🚨WHAT ON EARTH?!!! A Black man who ST*BBED A SLEEPING 6-YEAR-OLD WHITE BOY TO DE*TH has just WALKED OUT OF PRISON as a FREE MAN… ...after serving BARELY HALF of a 20-year sentence because he found, "Not guilty by reason of insanity." His name is Ronald Exantus. The little boy's name was Logan Tipton. On December 7, 2015, Exantus walked through an unlocked door of the Tipton family's home in Versailles, Kentucky. He went into 6-year-old Logan's bedroom and st*bbed him to de*th in his own bed while he slept. Then he attacked Logan's father and TWO of his sisters. Here's where it gets insane. A jury didn't even convict him of m*rder. They found him NOT GUILTY by reason of insanity for k*lling Logan… and only "guilty but mentally ill" for st*bbing the rest of the family. For k*lling a child and st*bbing THREE MORE PEOPLE, he got 20 years. …but now he’s out in about TEN. And it gets worse. The parole board denied him THREE separate times. Every chance they got, they said keep him locked up. But last October, the state let him out ANYWAY... nearly a DECADE EARLY... through a loophole that classified a man who k*lled a 6-year-old as a "non-violent offender." Yes, you read that right... a "non-violent" M*RDERER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He didn't even last a week. He was arrested in Florida for failing to register. They dragged him back… and this week, they let him walk out the front door AGAIN!!!!! A free man with no parole, no probation. His family says they were barely even notified their little boy's k*ller was being released back into the world. Logan Tipton got 6 years on this earth. The man who ended his life got just 10 in prison and is now out. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!

🚨 Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Has Vanished. No Proof of Life. No Answers. "Where Is Imran Khan?" Do not forget and please continue demanding proof of life for Imran Khan. This is no longer just a legal matter; it is a humanitarian crisis. It has not been "27 days". His sisters and lawyers last met him properly on 16 October 2025, and as of 30 November 2025 - that is 45 long, painful days with no clear, verified confirmation of his safety or wellbeing. Dr. Uzma (his sister) only saw him briefly on 4 November, for mere minutes and even that meeting was incomplete and restricted. Since then, the state has allowed: 🚨 no proper meeting, 🚨 no clear image, 🚨 no video, 🚨 no voice, 🚨 no medical update, 🚨 not even a glimpse of his face. This level of silence is terrifying. ❌ It is unnatural. ❌ It is unacceptable. ❌ It is beyond alarming. We the nation are simply asking for something basic, humane and moral: Show us that Imran Khan is alive, conscious, and unharmed. No more vague statements. No more staged reports and rumours. We demand: ✅ A clear, unedited video ✅ A direct and immediate meeting with family and lawyers ✅ An independent medical assessment 🚨 If he is safe - then prove it. 🚨 If he is unwell - tell the truth. 🚨 If something has happened - the nation deserves to know NOW! Silence creates fear. This silence is screaming. 💥 Where is Imran Khan? 💥 Why can’t he be seen? 💥 Why is his family being kept in the dark? May Allah protect him and bring the truth to light. 🤲💔 #WHEREISIMRANKHAN #demandproofoflifeforkhan Aleema Khanum Noreen Niazi Kasim Khan

