Breaking: The video released by CENTCOM showing last night’s U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force airstrikes on Iran indicates that the U.S. military is seriously struggling to find and destroy meaningful military targets inside the country. The only visible military equipment destroyed at the beginning of the video appears to be a cruise missile launcher. Beyond that, they seem to have targeted empty racks used for one-way attack drones, empty drone-launcher racks, and even a bunch of empty crates that the Iranian Air Force had placed on the runways of its 10th Tactical Fighter Base in Chabahar to block them and prevent their use by U.S. forces. This explains why the Americans, and also the Israelis, are now increasingly going after Iran’s civilian infrastructure: there is not much left for them to target militarily. This is not a victory. It is a waste of expensive weapons and munitions by the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force, ordered by the Trump administration. President Trump appears to be trying to save face and avoid losing the midterms by wasting U.S. military munitions. #OperationEpicFury
