Today I met our Hon'ble Governor of Manipur, Ms Anusuiya Uikey regarding the current crisis in Manipur. The Union Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah Ji in his statement in the parliament, said that the present crisis in Manipur is due to external aggression. The NIA in their statement have said that, four Kuki Militant groups under SoO agreement are behind the current unrest in Manipur. Honโ€™ble Governor yourself have also stated that, the crisis is because of external aggression. Recently an SDPO of Manipur Police was killed at Moreh by a Sniper. The identity of the assassin is now known to all. Previously, Moreh Town was announced as a disturbed area. So, why adequate measures are not taken up till date. So, if even the securitiesโ€™ lives are at stake, how will the innocent people of Manipur be safe. And who is going to give orders to stop this aggression of the Militants? In a recent combing operation at Moreh, out of 44 persons 32 were from Myanmar. It clearly indicates that lots of illegal immigrants are already present in this area. It is the duty of the Indian Government to stop external aggression according to Article 355. So, for whom is the Government waiting for to stop this aggression. Anand, SDPO moreh was killed by a sniper. A village defender wonโ€™t have any sniper rifle. It is also a clear indication of involvement of external aggression. The Government should take up concrete steps to stop this. She said that, the Government is taking up necessary steps to stop this and there are lots of confidential information which the Government cannot reveal right now. The Intelligence Bureau and lots of intelligence departments are here to investigate. So, she requested to give some time. I stated that, the violence has been going on for the past 6 months and to speed up the action by the Government. I also said that it is not between two communities but is is the Meiteis versus the external aggression. The Security Advisor, Government of Manipur has also said that, at the Khamenlok Incident, only 2(Two) cadres of the SoO militant group are found in their camp. And it is a clear indication of the involvement of the SoO Kuki Militants in the attack. In the recent incident while performing a search operation in the designated camps, no cadres of UKLF and KNA are found at their camps. The NIA in their statement have also said that, four Kuki Militant groups under SoO agreement are behind the current unrest in Manipur. So, the Militant Groups under SoO agreements are continuously violating the ground rule. Why no steps are taken up yet to end the agreement? She said that it is a long process and the Government is working on it. I told her that the SoO agreement with the Kuki Militants is playing a vital role in worsening the current crisis so the agreement need to be abrogated as soon as possible. The people in the relief camps have been suffering for the past 6 Months. So, please take up strict necessary steps to make them able to go to their respective homes and also provide adequate security so as to enable them to lead a normal life as before. Even half of the people of Torbung have entered their home. Torbung is far away from Churachandpur town. So, I requested to take up necessary steps to let the people of Torbung enter their respective residences and provide adequate security. I stated that, in a viral video and a viral photo, Ngaleiba and Chingkheinganba were brutally killed by the Kukis. The killers are also shown in the photo and the videos. Two Meitei students namely Hijam Linthoingambi and Phijam Hemanjit were also brutally killed by the Kuki Militants. Please make an arrangement to give their bodies or even a part of them to perform their last rituals, at the earliest. Photos of them just before and after their murder were also surfaced on Social Media. I demand to arrest those involved in the brutal murders and also give capital punishment to those involved in these incidents.

[But] for big business โ€” as long as you donโ€™t touch my business โ€” when you steal, actually, a lot of this corruption is stealing taxpayersโ€™ money.โ€ โ€œthey (big business) chose black leadersโ€ฆ These guys set up Black Economic Empowerment. Many people naively think that Black Economic Empowerment is there to advance Black people. Actually, itโ€™s there to do the opposite.โ€ โ€œLetโ€™s take one step Back. The wealth of S Africa was largely created by Black South Africans. First, they own the land. So it was their land. It was taken from them; and the minerals under the land were also taken from themโ€ฆ They became the workers to build the mines. So, in real terms, the profits and the capital belongs to them as well. So, when weโ€™re talking about capital in S Africa, itโ€™s actually a national asset. [But] people think itโ€™s a white man this, white man thatโ€ฆ When you start to look at who owns these big companies in South Africaโ€ฆ Many people naively think that the white managers own them (big companies). They donโ€™t. Actually, a big part of some of these companies are owned by the Black people through their pension funds, their medical aid, their savingsโ€ฆ but they donโ€™t understandโ€ฆ how to get the profits and have a say in how these companies are managed. They just give it to fund managersโ€ฆ You are actually a co-owner of Anglo Americanโ€ฆ If you donโ€™t ask, they wonโ€™t tellโ€ฆ Your money, your savings are in Sanlam, in Old Mutual. You are a co-owner of this. So we have to be careful about who owns the wealth of S Africa. A lot of the wealth of South Africa is actually owned by Black peopleโ€ฆ but they are not in insisting thatโ€ฆโ€ โ€œBlack people in South Africa have a lot of powerโ€ฆ but they donโ€™t quite know how to use their power and, of course, the other side is not gonna tell youโ€ฆ They say, leave it to us, we will invest the money and, now and then, pay your pension, or whatever it is; the profits that comeโ€ฆ Thatโ€™s what our trade unions were supposed to do - One of the things they were supposed to do. In fact, when I was at COSATU, I suggested that they set up a bank of their own COSATU (Bank), because COSATU then had 1.8 million membersโ€ฆ paying, every week (dues). I said letโ€™s setup a commercial bank, which will finance black entrepreneurs, which will finance housing for our members, who were living in the shanty townsโ€ฆ but I was overruledโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ–‡๏ธ

