"Grenka" and Mariupol: An Unpublished Interview with the Hero of Ukraine (Posthumously) This is the first interview with Nazarii "Grenka" Hryntsevych, recorded shortly after his return from Russian captivity in September 2022. Sharing his painfully fresh memories, the Azov fighter reflects on the defense of Mariupol, his combat experience, injury, captivity, and what war and life meant to him. After this interview, "Grenka" returned to duty — training young fighters and serving in the most intense combat zones in the Orikhiv and Kreminna sectors — until his death in battle in the Serebrianskyi Forest. But all of that came later. Now, for the first time, we are publishing this interview. Watch it on our YouTube channel.
