Our efforts have not been restricted to structural reforms alone. We have deepened financial inclusion, took banking to the last citizen, and ensured a citizen-centric banking interface. Over 55 crore Jan Dhan accounts have been opened, of which over 55% have been by women; and over 66% have been in rural/semiurban centre bank branches. We have taken numerous steps to ensure that financial inclusion does not stop with merely with ‘Banking the Unbanked’ and instead enables meaningful engagement with financial services. Minister Jupally Krishna Rao dismissed allegations made by Harish Rao. He said, “ Microbrewery rules were framed under GO 151 on 28 Aug 2015. On 1 July 2016, the then government approved 20 microbreweries out of 50 applications, without any lottery system. In the last two years, we haven’t brought any new law on breweries. The same rules framed during BRS time are still in force. Till date, not a single file seeking microbrewery approval has come to me. Only applications have reached the department. Not through lottery, but to chosen people. Isn’t that the truth? You committed the mistakes and are now blaming us. If dues were paid every 15 days, how did ₹3,500 crore excise arrears pile up under your government? How did ₹40,000 crore worth of bills remain pending in the Finance Department? Who actually turned Telangana into a drunkards’ state? Excise revenue rose from ₹10,012 crore in 2014 to ₹34,869 crore by 2023 under BRS rule. That’s an increase of nearly ₹25,000 crore through excise alone. Under Congress government in 2024–25, excise revenue is ₹34,603 crore, about ₹250 crore less than your time. Who pushed liquor consumption? Singur water allegations to breweries is false. No new permissions, no new pipelines for beer companies. The soil of Singur has always inspired me. My journey of struggle is deeply intertwined with this land, and I am truly moved by the warmth and affection with which the people of Singur embraced me today. First and foremost, I extend my heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their lives due to the unplanned SIR. I am also deeply saddened by the untimely demise of Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Ajit Pawar. I pray for the eternal peace of his departed soul and convey my sincere condolences to his family. From the soil of Singur today, I inaugurated Phase II of the Banglar Bari (Gramin) housing scheme, fully funded by the State Government. In this phase, 20 lakh families will receive ₹1.20 lakh each to build their homes, with a total outlay of ₹24,000 crore. In Phase I, 12 lakh rural families had already benefited at an expenditure of ₹14,400 crore, enabling homeless and families to secure dignified pucca homes. Across both phases, the State Government is investing ₹38,400 crore to benefit 32 lakh rural families. Alongside this, I inaugurated the Ghatal Master Plan for flood control and drainage improvement across flood-prone regions of Paschim Medinipur and Purba Medinipur. Nearly 10 lakh people will benefit from this ₹1,500 crore initiative, covering 801 sq km. I also flagged off 50 Sufal Bangla vehicles and initiated the disbursal of compensation under the Bangla Shasya Bima scheme for crop losses caused by natural calamities during the Kharif 2025 season, amounting to ₹80 crore. Over 2.35 lakh farmers will receive direct financial assistance in their bank accounts through DBT. I also inaugurated 150 agricultural machinery hiring centres and 603 machinery hubs across the State and distributed 29,000 modern agricultural equipment to farmers in various districts, with a total value of ₹160 crore. Today, I distributed 7,727 land pattas across 22 districts. Furthermore, with the support of the World Bank, I announced West Bengal’s healthcare reform programme, ‘Unnoto Suswasthya’, which will focus on non-communicable diseases, maternal and child health, and adolescent health, with a total outlay exceeding ₹3,700 crore. I also inaugurated 1,077 projects across 28 departments worth ₹5,694 crore and laid the foundation stones for 616 projects worth ₹2,183 crore. The soil of Singur will always remain close to my heart. It continually inspires me to walk the path of truth and to stand for people’s rights. An Agro-Industrial Park has already been developed in Singur on 8 acres at a cost of ₹9.20 crore, and a private industrial park is coming up on 77 acres, creating employment for thousands. Unable to match Bengal’s pace of development, the Bangla-birodhi Central Government is now conspiring to disenfranchise legitimate voters through its unplanned and coercive SIR process. Ordinary citizens are being harassed, lives are being lost, and Bengal is being repeatedly targeted and humiliated. Touching the soil of Singur today, I renewed my resolve to continue this fight. I will soon go to Delhi myself to defend the democratic rights of our people. No autocracy will ever be allowed to take root in Bengal.