Pedro Franceschi explains why Brex doesnโ€™t hire โ€œpeople managersโ€ anymore One day Brex founder Pedro Franceschi made a list of all of the leaders at the company who worked and didnโ€™t work. โ€œI was trying to find what was predictive of leadership success,โ€ he explains. โ€œA lot of things are important, but theyโ€™re not predictive. For example, being customer obsessed is important, but there are people who were customer obsessed who were on both sides of the list.โ€ The only trait that Pedro found to be predictive of leadership success at Brex was what he calls โ€œthe ability to operate at all levelsโ€ โ€” someone who even at the highest levels of leadership has a deep understanding of the details of execution at the individual contributor level. What this means in practice is a CTO who is actually a great engineer. A Head of Design who can actually design amazing products. And a great Head of Sales who can actually go and close deals themselves if they need to. โ€œIt doesnโ€™t mean that theyโ€™re going to do that all the time,โ€ Pedro explains, โ€œBut it means that they know the nuances of what makes someone great at the craftโ€ฆ If you donโ€™t know how to identify greatness because you donโ€™t know what the bar is yourself, thereโ€™s no way to build a team thatโ€™s great.โ€ He continues: โ€œA lot of companies develop this role over time that people call a โ€˜people manager.โ€™ Theyโ€™re Director of Engineering but they canโ€™t really code because they manage people nowโ€ฆ And that concept is just something we eliminated. At the end of the day, thereโ€™s no way to manage people divorced from the work โ€” youโ€™re managing the work itself.โ€ Pedro uses Jony Ive as an example: โ€œJony Ive wasnโ€™t managing the team that designed the iPhone. He was designing the iPhone with a group of people. Itโ€™s simple, but it is a very profound change in how you orient your relationship with the work and what you put out there in the world. And I think you have to select for people who appreciate the actual output of the work and the work itself, not the process of doing the workโ€ฆ What matters is: Do you know what great looks like? Can you do it yourself? And can you bring people along with a really high bar for doing it at all level.โ€ Video source: Kleiner Perkins (2025)

DEATH FOR CHILD RAPISTS: This is worse than murder. You're destroying the soul of a child. What a Pedophile does to a child, watching this small child get brutally raped over and over again is the worst thing on the earth. The Biden Administration is guilty of child trafficking. The Economy of Pedophilia. The United States is the number one consumer of child rape videos. The U.S. is the Hub of Pedophilia and sex with children. The United States consumes and watches millions of child rape videos every single day on the Dark Web. Why are we sexualizing children in the United States? Why is there a movement to normalize Pedophilia? Why are we allowing 85,000 unaccompanied migrant children as young as 12 months old to disappear without a trace? They are not disappearing, they are being trafficked by the Biden Administration and HHS. How is the Biden Administration trafficking children in the United States? When these children come unaccompanied through the U.S. border such as these 85,000 missing children have done, they come by themselves all alone with a little piece of paper on them directing them to call a certain phone number and a certain person known as a Sponsor. Then Human Health and Services (HHS) calls this phone number without any verification or background check on the person. Then using U.S. tax dollar money they deliver the child to be shipped and trafficked to the location given by the named person (Sponsor) on the little piece of paper the child had with them. This is how the Biden Administration along with the DOJ, FBI and CIA are trafficking thousands of innocent children for rape and sex slavery right in front of our eyes. Why do people want to have sex with children in the United States and around the world? It starts with pornography and sex addiction that gives the individual a dopamine reaction high, like a drug on your brain. Over time this dopamine high looses its strength and people indulge in further despicable acts of child pornography and rape which is highly promoted. Over 2 million children worldwide are being exploited by Pedophiles around the world every year. The United States is the third leading country in the world for child trafficking because the U.S. has the highest demand in the world and is the location that pays the most money for child sex trafficking and child rape videos. The Wall Street Journal estimates that the Elite Pedophile Cartel behind this global child sex trafficking are making $14,000,000 million dollars a day by trafficking two million innocent children every year. This is the Hidden War, the war of all wars. A war we must all fight and win. If we end pedophilia and stop child trafficking we will bring down the most corrupt people in the world who have been controlling America and the world for years behind the scenes. People who care nothing for innocent children. They are the evil. Who has the power to normalize Pedophilia around the world? Who controls the justice system and education systems? Who controls the media? Who controls all the wealth in the world? The answer is a small group of insidious people named the Committee of 300. These are the facts, this is the truth and their names are out there, the question is, what is America and humanity going to do about it? How long will we let them rape and destroy our innocent children?

