At full-time, a Spurs fan tried to kick Ramsdale after he kissed the Arsenal badge in front of the home fans. As a result, the Arsenal players reacted by celebrating like wild in front of their own fans. I VEHEMENTLY disagree with Paul Finebaum’s criticism of Coach Deion Sanders, Sheduer Sanders and Colorado. He called them irrelevant and that they don’t matter to College Football. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Colorado is very relevant and broke TV viewership records last year even after their 3-0 start that saw them finish the year 4-8. They out drew some of the biggest brands in all of College Football last year. Their blowout loss to Oregon had 10.03 million viewers, which topped the Notre Dame-Ohio State game. Shedeur Sanders stated that Colorado is everyone’s Super Bowl game when they play them. HE IS CORRECT, if you take the time to understand what he meant. Every team that played Colorado last year played their hardest against them because they knew everyone was watching and it was their opportunity to shine in front of the masses. It wasn’t JUST ABOUT winning, they wanted to humiliate them and kill their confidence. It pains many that Coach Prime, his sons, Travis Hunter, his coaches and all his players are still walking in their purpose and have never wavered for a second. They know the mission they are on and won’t back down in the face of adversity. Colorado wasn’t an “Easy win” last year for anyone except Oregon and Washington State. 5 of their 8 losses were by one score or less. Colorado making the College Football Playoff AT SOME POINT in Deion Sanders’ tenure would be a great thing for College Football. Not just for the increased viewership, but because taking a program that last won a Conference Championship when Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter weren’t even born yet would be an incredible accomplishment and rebuild. Colorado doesn’t have to go to the College Football Playoff this year and will still be relevant. Teams will be jumping out of their skin to get after them a little extra because they think they are too confident. Coaches will up the passion because they believe they deserve the attention and eyeballs that Coach Prime and Colorado demand. Like Coach Prime said, he is analyzed different and his wins are measured differently. One thing is for sure though. Coach Prime is building something at Colorado and as an analyst, I don’t think we should be trying kick him and his team down because they are confident and believe in themselves. They are great for College Football because they are different. Different might make people uncomfortable, but that doesn’t mean it’s wrong. As you can see in the attached video, rotations are occurring without any information, just like in many other rounds, and also involve locking through walls, etc. This is not the first time suspicions of cheating have appeared on the Tier 2/3 scene. We all surely remember, for example, the team Senza. We decided to wait a few days to see how the situation would develop, but we can no longer remain silent. In the meantime, matches have taken place against teams such as EYEBALLERS and SINNERS Esports, where the same situations occurred as in our game. Therefore, we kindly ask all organisers, especially Champion of Champions Tour CS2, to put an end to this, to actively investigate such cases, and to stop inviting suspicious teams to their tournaments. A loss is a loss, but it must be fair — that’s what esports is about. By ignoring this problem, we are hurting not only the players but also the fans, who should be at the heart of it all. Late in the 2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship, Villanova blew a 10-point lead. With 4.7 seconds left, UNC hit a 3-pointer to tie the game. Villanova's head coach, Jay Wright, called a timeout, and as his players walked to the huddle, they were all saying the same word: “Attitude.” “It's the most important aspect of our program,” Coach Wright explains in his book titled, Attitude. “We wear 'Attitude' wristbands. And when we break a huddle, we say '1, 2, 3, Attitude.'” The test of Attitude, Wright taught his players, is: “Where is your mindset after something bad happens to you?” Where is your mindset after you blow a 10-point lead? Where is your mindset after your opponent hits a 3 to tie the game with 4.7 seconds left? “When I looked into the eyes of our players,” Wright writes, “I saw no anger or regret. No one bemoaned [the UNC player's] 'lucky shot,' or that any of our guys had failed to stop him from grabbing the pass that led to that shot, or anything else.” Instead, “they were all saying, 'Attitude. Attitude. This is what we do. Attitude. This is what we do.'” With this mindset, the