It actually makes sense to remove Lilepo when you need a goal, especially when you contextualise his output properly. Here is my argument📝 ■ You don't need a goal from Lilepo. You need a goal from the team, and Lilepo is focusing on himself more than the team. He has 2 league goals and 1 assist in 14 games, with 4 goals in the CAFCC. But the deeper issue is efficiency: ■ In the league, his 2 goals came from 56 shots. That’s 1 goal every 28 shots❌️ ■ A scoring frequency of 520 minutes per goal❌️ For a regular starter in an attack that already struggles with conversion, that’s a serious problem. Something our coaches are paying less attention to hence they keep arguing with journalists instead of fixing this problem with proper selection and tactics. Using Lilepo as an inverted winger from the right with obvious instructions to shoot on sight💔 Now compare that to Silva, who scores every 92 minutes and is leading in this area in the entire league. A player who deserves the minutes we are giving to Lilepo. Yes, everyone misses chances, but efficiency matters. The difference between 92 minutes and 520 minutes is not small. It’s massive. The issue isn’t just missed chances. It’s decision-making. Lilepo shoots from low percentage areas, often ignoring teammates in better positions. I don't know how many times I've touched on this in previous games. Some misses are understandable, but others are just unnecessary. That’s what makes it costly. High shot volume with low conversion kills attacking rhythm. It kills the spirit of other players. Ends up giving the opposition confidence to claw their way back into games we should comfortably win. And here’s the bigger point. Players with better scoring frequency don’t get the same consistent minutes as Lilepo. They get judged with misses from 1 game. So, the attack remains blunt because inefficiency is being rewarded with game time. If a player averages a goal every 520 minutes, takes 28 shots per goal, and continues to start while more efficient players sit, then yes, benching him becomes a logical football decision. If Lilepo chose teammates in good positions with at least 50% of the 56 shots he wasted, the team would have had better odds in getting goals like we saw with his 2nd cross yesterday assisting our only goal. Because right now, his overall contribution suggests he’s not making the attack better. And when you need a goal, you prioritise efficiency, not just volume.

The Voice Behind Him Sounded Like a Trumpet - Revelation 1:9–20 ✨🙌 I, John, your brother and companion in the suffering and kingdom and patient endurance that are ours in Jesus, was on the island of Patmos because of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus. On the Lord’s Day I was in the Spirit, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet, which said: ‘Write on a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches…’ Then I turned to see the voice that was speaking to me. And when I turned I saw seven golden lampstands, and among the lampstands was someone like a son of man, dressed in a robe reaching down to his feet and with a golden sash around his chest. His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and his eyes were like blazing fire. His feet were like bronze glowing in a furnace, and his voice was like the sound of rushing waters. In his right hand he held seven stars, and coming out of his mouth was a sharp, double-edged sword. His face was like the sun shining in all its brilliance. When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand on me and said: ‘Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades.’ What an awe-inspiring vision of our risen, glorified King! Jesus is alive forevermore—powerful, majestic, and full of mercy. He stands among His churches, speaking with authority and comforting us in our trials. No matter what island of isolation or suffering you face today, turn toward His voice. He is the Living One who holds it all. Let this truth fill your heart with hope and holy reverence today! 🔥

A story for kids and parents about Jeff Malott who scored a pretty nice goal here against the Sharks: We were recruiting Jeff when I was still coaching at Cornell. Benny our other assistant liked him as a player, but he hadn't yet jumped off the page. He had average production in the AJHL as a 19 year old and was going back for his 20 year old age-out year in junior hockey. At the beginning of the season, Jeff with his playing schedule couldn't get out for a visit but his parents were driving distance so they drove out to see campus and meet us as a coaching staff. On that visit, we absolutely fell in love with his parents - they were such great people. I cannot understate enough how much of a positive effect their visit had on our staff. Jeff had a pretty good start to his 20 year old junior year. Our research on his character was off the charts and meeting his parents we were blown away as well. And even though he hadn't yet proven himself in junior hockey (only 6 goals and 20 points in 53 games the prior year in the AJHL), we offered him a spot in our program. At worst, he would be a potential captain. Turns out his 20 year old year he scored 60 points, he lead his team to an AJHL championship (he also won a junior B championship a few years earlier), and became the captain at Cornell for the team that was number one in the country before Covid canceled the season. He signed a pro contract out of Cornell but only played games in his first season in the AHL and the ECHL. But with his character he just kept working, was a great leader, and willed his way to the NHL where he's scoring goals like this for the LA Kings. Benny's eye for talent is incredible seeing something in him even though he hadn't yet popped in junior hockey and he wasn't heavily recruited. And his character along with his family's character was just off the charts. I share this story because like we say all the time - everyone has a different path to high level hockey. And the players that are resilient, outwork everyone, and stay the course even if they don't get the result in the time they want it are the ones who put themselves in the best position to achieve their dream. And for the parents - we recruit and evaluate you too, not just your kids. Any college coach will tell you that they've crossed kids names off their list based on the behavior of a parent. But it goes the other way too. We fell in love with Jeff's parents and that absolutely played a role in our decision to offer him a spot in our program. Seeing this goal, there are a lot of people who couldn't be happier for Jeff and his family.