In good faith Rwanda went to Washington DC while having have informed what was going on with the massive pilling up of troops coming from Burundi, mercenaries, FARDC and all the FDLR & Wazalendoโ€ฆ and what would happen in Uvira โ€ฆ itโ€™s on record, โ€œtheyโ€ canโ€™t deny it. So when Uvira fellโ€ฆ they created a narrative โ€œRwanda insulting President Trump and defied Washingtonโ€ Yet Rwanda had forewarned about Uvira 2 months before signing the Agreements. Yet initially Rwanda believed in good faith the initiative to resolve the different levels of the Agreements, political, security, economicalโ€ฆ US, Rwanda, DRC and the regionโ€ฆ โ€œLittle did we know, we had actually been setup for something else โ€ฆ because in the middle of itโ€ฆโ€ suddenly they came up with โ€œyou know what we want to achieve: no M23, no FDLR and we just walk to the mines.โ€ But โ€ฆ without dealing with the root causes, how do you think you can wish that away? โ€œBecause we can!โ€ Then the mercenaries came in (the 2nd round of mercenaries) and it was suddenly to finish M23. Not FDLR. They work with them.. and the government All these facts are known. The reality of geopolitics is that there are those who think โ€œwhat truth should be and what should happen and the rest all you should do is to shut up .โ€ Today if you raise an argument, they say โ€œyou know what, Iโ€™m going to sanction you!โ€ That is the argument. But.. In the recent weeks and months, youโ€™ve heard of the killings and fighting that is going on in Minembwe, home of Banyamulengeโ€ฆ what is disturbing, when we were telling what was on the ground going on, people being killed in markets, in churches โ€ฆ what was disturbing, is that in that same conversation โ€ฆ someone said โ€œdonโ€™t bring that up, itโ€™s none of your business.โ€ Meaning: โ€œthose people being killed because of their identity, for what they are, is none of your business. You shut up, we are going to kill them anyway.โ€ They didnโ€™t even say โ€œare you sure they are being killed?โ€ Or โ€œare you creating a story?โ€ No just โ€œitโ€™s not of your concernโ€ โ€ฆ โ€œIf itโ€™s not mine, maybe it should be yours? Why are you not concerned, things keep on getting worse?โ€ And where we are now: โ€œremove your defence measures! We are associated with the government and the FDLR, in exchange we get what we wantโ€ฆ just shut up!โ€ This is what we are being toldโ€ฆ โ€œBut making people shut up, just shut up! I think this is going to be a problem โ€ฆ more difficult than what people think โ€ฆ itโ€™s saying โ€œwe will support the people who are coming to kill you or like they killed you last timeโ€ฆ we will handle it the way we want, so shut up!โ€ Well, I only shut up when I am dead! My take: Now we know, they want a remake like what they did with their own Natives, they want the land and the minerals without the People whose land it isโ€ฆ They have no problem to organize a remake of the 1994 scenario, and they donโ€™t even hide their intentions anymoreโ€ฆ itโ€™s their deep endgame. Let them come again with their โ€œgospelโ€ of โ€œValuesโ€ โ€ฆ itโ€™s only a machine to make moneyโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ’ฐ

I was in disbelief while watching Muhammad Yunusโ€™s speech to the business community on the 12th of September. That speech had zero substance, was not at all rooted in reality โ€” and was self-serving through and through. The news of factory closures for labour unrest, production being hampered for days on end, vandalism of factories and businesses, work orders and investments being diverted from Bangladesh and the overall dicey law and order situation โ€” are truly alarming developments. And I assume the gathering of the business community was to send out a strong message from the head of the government that such anarchy, mob justice, lawlessness and belligerence will not be tolerated any further. Let alone a strong message he didnโ€™t even touch upon this issue. In his address to the nation on the 8th of September, he touched upon this issue barely in passing โ€” when it should have been one of the highlights of his speech. Youโ€™d have even missed it were you not listening in to the speech with rapt attention. One way to construe his disinterest in the issue is that he tacitly approves of this newfound belligerence and mob rule. Or else why would you not strongly condemn such acts โ€” and pledge exemplary actions against the miscreants โ€” that are kicking your economy towards the edge? Iโ€™d say Yunusโ€™s speech was downright disrespectful and offensive โ€” to the business community, to all those who lost their lives in the movement to ouster the Sheikh Hasina government, and to the generations before us who built Bangladesh into what it is today. By harping on and on about the great sacrifice that the students made, he disrespected those who died as most of them were not public university students. By not talking about the private sectorโ€™s most pressing issue and lecturing them to do social business, he disrespected the entire business community and the spirit of entrepreneurship that drives our nation. By calling Bangladesh a rotten country that needs building from the ground up, he disrespected the generations before us that carried Bangladesh over from 1971. The speech was a trashy attempt at tapping into peopleโ€™s emotions and was full of empty words. And yes, there were quite a few inaccuracies in that speech. No, Mr Yunus, the studentsโ€™ movement was not about building a new Bangladesh โ€” it was always about reforming the quota system for government jobs. Sheikh Hasinaโ€™s resignation was always the publicโ€™s demand โ€” and long before this movement started. What is most outrageous is that he says he has come to drill in the message that we have the chance to rebuild Bangladesh because of the studentsโ€™ deaths. Cโ€™mon, how can you manipulate facts like this? This is not expected from someone of his stature. He says the business tycoons should be grateful to the students because they have opened up new opportunities, that the business community should use those new opportunities to realise the studentsโ€™ dreams of building a new Bangladesh. He urges the business community not to tread on the wrong path thinking about the dead students. How ridiculous does this sound to a balanced, rational adult? How did this man make a living as a motivational speaker all these years? At this point, his non-stop eulogising of the students is coming across as exceedingly obsequious and artificial. We were all there before July 2024, we all fought the good fight.

