Senseless tragedy, but it is NOT local LEOs fault. The blame rests squarely on the shoulders of the driver. Street racing can be deadly without any cop involvement, so blaming the cops is a scapegoat tactic.
If there were truly justice in this country, he should go to trial, no fkn plea deals, if found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, be put on death row. If a 3 judge panel rules he shouldn't have a retrial, the next morning stand him against the wall and pull the trigger.