He went on to have an incredible career. His passion as a player transmits to his teams now 🔥. He’s gone on to prove what an incredible manager he is.” 🧠⚽ 🔹 Liam Rosenior on if Palmer is in the squad: “He’s here.” ✅ 🔹 Liam Rosenior on if Palmer is untouchable and happy: “Yes and yes 👍. Cole is an incredible player ⭐. I’m not surprised at the timing — a new manager comes in and a player is unsettled. It’s not true.” ❌🗣️ 🔹 Liam Rosenior on Sterling update: “Not for now.” ⏳ 🔹 Liam Rosenior on if he’s spoken to Anselmino: “I’m due to have a conversation with Aaron 📞. He is due back on Thursday or Friday. I need to have a conversation with him about our future plans.” 🔮 🔹 Liam Rosenior on Conte being last manager to win Premier League with Chelsea — is that too long for the Blues?: “I think for a club of Chelsea’s stature, every year that goes by, you want to win in every year 🏆. The difficulty for any club is that there are loads of good teams that are competing. That’s the aim for us.” 🎯 🔹 Liam Rosenior on Napoli’s recent form: “This is a very, very strong team 💪. They have been unfortunate in the recent games. We know it will be a very difficult game in a special atmosphere 🏟️🔥. What an amazing show of support today by the Kingwood community. It was an emotional sight. People lined the streets as Shiloh “Stingray” Wilson was returned home to rest and be with his parents, Jeff and Amber, who were also tragically lost in the floods on July 4th. Because of the tireless efforts of so many first responders and volunteers, they can rest together today as a family. I got to meet the family and friends of these amazing people. At just 12 years old, Shiloh was already a rodeo champion—tough, talented, and full of heart. He was in Kerr County for a rodeo competition - his mom and dad there to support him. His saddle, engraved with his trademark Stingray, was found 13 miles downriver after the flood and miraculously made it back to the family because the people who found it saw the Stingray and began to investigate just based on that one clue. It is being refurbished now for the family by a saddle maker in Wyoming. Shiloh’s father Jeff was a rodeo champion in his own right and a dedicated teacher at Kingwood Park High School, where he taught auto body repair and helped students earn certifications for high-paying jobs right out of high school. His mother, Amber, was a longtime employee at Insperity, where she worked for 27 years. She was a beloved colleague, deeply rooted member of the community, and above all, a dedicated wife and mother. We’re praying for the family and friends they leave behind as they carry the weight of this heartbreaking loss. Stingray Strong.

Arteta on Gyokeres: “Well, I think the level of attention on him hasn't changed since he signed to today. It's normal. Everybody was so excited to bring a nine into the club. We did it, we brought a player with an incredible goalscoring record that had to adapt to the league. “He had no preseason, the first few weeks were difficult because physically he wasn't in his best state and he's a player that needs that, like any other player in this league, almost to perform at that level. “Then he kicked on, I think he had a really good period and got injured. And now it's better. I saw a lot of positive things in the last two games that he's done, we need to continue to tweak and understand him a little bit better in certain situations and he needs to do the same, but that's about time. We have full support for him. “At the end, you have to experience it (scrutiny). You can imagine the global impact that you're going to have to deal with when you come to a big club and the expectations are as it is, but after you have to live it and living it is always slightly different to your imagination. “However, he's doing it with a With a lot of desire. I think his energy level, his commitment, it's absolutely top. We are here to help him because we've all been here, we all need time, there is always moments, and the strikers have moments. “They score more goals, less goals, and we need to be there for him. “I think so, yes (we’re going to see another level from Gyokeres in the second half of the season.”

