Then, after receiving assistance from a Border Patrol K-9, the Trooper found 23 illegal immigrants stuffed inside the sleeping area of the truck. On Friday, a Texas DPS Trooper pulled over a truck tractor along IH-35 in La Salle Co. for driving on the improved shoulder.
