, we would not give up on this. But it wasn’t just about risks. It was about sacrifices the sleepless nights, the drained wallets, the heavy emotions, and the constant balancing act between work life and fandom life. It was about choosing to fight even when we were tired, choosing to stay even when walking away seemed easier. Every small victory mattered, and every breakdown taught us something new. Looking back at these six months, I realized it’s not only about the events, the projects, or the milestones. It’s about the people who stood by me when I thought I couldn’t go on. The people I met along the way who turned into a second family. The laughter in between the stress, the comfort in the middle of the tears, and the bonds that were built in both the best and worst days. This is why, even when I wanted to let go so many times, I stayed. Because every hardship was matched with a reminder that I was not alone. Because this fandom has become more than just support for Dustin and Bianca it has become a home where friendships are nurtured, where trust is strengthened, and where love is felt. So this 6th monthsary is not just a celebration of Dustin and Bianca, though they remain the heart and reason for all of this. The situation in the Middle East right now is serious, and many people in the region are going through uncertain times. Dubai and the entire Gulf region have always been incredibly important for our films and for our boss. Thank you SO much to all our followers, supporters and fans for all of the love at TsumiCon @ Houston, TX this past weekend!! ❤️❤️ (Long Post Incoming)⬇️ Our hearts are so full and words cannot describe how we are feeling right now 🥹 We are so happy to have met all of you! Thank you for stopping by our booth, hanging out with us, and taking pictures with us. Our group photo session took over an hour (we literally still can’t believe it). To be honest, it was a bit hectic since it was so busy. However, you guys were all so nice and patient and understanding! And even though it lasted over an hour, you guys waited in line just to meet us 🥹. Thank you for purchasing our JolliBaddies posters (we SOLD OUT omg!!🤯)! This is also unbelievable to us. Thank you for going to our panel on Saturday and playing Bingo with us!!! IN THE MAIN PANEL ROOM TOO!!!! We thought that only 20 people would attend and were originally going to be in the smallest room. However, the line for the panel was SO long that Tsumicon staff ended up switching our room from the smallest room to literally the LARGEST panel room!!! Our minds are still blown away by this. In addition, our panel line was SO long that staff had to cut it off because we were at MAX capacity!!!! This is a formal warning to the City of Chicago City of Chicago and to the entities that operate Daley Plaza Daley Center, Public Building Commission and Transwestern. The Serbian community has deep roots in this city since its earliest days. Chicagoland is home to the largest Serbian community outside of Serbia and the Balkans. We are a huge, longstanding, and proud community in this city and we will not accept being disregarded or insulted. Without any consultation with our community, a decision was made to raise the flag of the terrorist and criminal “Republic of Kosovo” at Daley Plaza. This is an occupied territory that remains deeply painful for the Serbian people as this land is the centerpiece of our religion, culture and identity. For our community, this act is not symbolic or fun, it is a political statement that directly insults us. This action is unacceptable. If this terrorist flag of so called Republic of Kosovo is raised again in our city without dialogue or consideration of our community, you should expect a highly visible public protest at levels you’ve never seen before. We demand that this issue be addressed immediately. Engage with our community. Show respect for the people who have built this city. Do not repeat this mistake. Do not think to insult us like this ever again.

Hope will always have a home with us. As I hinted at this morning, I got a sense from the property manager that this tear down ranch house may not be available as a rental for much longer… we could try to buy the lot but the process is long and complicated…and there would be no house standing while it all played out. And we’d be competing against a bunch of local developers. We went in another direction. To be honest this is a plan/project we’ve been working on for the last six months. I’ll cut to the chase. We bought a house under construction four doors down. It’s already part of Hope and the herd’s habitat so the adjustment should be fairly smooth. If you look at the first photo shot from the top floor of our new house you can see our small ranch rental between the blue house and light brown one. We’re moving in. Some of our deer friends have already joined us. See short video shot from our new rear deck.