We received a total of 1.6 crore applications; 26 lakh were rejected for not meeting the criteria, and we are transferring funds to the rest... Today also marks the start of the VB-G RAM G (Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission)... In WB, 2.56 crore people living in villages will get 125 days of work; the daily wage will be Rs 300 for unskilled labour, Rs 450 for semi-skilled, and Rs 600 for skilled work... Apart from this, we have introduced many schemes in the budget, and we have also been implementing numerous Central govt schemes... Tomorrow we are holding a meeting with all the ministers and HoDs in West Bengal. Harit Maharashtra, Samruddha Maharashtra leads Gadchiroli's green turn! Planted a sapling in Gadchiroli today, marking the launch of 'Harit Maharashtra, Samruddha Maharashtra', A campaign to plant 1 crore trees in the district. This is more than a plantation drive; it’s a commitment to preserving nature while driving development rooted in sustainability. Gadchiroli, with its rich forest cover, plays a key role in maintaining Maharashtra’s ecological balance. Between 2014 and 2019, 50 crore trees were planted across the State. As per the 2019 Green Cover Report by the Central Government, Maharashtra was the only State to record an actual increase in forest cover, a result of collective effort and strong public participation. Building on that success, 11 crore trees will be planted this year and 25 crore next year. In Gadchiroli, 40 lakh saplings are being planted this year and 60 lakh more next year. Saplings have been sourced from Rajahmundry and local nurseries are being nurtured to grow saplings of the same strength and standard, rooted in the region and ready for the future. Each tree will be geo-tagged and tracked, and officers have come forward to adopt saplings, turning this into a people-led movement to make Gadchiroli the greenest district. Alongside this, a meaningful step toward social inclusion was taken today as 23 youth from Naxal-affected families were directly recruited into the police force. 2 of them received their appointment letters during the programme, serving as powerful symbols of trust regained, transformation embraced and new beginnings forged Gadchiroli is moving ahead. Villages have rejected Maoism and embraced peace, the Constitution, and democracy. The path to violence leads nowhere; the path to growth is open to all. Yes Those fancy Terms of "Cash Burn" to Capture markets was the result of this printing..Free Money pumped to close small enterprises all over Asia & other countries.. Not every Shop Owner can get listed in these market places or negotiate with these companies against their aggressive commission policies.. So based on all the inputs..When we know that these 6-9 crore people are earning whatever they can based their hardwork and merit without depending on government welfare , reservation or any schemes.. Conducted a comprehensive review of the Telangana Cyber Security Bureau today, inspecting our Cyber Lab, Security Operations Centre, Central Monitoring Unit, Social Media Unit, Child Protection Unit, and Digital Forensic Unit. Director Ms. Shikha Goel, IPS and senior officers presented a detailed briefing on emerging cybercrime trends, investigative techniques and our technological roadmap. I have personally witnessed our AI-powered Cyber Call Centre in action when a caller reported a financial fraud, the system responded with empathy, captured critical details and instantly alerted the concerned police station. This is the future of citizen first policing and I've directed officials to expand such AI-driven services further. Telangana's numbers speak for themselves. In 2025, we recorded a 20% reduction in cyber fraud losses compared to 2024, even as we registered 21,639 cybercrime FIRs, 44% of all cybercrime FIRs in India. That makes us No.1 in the nation. Our FIR conversion rate touched 78% in high value fraud cases above 75 lakh. The amount held in fraudsters' accounts rose from 255 crore to 279 crore . At the same time, I want to be transparent about where we must improve. On national portal performance indicators, Telangana stands 4th in Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) and 6th in Coordination both reflecting reasonable strength. But we rank 18th in Money Refund Mechanism (MRM) and 17th on the Sahayog Portal and these numbers are not acceptable for a state that leads the country in FIR registration. A state topping the nation in enforcement cannot afford to lag in victim refunds and inter-portal coordination. I have directed officials to treat this as an immediate priority and close this gap on a war footing. Cybercrime today accounts for one in every four major crime FIRs in our state and financial losses from cyber fraud 1,524 crore are nearly seven times higher than losses from all other major crimes combined 207crore. This is not a side issue this is the primary threat we face. I have directed every officer to build strong technological skills, adopt AI and advanced analytics nd treat cyber investigation as core policing, not a specialisation. Reaping the Fruits of Women-Led Development: Voice, Participation and Leadership—The Imperative for the World’s Largest + Oldest Democracy. In this inspirational and insightful piece PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji writes how women have made vast and invaluable contributions to the progress and development of the nation. Yet, their representation in the world of politics and legislative bodies has not always been commensurate with their role in society. No democracy can be truly representative if half its population does not have an equal voice, participation and leadership in its State Assemblies and National Parliament. In the PM Modi-led government, this shift from women-centred to women-led development has already begun to take shape. GDP goes up when you transition from women-centred to women-led development, with this shift alone holding the potential to unlock over 10% annual growth. This is reflected in India’s strong macro-economic fundamentals, rising capital expenditure and infrastructure expansion, which in turn enable sustained investment in inclusive, women-centric schemes. Flagship initiatives—from PM Awas Yojana to Ujjwala and Swachh Bharat—have translated this growth into dignity, access and agency for crores of women. While significant strides have been made at the local level, the journey towards full and equal representation remains unfinished at higher legislative institutions. It is imperative that the 2029 Lok Sabha elections and the Assembly elections to the various states in the coming times are conducted with women’s reservation in place. In September 2023, Parliament passed the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam with the same spirit of consensus—marking a decisive step towards gender-responsive governance and legislation. Strengthening women’s participation in legislative institutions is an important step towards fulfilling that vision. This is truly a historic opportunity to make our democracy more representative, responsive and future-ready. The passage of a bill for women’s reservation should reflect the broadest possible consensus and be guided by the larger national interest. Such opportunities call upon us to act not for ourselves, but for future generations. During COVID, the New York Times ran a headline calling women "society's shock absorbers," describing how women took on the stress of their families and spouses, then felt guilty when they couldn't alleviate it. Maté argues there's nothing mysterious about these statistics once you understand what culture demands of women: "If you understand how the culture then imposes its own expectations on certain groups, adding to their stress, then there's absolutely nothing miraculous or nothing mysterious about why women have more autoimmune disease." He points to the patriarchal assignment of emotional labour as the root cause. Women are expected to absorb the stress of everyone around them and are made to feel guilty if they don't. As Maté puts it: "Women's guilt is another control mechanism on the part of the culture." He then raises a striking example: the changing gender ratio in multiple sclerosis. In the 1930s, the ratio was roughly one to one. Today, it's three and a half women to every man. Maté systematically rules out the usual explanations: "Can't be the genes, because they don't change in a population over 80 years. Can't be the climate or the diet, that didn't change more for one gender than another." What did change? The role women were asked to play. Women were already carrying the emotional weight of their families. But over recent decades, they've also taken on the role of wage earners driven by economic pressure on middle and lower classes and by their own desire to build lives outside the home.
