Knicks coach Mike Brown on Landry Shamet: “I’m talking about his whole career because he’s been a journeyman, but he probably deserved more of an opportunity because what he does out on the floor on both ends is very hard to find in this league, especially at his size, with is mental and physical toughness. We gave him an opportunity and showed him we loved him. He embraced it and he ran with it.”

Ben Johnson on giving Assistants play-calling opportunities in the Preseason: "We might look at a couple of guys during the Preseason. Last year, Declan had an opportunity to do the second half, and I wanted Al to get that chance, too. I think Al is an outstanding coach who has a chance to be an offensive coordinator and head coach in this league. He might not get that type of credit around the league right now, so this is a great opportunity for him to get some recognition." Giving Coaches room to grow.

Ryan Coogler saying that he made the best film he was capable of at that moment in his life is such a powerful answer. It acknowledges that art is inseparable from where a person is emotionally, mentally, and creatively. He was not claiming perfection, he was claiming integrity. He gave everything he had in that season of his life, every ounce of heart, discipline, and imagination, and that is all any true artist can ever offer. That response shows not only humility but a deep respect for the creative process, because it recognizes that growth never stops, yet every chapter deserves to be made with full intention and honesty.

CJ Stroud is the definition of a LEADER. On a day where he set multiple rookie QB records (passing yards and passer rating). Set this season’s record for most passing yards in a single game (470). And brought his team back to win with 46 seconds left. He had every opportunity to take all the credit and glory, but took a moment after the first question he was asked, and gave all credit to the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ. This is the kind of QB and leader every team needs 🔥

Oleg Tinkov gives Ilya Varlamov an insight into the mentality of Russia’s post-Soviet neoliberal business elite. Asked whether a person’s wealth matters to him, Tinkov says it is not about the exact number, whether someone has “100 million or 150 million,” but whether “there is something behind him.” “If they have their 40 million by the age of 40, then it means they are doing something right in life,” he says. By contrast, he says he is less interested in talking to a 40-year-old who is “just an employee” earning $5,000 a month, because “most likely his intellect is not that deep or developed.” Tinkov insists he speaks to everyone the same way, from a cleaner to a billionaire, but admits he would spend far more time talking to someone with $10 billion because, in his words, the “level of output” is higher.

This man is an Iranian American, who fled Iran as a Christian because of Sharia Law . He is pleading with the city council in Texas to not allow Islam any leeway. He says something that struck me. He said we were “soft Christians”. We allowed Islam into our way of life. WE CANNOT BE SOFT CHRISTIANS WHEN IT COMES TO THIS! When he was done, the whole crowd stood up andapplauded him. Our government needs to listen to people like him whether they wanna hear it or not.

INTERVIEW: Lions defensive coordinator Kelvin Sheppard hears the questions about Detroit’s defense. He explained why he has an “all-time high” confidence in the secondary. Sheppard is one of two people on Dan Campbell’s staff who have been with him every day he’s been a head coach. We talked about their relationship, life as a dad in the NFL, and being a rarity in football: a coach active on social media.

.Georges St-Pierre says he hopes that Elon Musk doesn't fight Mark Zuckerberg because he considers Musk a once-in-a-lifetime inventor whose valuable time is better served building transformative technology, but he will train Musk if he wants to fight. "We want him to keep working. He's changing the fate of humanity. These kind of men are too rare. You cannot waste that opportunity. He can make a leap in terms of technology of one hundred years. So we need him. Ultimately, it's his decision. I told Elon, if he needs my help, I will be there to help him the best as I can."

An angry father confronts a former teacher/coach outside of the courtroom, where he is charged with 3 counts of r@pe of students at a Massachusetts school, called Miss Halls school in Berkshire County. Good for him publicly shaming this predator! There is only one suitable punishment for this type of crime, and we all know what it is. I hope he gets a life sentence in a max prison, and they are all told what his charges are on day 1. He deserves whats coming his way.

Kenya is hurting. Not loudly, not on headlines but quietly, inside homes where parents wake up every morning forced to choose between health, rent, food, and education, knowing none of them will be fully met. This is not survival. This is slow suffocation. Benjamin is a Form Two student at St. Domnic Kasarani moving to Form Three. Last term, he never sat his end-term exams. Not because he failed, not because he refused to learn but because poverty shut the school gate in his face. While his classmates returned to school this term, Benjamin stayed home. Every morning he prepares a jiko and charcoal, waiting for his mother to return from marikiti where she roasts maize for strangers. He waits with hope hope that she will come back with food, hope that something small will remain for rent. This is the routine of a child who should be in class, not counting coins. What he told me today is what truly broke me. He said he is ready to operate a boda boda to help his mother put food on the table, but he is only 17 and has no ID. A child willing to trade his education and safety for survival. That is not courage that is desperation created by neglect. This is how children drop out of school in Kenya. Not because they are lazy, but because the system looks away. Not because parents don’t care, but because they have been pushed beyond their limits. I appeal to Kasarani MP Hon. Hon Captain Ronald Karauri you have helped many, and this is one more child whose future can still be saved. This is not about politics. It is about responsibility. And to Kenyans: if we ignore stories like Benjamin’s, we become part of the problem. This is not a plea for sympathy. It is a call for action. School fees, basic support, attention small interventions that change a life forever. Benjamin does not need pity. He needs a classroom. He needs a chance. He needs us now.

Representation is important, & how you represent is even more important. Sherrone Moore squandered an amazing opportunity as Michigan’s head coach. His authority gave him a the power to open doors to other coaches in his circle. He not only failed himself, but a community of coaches. Had he succeeded the next “Sherrone Moore” would have a favorable comp during his interview process. If you’re Michigan’s AD would you be comfortable hiring someone who reminded you of your dismissed former coach? LEBO SEHOANA (LEKAU'S WIFE) DRIP owner, Lekau Sehoana, has been living a lie his whole DRIP life & messing up my life, including that of his son & family. ■ His story of a "Shack Pop" DRIP store is his figmentation. DRIP was never started from shack. I started that company from my house, with him. ■ He has been running away from divorce since 2022 ■ He has neglected his son, even after a court instructed him to atleast visit him for 2 months. ■ His son is now 6 years. He hasn't been to school ■ He is a liar who runs away from Court orders ■ He lives a fake double life. He always use his tag of "I am a prominent businessman" when he plants stories in tabloid newspapers. ■ He is sh!t scared of Social media, yet he buys bots & influencers to make me trend. He doesn't even hide it. He told me straight that he own social media ■ there was a month where I was trending for the whole month. One week he would run with a label that I am a gold digger. Then next week, I want him dead. The other, I am running away from a divorce. ■ He has told me that he owns powerful politicians. They are in his payroll ■ He lied that he flee to Paris because of threats to his life. He never left SA. He would even say if you see me in Midrand, then take it as if we are both in Paris. ■ He says he is controlling the narrative. He portrays himself as a victim whilst he knows he has an evil heart. ■ His social media trolls think he is the victim. A narrative he exactly want portrayed. ■ He doesn't even look after his own mom and family. I am not working. But I make means that his own family get something ■ He says he is powerful. He will make sure that I run out of cash to challenge him in court. He initially forced me to accept a divorce settlement where I would leave with nothing. ■ I even had a miscarriage before of this pyscho ■ The guy is sick in his head.
