storytime with kai #2 ⭐️ 🐧 i feel like i’ve told you this before but i have a scar near my chest here 🐧 the reason i got the scar was because…i got hurt really bad when i was a kid and that left a scar 🐧 …just kidding! i do have a scar but i didn’t get it when i was a kid, i got it during ‘run away’ 🐧 it’s actually not a scar, it’s a stretch mark 🐧 as you guys know, in comparison to our debut days, my body suddenly grew starting ‘run away’ 🐧 and because of that, one day when i woke up, i saw that i suddenly got a stretch mark and it actually looked cool so i like this stretch mark 🐧 people usually get stretch marks in strange places but because it was here…i actually didn’t know it was a stretch mark at first, i suddenly got a red scar and it looked as if somebody had scratched me so i was like “did somebody scratch me..?” and it was quite deep so i wondered what it could be and how i found out that it was a stretch mark because my body had grown was…there’s a person in our protocol team who said that he got similar stretch marks 🐧 he said that he used to have a small frame but when he started working out and his body grew bigger, he got stretch marks and i found out what it was through that protocol team member…i found out 2 years after i got it so i was like “that makes sense, i used to have a small frame during our debut and my body suddenly grew during ‘run away’ so that’s why i got the stretch mark, huh?”

5.3% Body Fat on Dexa Confirmed All right, so I just got my body fat results back. We did the DEXA scan, and I clocked in at 5.3% body fat. This is the leanest I've ever been. Two years ago, when I got lean, I was 7.3% body fat. And guess what? I kept all the muscle. My lean body mass is the same. In fact, if I eat a bit more for a few days, I can pump my lean body mass up a couple pounds and be even bigger than I was two years ago. So, this is fantastic. But the cool part is, it's been enjoyable. It's been so easy to stay at this body fat with a little bit of a weekly tirzepatide. And when I did my testosterone results recently, my T levels are 760, which is high, but my free T is above the reference range. So I was able to achieve extreme low body fat and keep my free T top end of the range, completely natural.

It was my most personal film to date, and to my own surprise, reached more people than anything I had ever done. The film went viral and millions of people saw it within the first couple of weeks. Messages flooded in from people I had never met, but who were deeply touched by the story - especially those who had lost a loved one too. wendy: i came back after sucessfully finishing our red velvet activities which almost felt like a vacation. since it was our comeback after two years and two months, i was so happy that we got to spend some wonderful time with our fans, even though it was short. it was also really nice to be able to promote with the members again after such a long time. we were already close, but this time made us even closer and there were many emotional moments, so it was a really wonderful time

Got sent this song a while back from Wyatt McCubbin that he wrote with Rob Snyder and Jeff Hyde. Last night it was in my head and I couldn’t sleep so I got up and messed around with it for a few hours. Been singing it to myself all morning and as I watched the boys while Nicole got a shower in I recorded this. Hope y’all like it and sorry for all the dad songs but that’s where I’m at these days and I couldn’t be happier about it. A lot more songs to come soon.

Day 60 of the next 50 years was cardio with back and abs with a lil shoulders. Finally got to lat pulldowns for the first time in weeks. After some heavy T-bar I got them in! This helps keep me out of pain from my scoliosis so I train it no matter how I feel. A strong back is critical for a healthy bod. Go train!

It was for my colleagues who I call home every day Shenandoah Downs, who got to see me do something I hope to do one day for NBC Sports. My first Derby call was a bit shaky and I couldn’t quite rattle off all 20 names by the first half mile but it was significant from the top 6 as a kid. Congratulations to Mystik Dan and Brian Hernandez on joining the long honored list Aristides and Oliver Lewis started 150 years ago!