players returned to the court. Villanova's Kris Jenkins inbounded the ball to Ryan "Arch" Arcidiacono. Arch dribbled up the left side of the court, crossed half court, cut right towards the 3-point arc, where he underhanded a pass to Jenkins, who caught the ball with 1.3 seconds left, and, in perfect rhythm, jumped then released the ball with 0.6 seconds, and hit a buzzer-beater to win the 2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship. Takeaway 1: A primary indicator of physical fitness is recovery time. If you are doing all-out sprint intervals, for instance—people who are physically fit recover from one interval to the next faster than those who are not physically fit. “So then, what is mental fitness?” the mental performance coach Greg Harden likes to ask. “Mental fitness is about recovery time,” Harden says. In my opinion, that is the real final. Those are the two most complete teams left in the competition. If France overcome Spain, I believe they will go on and win the World Cup. Right now they are the most structured, the most consistent and the most complete side in the tournament. People can criticise Didier Deschamps’ style if they want, but one thing he has done brilliantly is make a squad full of world-class players function as one team. In my opinion, that is the real final. Those are the two most complete teams left in the competition. If France overcome Spain, I believe they will go on and win the World Cup. Right now they are the most structured, the most consistent and the most complete side in the tournament. People can criticise Didier Deschamps’ style if they want, but one thing he has done brilliantly is make a squad full of world-class players function as one team. There are no egos, everyone understands their role, and that unity is why I believe France are favourites to become world champions.”

As per World Bank, we need 2.15 dollars per day to stay above poverty line. In that 2 dollars, less than a dollar goes on diet. But on an average, middle class people spend 3-5 dollars on their diet every day. If we compare with average richer classes, per day expenditure is 40-50 dollars a day. Does not include fancy restaurants or Butler services. Or wine, whiskey etc. Just food. 8 to 10 times expenditure gap with the middle class and 50 times gap with a person just at poverty level of 2 dollars. What does that difference get you? Best quality food! Steaks aren’t cheap, allergy based diets and substitutes to the products which you cannot digest. Like almond milk in place of skim/fat milk. At 3 dollars per day, it is obvious that the body is recharged with wheat, rice, pulses, milk, millets, potatoes and every agency will tell you that it is healthy and best. They cannot tell a 3 dollar guy that he gotta spend 20-25 dollars per day. As you go up, you can pick things you want to eat. Best quality of those things eventually. You can choose to be a picky eater and not worry about 30 rupees delivery fee Zomato is charging. This is why actors, athletes etc revamp their diets when they rise socioeconomic ladders. They won’t be eating 1 kg rajma after that like they did in hostel days. You have to be conscious about it. When you rise your socioeconomic strata, your diet must reflect that. Otherwise, there was no point. You could just stay at 3-5 dollars a day level and live happily ever after.

REALLY special opening statement by P.J. Fleck (worth the ENTIRE listen): - Wore this blue wristband, our community has been through a lot, that’s why Heather and I love it here so much…today was a special win, we had Fletcher’s 3 buddies, and his brother join us yesterday from the Annunciation shooting. Fletcher (Merkel) was one of the young people that lost his life. Their Dads came and spent a lot of time with us yesterday. - One of Fletcher’s greatest memories was the USC game last year, which was talked about his funeral. - It’s the most unthinkable, tragic, catastrophic feeling you probably could ever have, losing your child. - Mike Wierzbicki did a tremendous job of hosting them, and bringing them into our family - They all got a game ball, kids are really resilient, but we don’t know how that will really impact young people - This is what Row The Boat is all about. Can’t bring Fletcher back, can’t make it easier, but I hope that for 45 minutes in my office, for pre-game, to that locker room, they could smile, and I thought they did. - This goes way bigger than football, everybody. I get paid to win, but I understand my role as a head football coach, I understand the obligation I have, the job I have to do and who I represent. - People can say Row The Boat is corny, it’s 13 years everybody, move on, find a new word, almost 100 wins…corny? It’s never give up.