๐Ÿงต1/ Iโ€™m back from a short trip on a social network with photographs and videos from Gaza, with some brief personal conclusions. First, it is quite clear that there are those in Gaza who know how to make extensive use of the networks and social media for the purposes of emotional extortion and also false propaganda, exactly like they live streamed the October 7 massacre and somehow turned it into โ€œjustified resistanceโ€, they use quite a few Western buzzwords such as โ€œgenocideโ€, โ€œoccupationโ€, โ€œoppressionโ€ and โ€œZionismโ€- and this is the simplest way to distinguish between Hamas propaganda posts and authentic people in Gaza, whom Iโ€™ve known all my life, who use much simpler words and not this indoctrinated manipulation bullshit. I was looking for THESE authentic people - the real voices. And I think I found a few. So first of all, what do I think there is NOT happening in Gaza? There is no genocide and no famine. Yes, there is quite a lot of suffering, shortages in some places and lack of decent shelter etc. And thereโ€™s a lot of cynical exploitation of it for propaganda purposes. Iโ€™m saying it because you can see children are getting payed for it, you can see the absolute control of distribution and you can see how basic needs and the way out is blocked with money- Israel is not taking money for any of it, the West is sending free aid, so the money is demanded by those who want to control the suffering and use it. You should know, that before the war - there was already quite a lot of very poor population in Gaza, but now the economic difficulty has greatly increased for two main reasons: one, the war damaged many sources of livelihood and the second - a major source of livelihood was working in Israel and this option was closed for a long time now, since October 7, and is now much less operational. So in fact the main source of income is donations and funding from Hamas for control purposes of course. This is how, among other things, Hamas uses the population to "work for them", and also to smile or cry for the cameras on demand. Now on the issue of claimed famine- famine is when thereโ€™s NO food and water, enough for the population. As I said, my personal conclusion is that there is no shortage of food and water in Gaza at all. The problem is that the food is not distributed equally, it is controlled by those who are powerful (usually Hamas operatives) and then sold at high costs to the population without them having sources of livelihood. Food that should be distributed for #free is actually sold at a high price, the shelter tents are also paid for and the exit from Gaza is particularly expensive (5000$ that are paid to the transporters). There are quite a few who refer to Gaza as a "prison" but Gaza is not a prison, Hamas has simply created a situation where it is very expensive to leave it - and thus the poor and the new poor are completely dependent on Hamas and other clans (Hamulas) in everything to do with food, shelter and exit, and they play with them as pawns. If Gaza is a prison - then itโ€™s because Hamas are imprisoning it. All the suffering in Gaza started because of #Hamas it continues and increases because of #Hamas, but the main point is that #Hamas is also the one factor that can stop it. If Hamas surrendered unconditionally and released the Israeli hostages, as done in any war in which you are forced to admit defeat - they would truly liberate Palestine. Remember- this is a war that #Hamas started, a war that on Oct. 7 was celebrated in the streets of Gaza. But #Hamas prefers to keep the Palestinians captive so that it can showcase suffering (which they create) and use it as a tool for financial donations, manipulation of the West and a messianic jihadist war that will never end for them. If the West doesnโ€™t wake up to this ongoing manipulation- they will never help the Palestinians in Gaza or in general, and they will bring this jihadist chaos to their doorstep From Gaza >

It may be trivial to some, but 50,000 Irish fans jeering the British National Anthem tells us quite a bit about mindsets South of the border. In my view, the heckling and booing was but another demonstration of the anglophobic and anti-British attitudes that have poisoned contemporary Irish thinking and society. โ€œGod Save The Kingโ€ is the sacred song of your closest neighbour and, in many cases, the anthem of your fellow Irishmen. What does it say for those Irish fans who could not even muster the slightest gesture of respect by remaining silent? That they refused to offer their guests the dignity of singing their song without interruption? It is a window into just how bitter and backward many in the Republic still are toward their British neighbours. Not least to mention just how nonsensical it all is. Half of these โ€œDe Valeraโ€ wannabes will be wearing Manchester United tops next weekend and watching British TV shows. They probably donโ€™t even realise that the same King that they were booing tonight, is in command of the armed forces that protect Irelandโ€™s borders. Not even as much as a thank you eh? Anyway, the real question is, what does it say for the United Ireland project? Or is it the New Ireland project now? Hard to keep up with all the new names and rebranding while trying to stay relevant. Judging by the Aviva Stadium this evening, all the honey-coated words of โ€œrespectโ€ and โ€œunityโ€ donโ€™t seem to be paying off. The average Seamus must have missed the memo. Unless of course, the word soup is just as paper thin as the script it was written on. All the talk of โ€œoutreachโ€ and โ€œrespectโ€ are just platitudes designed to hoodwink Unionists into thinking a United Ireland would be a glorious utopia. The Aviva tonight suggests it would be far from it.

