As you said, I'm not actually confident in myself at all, but it's mostly bc of you, who came and filled in the parts of me that I couldn't do at all, who came and filled in the parts that I didn't want to do at all in the beginning bc I was too afraid. It's bc of you that I am who I am today. If it weren't you, then it couldn't be anyone else. Thank you so much for always helping me in everything. For our show today, even though it's our second time, at first I was like, "It's going to be chill. Of course we can do it. We could do a full hour concert with just the two of us, this will pass in no time, we can do it!" But it turned out harder than every other time for many reasons. We had many things to do too. But I was willing to do everything and I was honestly very happy during the show. I feel like I don't usually get to see myself let myself go, let loose, and just chill to this extent. I really enjoyed this time and that I was brave enough to try many new things. 🦊: Thank you, Bonnie, and thank you to all my friends here for having fun together. Caller: I’m going to retire in about three years at 76. I have no mutual funds, no 401k. My question is, should I buy or rent at that time, at 76? Dave Ramsey: Okay. How would you be able to buy if you don't have any money? Caller: Currently, my income is $4,500 a month. $2,000 is going to rent, $2,000 is going to student loan, and I spend $500 on living expenses. Dave Ramsey: You're 70 years old and you have a student loan? Caller: Yes. I will pay it off. Dave Ramsey: What's the balance on it? Caller: $12,000. So I'm paying $2,000 a month on that. Dave Ramsey: All right. I'm really curious how you end up with a student loan at your age. How did you do that? Caller: I paid the interest only for a long time, since 2005, I guess. That's when I graduated. Dave Ramsey: You graduated 18 years ago, and your degree is in what? Caller: That particular degree was in communications. Dave Ramsey: Okay. And what do you do for a living? Caller: I'm a quality inspector. Dave Ramsey: At retirement, you have to have monthly money to pay bills, buy food, and provide shelter. The largest line item in your budget for the rest of your life is going to be housing. If you're renting, your cost of housing is going to go up every year because rent always goes up. If you buy, at least you're locked in to what you're going to be spending on housing from this point forward. So, buying is good. Having a paid-off home by the time you get there is even better, and of course, having a nest egg to live on. So, do you have a pension, or are you counting on just Social Security? Caller: Right currently, I have a universal life policy that has a cash value of approximately $9,000 in it. I'm reluctant to cash it out because it has a long-term care rider of 50 months on it at 4%. By the time I retire, I will have approximately $500 in pension and $2,500 in Social Security, which will give me $3,000. Dave Ramsey: And you have no money in savings? At all? Caller: $1,000. I have my thousand. Dave Ramsey: I want you to cash the universal in and pay the student loan down, and let's be done with this student loan very quickly. Let's get that in the background as soon as possible so we can try to accomplish a couple of these other goals, which is housing and start to build some kind of a nest egg over the next three years. Basically, you're going to live on beans and rice for the next three years while you throw as much money towards housing, buying a home, and as much money towards a nest egg as you can throw.

