Remember the young man, Clinton kbclinton , who I met a few weeks ago and shared his story of how former US President Bill Clinton carried him as a baby during his visit to Uganda in March 1998 & how he was trying to reconnect with the former President? And how his ambition and passion is to train as a football coach? Well, FUFA read the post & its head of communications & marketing Ahmed Hussein looked for the young man and got him enrolled him into a coaching programme. The young man recently shared some photos while in class and on the pitch. Thank you FUFA for enabling the young man live his dream. Dreams are valid. #KeepHopeAlive.

During an interview in 1974, Corrie ten Boom shared how she once encouraged fellow believers in Africa with one of her father's memorable lessons on why Christians need not fear being strong enough to endure suffering: "I once said to my father (I was still a little girl), 'Daddy, I will never be strong enough to suffer for Jesus.' And Father said, 'When you go to travel with a train to Amsterdam, when do I give you the train ticket? Three weeks before?' I said, 'No, Daddy, the day that I go to travel.' And Father said, 'That's what God does. Today, you do not need to have strength to suffer for Jesus, but the moment you will have the honor to suffer for Him, He will give you all the strength.' And then I was confident. And I said to these people, 'When you have to suffer for Jesus, the Lord will give you the train ticket.'"

Everybody's looking for joy. Everybody's looking for meaning and purpose... but they're looking in the wrong places. Jesus is that answer, and we desire to share that." Kamryn Babb : "Our goal was to lift His name high and give him all the glory!" YG says Kendrick Lamar once gave him advice about taking every album seriously. During a conversation with DJ Hed, YG said he played Dot his new album and reflected on a time when he was dropping projects just to get out of his Def Jam deal. Kendrick told him he should never approach music that way and reminded him to give every release his all. YG is currently gearing up to drop his new album Gentleman’s Club on June 19, which he says he’s approaching with respect, critical acclaim and trophies in mind. He acknowledged his agent is in touch with alot of clubs (which agent is isn't?) and when Bae comments on transfer conditions, it's clear it was just a logical, hypothetical answer to a question given. NEW: Students go nuts after donor announces during his commencement speech that he is paying off all of their senior year debts. Anil Kochhar and his wife decided to give the gift to all ~200 graduates in N.C. State's family. Kochhar is the son of Prakash Chand Kochhar, an immigrant from India who studied textile manufacturing in Raleigh. "My father found not just an education, but an opportunity that allowed him to build a life, support his family, and begin a legacy that continues today. And it will never stop, never," Kochhar said.

Russ Tamblyn (in the blue shirt) and Tommy Rall (in the red) lead the acrobatics in this section of the “Barn Raising” number from “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers” (1954). Michael Kidd was responsible for the choreography. The cast rehearsed for three weeks in order to get the intricate choreography of this sequence down. It was during one of these rehearsals that Russ Tamblyn wandered over to the set along with Jeff Richards (who played Benjamin Pontipee) to see how the scene was coming along. “Michael Kidd called me over and said, ‘Rusty, somebody told me that you’re a good tumbler, that you can do some flips’,” said Tamblyn in a 2004 interview. “So I did a back flip for him. ‘Fantastic!’ he said. ‘We’ll put it in a number.’ I told him I really wasn’t a dancer, except for some tap dancing. But he said, ‘Listen, this is just like square dancing. All you have to do is lift your legs high. You can do a lot of acrobatic stuff. It’s perfect.’ That’s how I became a dancer in Seven Brides.”

😡 Eddie Hearn is still furious with Simon Jordan over the comments he made about his dad Barry. Says “I should give him a slap” 👋🏻 A few weeks ago on TalkSPORT, Jordan called Eddie’s dad Barry Hearn “old and decrepit” live on air. Eddie hasn’t let it go. He’s said he won’t do another interview with Jordan until he gets an apology. Jordan’s hitting back, calling Eddie a hypocrite. $NEW: Man was gambling on his phone while driving when he crashed into a pregnant woman, causing her to give birth prematurely. 30-year-old Jack Bentley was arrested and thrown in jail following the incident. The woman, two children who were in the car, and their pet dog were all injured in the crash, which happened in Derby, England. The woman suffered a fractured pelvis and had to undergo an emergency Caesarean section. The baby was in intensive care for multiple weeks. "The pregnant woman had to undergo an emergency Caesarean section, leaving her premature baby in intensive care for a number of weeks, when she suffered two collapsed lungs," the BBC reported. The dog also needed emergency surgery.