You would be hard pressed to find a single American that doesnโ€™t agree there is an unacceptable level of waste in government. Itโ€™s this scrap of truth that Trump and Musk have wrapped in a cloak of lies and deceit. On what planet does a forensic audit report to a social media platform owned by the auditor? Maybe the planet where you fire staff from National Nuclear Security Administration who manage the US nuclear weapons stockpile, only to have to beg them to return the following day? We inhabit a world where evidence is what those in power dictate it to be, all under the banner of free speech. To find waste, you need to send in a team of trained forensic accountants with clearly defined terms of reference. They produce an evidence based report with recommendations. This is then presented to Congress who then have the power of the purse to act. President Musk would argue that forensic accountants are the enemy of the people, just as he describes the legacy media. As ever with Trump, it has to be a solution looking for a problem. In this case, the solution is $4.5 trillion in tax cuts for the rich. The problem? To find the money to fund it. If you cut every social program in the federal budget, it would not provide a fraction of what Trump needs. The only way he can deliver half of what heโ€™s looking for, is to fiscally rape payroll taxes. This is why they are going after Medicaid. Oh and raise the debt ceiling by $4.5 trillion. Bizarrely, these slash and burn cuts to programs, impact millions of MAGA voters who need them to survive. Musk is being cheered on by the very targets of the cuts. That my friend is the power of social media. It makes the low educated, smash themselves in the face daily. By the time they realize theyโ€™ve been played, the cash is already in the hands of the top 1%. They are gleefully cheering on their own demise and their only reward? To own the libs. Tax on tips will continue. Tax on overtime will continue. Tax on Social Security will continue. Medicaid is highlighted to be cut, SNAP will be subject to huge cuts and we are only scratching the surface. The objective of the Republican budget is to reintroduce slavery for the 21st century. They are just reimagining it as economic slavery with oligarchs as the plantation owners. Losing your job will not just deny you access to healthcare, it will introduce you to starvation. Since 2016, thereโ€™s been a big shift of low income voters to Trump. Most of the poor in the US live in a community represented by a Republican. The shift to MAGA has captured these people who were previously Democrat voters. They have literally used their votes to sell themselves into economic slavery. They believed the propaganda promising no tax on tips, no tax on overtime etc. This trinity of promises captured large numbers of low earners and those living on welfare. These are the same people who were already struggling to put food on the table pre-election. They were told, โ€˜Groceries will come down on day oneโ€™. It was a lie. If this were a deception trial, Trump would face additional jail time for abusing his position of trust to steal money from the poor. Instead, Fox News and right wing talking heads are telling the same people, itโ€™s now patriotic to pay more. Itโ€™s worth it to send immigrants to a concentration camp. They are being told poverty is the new rich, just without the cash. Itโ€™s not for nothing that Trump said โ€˜We love the poorly educatedโ€™. The MAGA digital warriors will jump on this post all day long with their bad grammar and poor spelling, proving 54% of the population have a basic literacy deficiency. Theyโ€™ll call me a c*nt, a libtard, a dick, a moron etc, but it wasnโ€™t me that voted myself into economic slavery. Itโ€™s not a win to drink my liberal tears, although that might be preferable to drinking poison water from deregulation to follow. America doesnโ€™t have a democracy problem, it has a stupidity problem and the MAGA poor are the butt of the joke.