We don't know what the coming days and weeks and months will bring, but this peace is so meaningful and so beautiful. All we can hear is people and birds and it is the greatest gift I could have asked for. I have tears in my eyes as I write to you. Of course, we are anxious that this will not last, but the hope is so strong now, and living and surviving this nightmare seems like it finally could be possible for us. I want to thank you, my friends. Not only did you stand by us and many other people with your kind words and generous donations, but you fought very hard for us to survive and for this day to happen. We have lived through so much for two years, and I personally have seen and witnessed things that will scar my heart forever. Please pray that this could really be it, my friends, that we can finally live in peace. Okay y'all this may be nothing, but this could be HUGE! I'd be remiss if I didn't share it with you. 🎆🔽📢📢🔽🎆 Last night when I was listening to POTUS' speech I heard something, but then became distracted by some negativity in the chat I needed to address. I then paused the chat so everyone including myself could truly understand what POTUS was trying to get across to us, if indeed it was meant for us. And by the way, that closing post took me 2 hours to write because my main focus was the military and being so grateful for them having a nice Christmas. The words are usually very hard to come by and I have to wait for God to give me the proper ones. However, as I thought more and more about it, I knew there was something more that caught my attention and I couldn't quite place it, it nagged at me all night even while I slept. This morning I asked one of our admins Claudia to help me find it. I knew it had something to do with our wallets. Thank you Claudia, you are such a precious friend to me and I thank God you are part of our team. So here it is folks... 🎙️ Captain Kyle, myself & several of our guests speakers have been talking to y'all for years about the new financial system and the changeover. We've talked about one day you looking at your accounts or wallets in shock. Thinking how could this possibly be. This I believe was the comm folks... Signcares Initiative Cebu 3rd Movement — Coastal Clean up🧡🐚 Last month we did a research and checked the place where seikō.signcares lives, olanggo island. We asked the locals what is the most problems they encounter in their daily living in the island, they answered; "A lot of trash accumulates by the seaside because the waves bring it ashore here."🥹🧡 So we planned, talked about it, things needed,what are the things we need to do, and everything during our meetings to execute this movement successfully🧡 We executed the movement successfully and we cleaned the shore and the locals thanked us and we are so happy to give the best service that we can offer to them, it is voluntary. We did this movement because we want to help, we want to to contribute and share the sign to others. Everything is worth it and heartwarming🧡🔥 Thankyou so much seikō.signcares, your brother, and to your father for everything you did to us during our overnight stay at your place so we could have a safe stay and to all of my team members who contributed and as a team, we executed this movement successfully.😍🐚 We traveled from modern jeepneys, tricycle, bus, and boat just to arrive on that island and yes its where seiko.signcares (seikō.signcares) lives, during our stay he gives us hospitality that you don't expect you will receive. ‼️PLEASE READ‼️ If you are losing hope or motivation like I was earlier tonight, please I advise you to watch this. I explained and specified what I meant in some parts, but I truly hope this will help you to continue fighting. But at the end of the day, we have 2 options. We take the easy way out. Or we fight…We fight until Valko is home. Until infold hears us. But the key point in fighting, is showing love and support to others. if we want infold to hear us, we need to be just as loud as last week. Yes, July 9th is a blackout. Take the day to rest and recover, go on the game if you really feel the need to. But please, don’t spend any money. The fight is long from over. We can’t let the haters and other shit keep Valko hidden from us. It’s ok to take breaks, it’s ok to lose hope, but know we are all here to fight for you while you gain back the strength and motivation to bring our wolf home. Side note: this is why I love other games like The Last of Us. Moments like this clip is such an example for motivation. It may not be the best but hopefully it helps you. Democrats voter says “I will never vote Democrat again” “For almost 5 decades, I have been a liberal Democrat. I had raised my children to be Democrats and believe in the Democratic Party, all of that. And it took for this last election for me to have to sit down and do some real research and find out, like, who am I truly going to vote for and why? And it wasn't until a year ago, maybe a little over a year ago, that I realized they've been lying to us this whole time. We've been getting screwed this whole time. And the devastation that I felt, I cannot put into words. It was as if I was in a marriage with someone for 30 plus years, and I come to find out that they don't even love me. They got a whole new family of immigrants that they care about more — Being a Democrat is like being in a very toxic and abusive relationship. And I just pray that more and more of my people get out of that toxic and abusive relationship and conform to the true conservative values that you were raised with We were raised with these values. Man and woman should be married. You don't just go ahead and keep on getting pregnant about everybody just because you can kill them. Your body is sacred. You love and you worship God and you respect the house of the Lord. We all know that. All of these things, family first, family, God, faith, all that's first. All of these things were taught to us as we were being raised. In regards to who raised us or how we were being raised. This is what has been breded into us. So for the Democratic Party to make us try to make us accept all this other nonsense, like kids being able to transition and putting all of taking the Bible out of the prayer out of schools and all of this nonsense, you got to take the jab if you want to work. No, we were not raised like that. That is not part of who we are. If we truly want to return to who we are, you got to get over there with them conservatives, because that's where it's at. That's who we truly are. And they love us over there.”