Confidence Pro Max: Remembering a Brother, a Filmmaker, and a Warrior Nick’s untimely death is a devastating blow to his family, friends, and Kenya as a whole. We didn’t see it coming, even after he was diagnosed in October 2025 with hypocellular myelodysplastic syndrome (h-MDS), a rare bone marrow disorder. When we went to see him in the hospital, he possessed such positive energy, he was convinced that he would beat this. He was Rambo a "one-man army" and we all believed he could beat it, too. He never looked defeated, or depressed, even as he began to lose weight. When he shaved his head in November, he sent me a photo and asked me to call him "Michael Jordan," after the Chicago Bulls legend whose signature look was a bald head. Even in sickness, he found a reason to smile. I met Nick in 2015, before he became a filmmaker. I remember him sitting in my office wearing a suit, asking for my support to go study filmmaking in Italy. After completing his course in Italy, his first major project upon his return was the award-winning documentary Softie, directed by Sam Soko. The film followed my journey as I ran for political office during the 2017 elections, and Nick was the one behind the drone shots. We became friends, and I enjoyed a front-row seat watching as he went on to document important stories. One of my favourites was his powerful 2021 BBC Africa Eye documentary, "Street Dreams." He directed and filmed a group of seven homeless young men in Nairobi who formed the "Street Family Dance Crew." He embedded with them to capture their raw determination to escape poverty, police harassment, and family issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a story that feels like a distant world today; those dancers used to perform outside nightclubs in the CBD, but the city has since become a ghost town. Many bars closed down and replaced by restaurants that shut their doors by 9:00 PM. It’s a story that captured a time in Nairobi that is long gone. In 2024, Nick and I united as he covered the protests. While I participated in the demonstrations, he worked on an unnamed film and we often discussed safety tips. I was a storyteller before I was an activist, so I knew a thing or two about staying safe in the streets while documenting potentially dangerous stories. When Nick was falsely arrested in May 2025, for allegedly producing the BBC documentary, Blood Parliament - two of the three people arrested with him were working with me. I received a call shortly after their arrest and faced the difficult task of calling my colleagues' parents to deliver the news. The arrest was hostile; they were forced to hand over their phones and passwords, and when their equipment was finally returned, it was infected with spyware. What remains hidden from the public eye after an arrest are the cold cells, the degrading police interrogations, the court arraignments, the stares, and the judgment from both friends and strangers. Sometimes even the loss of clients who don’t want to be associated with “enemies of the state.” On a personal level, the trauma of such an arrest can lead to depression, alcoholism, or insomnia. In Nick’s case, his body crumbled, a hidden disease manifested, and before we could truly understand what it was, it stole him from us. His passing is an indictment of our failed healthcare system. Good healthcare is not free. We do not have enough blood in our blood banks and patients must organize their own donors in both public and private hospitals. Furthermore, specialized medical care is so expensive and out of reach that his family and friends were in the middle of fundraising for a life-saving bone marrow transplant in India. I am glad that he was able to produce his latest work, The People Shall, last year. The documentary is a first-hand eyewitness account of the events of June 25th, 2024, when a new republic was born. In his honour, and in honour of the hundreds of thousands suffering due to poor healthcare in this country, may we take our power back. Nick was good people. He had a positive attitude toward life and brought love and laughter into every room he entered. He could lift heavier weights at the gym than people much older and bigger than him. I had the chance to lift weights with him and his co-accused friends; he was so confident that he was the only one lifting bare-chested. That was 'confidence pro-max,' and he beat us in lifting heavier weights and doing more sets. In September 2025, I woke up early to ensure my son was ready to go drone filming with Nick. My son had recently acquired his drone pilot license, and Nick had taken him under his wing as he worked on a new film - a project he was looking forward to finishing. He surprised us all with his early exit on January 7th, but we thank God we had the chance to spend time with him. As we grieve Nick’s death, may his story inspire you to leave that boring job, find your purpose, and live a life that leaves an impact. I am so grateful for Nick’s life. May God comfort his family and friends and give them strength. He will be dearly missed.