This is raw sewage flowing on Lobengula Street in Bulawayo, Zimbabweโ€™s second biggest city after Harare. You know, most of the time when people see this, we are quick to blame the council. But councils do not work in isolation from the economy. Zimbabweโ€™s economy collapsed a long time ago through corruption and incompetence. So even the citizens themselves, many of them are not paying council rates, not because they do not want to, but because the economy collapsed. Ninety-five per cent of the potential job workforce is at home surviving on remittances from relatives outside the country and intermittent informal work. Now, if you juxtapose Bulawayo and Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda, Rwandaโ€™s economy is much smaller than Zimbabweโ€™s. And yet, if you go to Rwanda, you will never see dirt on the streets, let alone sewage flowing like this. Zimbabweans are literally walking on top of sewage. And this is no longer a council issue. This is a central government issue. It is about the failure of Zimbabweโ€™s economy. It is tragic. Councils cannot even buy sugar and salt for their kitchens without approval from central government. This is what most people do not understand, and where they agree on what needs to be bought, it is the central government that handles the tenders, and they use those tenders to loot public funds within those councils. It is sad to see a country that was once the second most sophisticated economy in Africa in 1980 when we became independent be like this having sewage flowing in streets. Zimbabwe had a more sophisticated economy than almost all the economies in Africa except for South Africa. But today, Kigali, Rwanda, which has a smaller economy than Zimbabweโ€™s, looks like New York compared to some run-down village in rural Africa. This is sad to watch. This can be fixed. It can be turned around if we have a president who is willing to do what presidents are supposed to do, if we have a government that is willing to do what governments are supposed to do. The tragedy about this is that the money is there in central government to do all these things because they collect most of the taxes, including even road motor tax, toll gate fees, and all manner of other taxes. But we cannot stop sewage from running in the second biggest city. It also runs in the capital city. It is now a structural problem that exists in Zimbabwe. It is a reflection of a government that lacks pride in its own country, a group of people presiding over a nation, yet they lack the pride that is required in any leader or group of leaders running a country. Zero pride.

This video, shared by a Zimbabwean woman on social media, shows a deeply tragic reality of our country, Zimbabwe. She refers to this as an international road. What she means is that it is a road that connects Zambia to Zimbabwe and then onward to South Africa. It is a major international trade route. The government of Zimbabwe collects toll fees on this road. It collects fuel taxes from vehicles that use it. It collects road motor tax. In total, it collects several different taxes linked directly to this road and to the movement of goods and people along it. Yet the road is in this shocking state. This is not an ordinary road. It is a critical regional artery linking Zambia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. And yet it has been allowed to collapse like this. At the same time, the President goes around distributing cars to comedians using public money. Anyone who chants โ€œ2030โ€ gets rewarded with a car by the President. How does anyone justify the desire to extend a presidential term to 2030 while presiding over a broken road system like this, in an economy that is clearly not working. You do not have to be a ZANUPF supporter or an opposition supporter to see that this is wrong. We are all Zimbabweans. We all love our country, or at least we should. But this does not show love. This does not show pride. There is no pride in allowing an international trade route, a symbol of national sovereignty and economic seriousness, to deteriorate to this level. The money is there. It is being collected daily. But it is being abused. It is being looted. And anyone who defends this level of mediocrity is defending failure. I see some Zimbabweans, especially those who have just returned from Europe or America, posting videos claiming that everything is fine in Zimbabwe. They are lying to the world. Everything is not fine. It cannot be fine when an international trade route looks like this. How can anyone sincerely attempt to spin the reality of their own country through crude and dishonest propaganda. This is the Zimbabwe that exists today. This is the reality. If they cannot fix an international trade route, imagine the condition of other roads across the country. I have received many videos from Zimbabweans, including those based in South Africa who are currently at home, expressing shock at the state of the road network. I have not shared all of them because I am mentally tired with this. I am mentally drained from constantly documenting collapse. What makes this worse is the silence of the opposition. Those who claim to be the alternative do not talk about these things. I saw an opposition member of parliament praising the Minister of Transport as the top performing minister, the same minister responsible for this road system. The political elites of Zimbabwe have failed the people. It cannot be left to journalists to do political work while those who claim to be the alternative remain quiet as public funds are looted. This is deeply depressing. Not everyone has options. Our people are trapped and forced to live with this mediocrity every day. It is painful to watch my country go through this. I appeal to ZANUPF supporters. We all know that your party will still be in power after 2028. That reality is clear. But why can you not put pressure on your partyโ€™s leadership to address this state of affairs in our country? We do not hate ZANUPF supporters. We simply disagree with them politically. And even in disagreement, I am appealing to you to have a sense of pride in yourselves and in your country. Ask your own leaders difficult questions. Ask them whether this is how they want their political party to be remembered in history, in years and generations to come. Power without accountability leaves a dark legacy. No political party escapes judgment by history. The roads, hospitals, schools, and livelihoods left behind will speak louder than slogans. This is about Zimbabwe, not party loyalty.

