We need the correct mindset to make sure mens issues are addressed properly. We have several laws already but police and judiciary is not following and executing them properly… Need for police and judicial reforms at the earliest…..

Abolish women commission because they have failed to give justice to men, women and children.

Men and their families are suffering in fake allegations in matrimonial cases. Broken marriage makes a husband's family a default criminal. They get harassed systemically by court procedures for next 5-10 years just to prove their innocence. A woman goes to police station and file a random complaintnifty proven wrong, no action is taken on her. The mindset of judiciary is biased too, and they never initiate perjury cases against lying women in the court. I don't know how men's commission will help here where the justice system and laws itself are biased. Men have already lost hope in the judiciary. We need judicial reforms, gender neutral laws and correct execution of current laws. I'm happy that govt is atleast considering it. I hope it helps reducing men's suicides in overall India.

Not just Men's commission... We need to amend our laws to make it gender neutral, specific and clear. A law so comprehensive and clear that we don't require milords 'opinion' anymore. We need to save our boys so that they can focus on nation building instead of fighting false cases.

Courts & the system is anti men. In a matrimonial dispute,child by default are given to the mother. Fake DV & false 498a are allowed. Unjust alimony & maintenance given away to wife ( even if she breaks the marriage ). All this has given a boost to crime against Men.

One of the main reasons why Men's Commission is needed. Enough of lies. Enough of excluding Men. Enough of Feminist constitution.

Do we need another commision for MEN! Indeed, it's a welcome move! Forget both! Don't complicate the things! We need Gender Neutral Laws instead of having National Commission for Women / National Commission for Men! They keep fighting amongst them instead of husband & wife 😝🍻💃

Start sensitising the judiciary and the legal community first on men's issues. The judiciary and system has a misandrist mindset. No amount of laws can eradicate the rotten gender biased mindset of the judiciary

@sangharshForMen Just the commission won't help sir. False case filers specially on gender biased sections like PWDVA, 498A must be punished. Giving an edge to women in matrimonial disputes should also stop.

I support a National Commission for Men. The National Commission for Women protects women's rights, and that is important. But genuine male victims also deserve support and justice. Equality means protecting the rights of both women and men.

Apart from Mens comission, Society is to accept that women do commit crime & should be punished. Allowing a criminal woman to roam free in the society , is itself encouraging crime.

Yes. Lacs of men are victims of domestic abuse at hands of his wife, wife’s mother and other family members. There is no law for men so they harass and torture men with impunity. Many cases men are left with only option to self delete to escape this daily tortures.

@CPBlr and @BlrCityPolice are unnecessarily and unreasonably delaying providing the required information to a victim/ complainant regarding the appropriate action taken against an ASI of @konanakunteps in Bengaluru. Reason: Arbitrary Use of Power By a Public Servant Case has been running at the Honourable @India_NHRC since August 2025. This case was disposed with directions by the Honourable Commission in February 2026. An RTI request was also filed by the victim / complainant in May 2026 and this month the first appeal was also filed by the aggrieved person. This sums up how the police usually work in this country. #HumanRights #RTI #PoliceReformsNeeded

There is no need for having separate commissions for men, women, children, old, young, and so on. One commission for family welfare should do the job.

One sure shot way to attempt equality is to have men’s commission and make child aspect independent of women’s commission. This way both men and child’s interests will be addressed.
