Until we start locking up those responsible for destroying our country, NOTHING and I mean NOTHING will change. Unfortunately, I am sharing very sad news. Buster has been sick since September. We knew we had little time left with him, but were hoping we would not lose him this soon. He's always been a tough dog, so he hasn't seemed too sick. He has been pretty good lately, but yesterday he took a turn, and we had to say goodbye to him in the middle of the night. How do you say goodbye to your souldog? We don't know how, we may never know. But one thing we do know. Buster was the happiest as long as he was with us, and we were the same with him. We made the decision several years ago, wherever we travel, he's coming with us. He had a great life with lots of good treats and sniffs. I always told Buster daily, he is an angel sent from heaven. He's up there running free without pain watching over us now. Our hearts are broken.💔

Sharing for Kingston. To save his life. “Kingston means "king's town" ... but his reality couldn't be further from that. Instead of a kingdom, he has a kennel. Instead of a family, he has people who walk past him. Every single day. Kingston is only one year old. Just a baby. And he is the sweetest boy. Gentle, loving, playful, and so full of love to give. He is dog friendly, amazing with kids, and everything about him says "perfect family dog." Right now, Kingston is on the urgent list. And somehow... not one person has ever stopped to meet him. Not one person has ever asked to take Kingston out of his kennel. They walk by while he spins, jumps, and moves nonstop. They see chaos. They don't see stress. They don't see fear. They don't see a young dog losing his mind in an overwhelming environment. This is not excitement. This is kennel stress. This is what happens when a loving, energetic dog is trapped behind bars with nowhere to go and no one to turn to. If someone would just stop. If someone would just ask to meet him. They would see the real Kingston. Take him outside and he softens. A sweet, gentle, playful boy who loves fetch and proudly brings the ball back, dropping it right at your feet every time. A dog who wants to be close. A dog who wants to belong. He is sweet. He is gentle. He is playful. And, he does not deserve to be invisible. We don't know how Kingston is with cats. Remember Bubba, the dog who wandered away from his owner and sniffed his clothes and cried? 💔🐾 🚨 BUBBA UPDATE 🚨 Sound up to hear Bubba in the background barking for his breakfast. Found A Hound Rescue says he usually greets volunteers with tail wags and a little sass, but he still won’t get close enough for them to safely secure him. There has been some progress, with Bubba going halfway into the trap set by the rescue. On Tuesday afternoon, they attempted to trap him, but he wouldn’t fully commit to going all the way in. Since then, he has become a bit more hesitant again, so they have moved his food bowls closer to the entrance to help rebuild his confidence. They will be heading out again with his owner, hoping Bubba recognizes him and that this finally brings everything to an end. Please be patient. Found A Hound Rescue is doing everything possible, but with a flight-risk dog, it has to happen on his terms. Praying he’s safe and home soon. 🙏🐾💔