Marc Andreessen went on Chris Williamson's podcast and broke down exactly how Elon Musk runs multiple companies at once No other CEO on Earth does this: 1. Every week, Musk shows up at each of his companies, identifies the single biggest problem that company is having that week, and fixes it. Then he does that for 52 weeks in a row. At the end of the year, each company has solved its 52 biggest problems. Meanwhile, most large companies are still having the planning meeting for the pre-planning meeting for the board presentation with the compliance review and the legal review attached. 2. This is not a new operating method. It is actually how the great industrialists of the late 1800s and early 1900s ran their companies. Henry Ford, Andrew Carnegie, Thomas Watson, who built IBM. Total devotion from the leader to fully and deeply understand what the company does, be in the trenches, talk directly to the people doing the work, and be the lead problem solver in the organization. Andreessen says he is not aware of another current CEO who operates this way. 3. The framework Musk uses is the bottleneck. In any manufacturing chain, there is always one thing holding everything up. Sometimes it is raw materials at the start. Sometimes it is warehousing at the end. Sometimes it is in the middle. The job is to find it and remove it. Musk has universalized this concept across every company he runs. In any given week, there is one main bottleneck. He micromanages the solution to that one thing and delegates almost everything else. 4. Musk delegates almost everything. Andreessen is clear about this. He is not involved in most of what his companies are doing. He is involved in the one thing that is the biggest problem right now. Once that is fixed, he moves to the next biggest problem. Everything else by definition, is running better than the bottleneck, so it does not need him. 5. When Musk identifies the bottleneck, he goes directly to the engineer who actually understands it. not the VP of engineering, not the director, not the manager. The individual contributor who has the actual technical knowledge. He sits in the room with that person and fixes the problem alongside them. He does not ask for a report to be reviewed in three weeks. he shows up at the keyboard or on the manufacturing line and works through it overnight if necessary. 6. This is why technical people who work for Musk say it was the best experience of their lives. Andreessen's framing: if you are stuck on a problem you cannot solve, Elon Musk is going to show up in his Gulfstream, sit with you in front of the keyboard, and help you figure it out. For an engineer who genuinely cares about the work, that is an almost incomprehensible level of support from the CEO of the company. 7. Business school teaches the opposite of this: management as a generic skill applicable to any industry. Soup company or a rocket company, the management principles are the same. process, balance sheet, meeting schedules, compliance, executive motivation, interpersonal conflict resolution. Andreessen says those skills are useful in many contexts. They just give you nothing; you need to do what Musk does. And Musk pushes as far as he can away from all of that so he can spend all of his time doing the things only he can do.

For those who donโ€™t think eRUCโ€™s will lead to you paying for your emissions or that you wonโ€™t be tracked in real time, Hereโ€™s some bad news for you. eROAD (which has been going bananas on the stock market) is the lead contender for the multi million contract with the govt, has as one of its main organisation objectives โ€œTo track all emissions to get us to net zeroโ€ which just so happens is one of the stated goals of the UN, and WEF. Coincidence. In fact in their investor presentation the company proudly claims that is โ€œled by the UNโ€™s Sustainable Development Goalsโ€ 7 of them in fact - and reports against the UNโ€™s SDGโ€™s. On dear. It gets worse, way way worse. The WEF has a local shop, called โ€˜Chapter Zeroโ€™ which Luxon & Willis has presented to and engages with . The board of eRoad is are also paid up members of the WEFโ€™s shop - Chapter Zero. Convenient. Reading their last 3 years of investor presentations - it is clear that eRoad sees its future growth in measuring and reporting data to what it calls โ€˜partnersโ€™, but doesnโ€™t say who these partners are. The company claims it was the first in NZ to build an eRUC system, looking on line its employees were also involved in the first prosecution of inside trading. In fact that incident is now used a case study for criminal lawyers. Reading their privacy statement is interesting, they reserve the right to credit check all system users, and hereโ€™s something they reserve the right - to share โ€˜anonymisedโ€™ data of your location and emissions data to โ€˜partnersโ€™ and AI firms. Wonderful. So easy just like a Netflix subscription ! Hereโ€™s CEO of eROAD Mark Heine (pronouns in his LinkedIn profile btw) talking to Greg Murphy about how their eRUC system works - - Records where the vehicle is all the time - It will monitor distance, and the speed you are doing. - They can monitor emissions, Mark says โ€œthatโ€™s what the govt wants us to doโ€ - Will be a huge data collector which is โ€˜exciting because of the possibilitiesโ€™. Oh yes the possibilities. Endless. So many possibilities! Like being linked to your electronic money, being limited on your car use, freedom of travel, being debited to pay for the Paris Agreement.. oh man itโ€™s all good stuff ! For people comparing this to โ€œoh just like your mobileโ€ a better comparison for this system is an ankle bracelet criminals wear. A reminder this was a joint National and Act coalition agreement. Are the Dirt Heaps at the Northland Mall Poisoned? The Detroit Inspector General said toxic dirt came from Southfield, but local politicians haven't admitted there's a problem yet By Charlie LeDuff Charlie LeDuff Southfield โ€” I filed a complaint with the Southfield Police Department this week, requesting an investigation into potential crimes against humanity. Are the citizens of Southfieldโ€”like the people of neighboring Detroitโ€”the unwitting victims of a mass poisoning? If there is a benign explanation, weโ€™d love to hear it. But officials from the city of Southfield, the county of Oakland, the state of Michigan, and U.S. federal authorities have not provided one. Thus, we found ourselves at the Southfield PD. It is no secret that there is a sprawling criminal investigation into the origins of dirt used to fill holes in Detroit Mayor Mike Dugganโ€™s decade-long demolition blitz. The Detroit Office of the Inspector General alleges that at least one unscrupulous contractor, Brian McKinney (a man with close ties to Duggan and Detroit Mayor Mary Sheffield), diverted contaminated soil into Detroit and used it to fill holes where houses once stood. The IG has had some holes excavated. Tests reveal soil so toxic that it is unsafe for human contact. So where did the sickening soil come from? The IG alleges that at least some of it came from the old Northland Mall site just across 8 Mile Road, in Southfield, a city that bills itself as โ€œThe Center of It All.โ€ The question here is obvious: If the people of Detroit have been poisoned, then what about the people of Southfield? Their city leaders, fancying themselves high-end developers, purchased the 100 acres of buildings and parking lots that comprised the iconic, and abandoned, Northland Mall. While demolition was ongoing, Mayor Ken Siver encouraged contractors from around the region to bring him dirt. Mountains of it. โ€œStockpiling clean dirt for free and storing it on site because we have the space,โ€ Siver told Fox 2 back in 2017. Free, clean dirt? Really? Remember, this was the same time Detroit was caught up in a federal grand jury investigation, suspected of using contaminated highway slag because no clean, affordable dirt could be found. The soil from Southfield that was dumped into Detroit has tested positive for excessive levels of mercury, lead, chromium, and PAHโ€”contamination consistent with roadways and industrial slag. Southfield found itself buried in heavy losses in 2021 and sold the site to a private developer with the promise of up to $200 million in public incentives if he built โ€œa city within a city.โ€ Five years later, there are some half-built condos missing windows and wiring and walls. The developer began excavating the mountain of contaminated dirt to the area's landfills. Eventually, the IG claims, the poisoned dirt made its way to Detroit. But not all of it. Huge mounds of the stuff can be seen today all the way from 9 Mile Road. The tops of the slag heaps have been flattened over the years by whipping winds, giving them the look of the grand mesas of the Colorado Plateau. Seagulls wade in lagoons of brackish water that flow into the sewers and streets. The vista gives one the sickening feeling of staring into a Super Fund site. And Enjoyer has learned that the development company was fined last year for performing work without first removing asbestos. โ€œYou know, itโ€™s been here so long, I just sort of got used to it,โ€ said a man working on his building directly across Greenfield Road. โ€œNobodyโ€™s told us a thing about it. We deserve that much. We all got children.โ€ The city that calls itself โ€œThe Center of It Allโ€ has indeed become the center of it allโ€ฆ all the wrong things. The center of a potential mass poisoning. The center of wasted tax dollars. The center of incompetent political leadership that prefers to bury its head than dig itself out of the problem. The center of a growing environmental scandal. How bad is it? Who knows? The answer, my friend, is blowing in the wind.

โ˜๏ธโ€œThe struggle for equality and against discrimination is turning into an aggressive dogmatism that borders on the absurd. Great authors of the past, like Shakespeare, are no longer taught in schools and universities; they are declared backward for failing to foreground issues of gender or race. Hollywood now produces guidelinesโ€”memos on how a movie should be made, what it should be about, and how many characters of which color or gender it must include. This is even more restrictive than the work of the Soviet Union's Central Committee Agitation and Propaganda Department. Opposing racism is a necessary and noble endeavor. However, within the new "culture of cancellation," it often transforms into reverse discrimination. This obsessive emphasis on race divides people even further. The dream of true civil rights activists was precisely to erase such divisions and to stop judging people by their skin color. I am reminded of Martin Luther King's words: "I dream the day will come when my four little children will one day live in a country where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character." That is the true value. By the way, in Russia, the vast majority of people do not care about a person's skin color or gender; what matters is that each of us is human. That is the main thing. Those who dare to state that the terms "man" and "woman" exist as biological facts are subjected to near-total ostracism. We see "Parent number one," "Parent number two," "birth parent" instead of "mother," and the phrase "breast milk" being replaced with "human milk" to avoid upsetting those unsure of their gender. I am not even speaking of the absolutely monstrous practice of indoctrinating children from a young ageโ€”telling them that a boy can easily become a girl and vice versa. This imposes a so-called "choice" on them, often excluding parents and pushing children to make life-altering decisions. Is anyone asking whether a child at that age is even capable of such choices? To call things by their proper names, this is a crime against humanity, and it is all done under the banner of progress.โ€ - President Putin
