But also at the same time namtan's acting absolutely shattered me in this scene like the portrayal tragedy of prim’s situation is that the first time she lost bambi because work kept coming before their relationship and now after finally choosing bambi over work, over herself, over literally everything else and she’s still losing the love of her life for a second time. That kind of disbelief and helplessness written all over prim’s face was truly so well acted. The way prim kept begging bambi not to let her go, not to do this to her and desperately trying to make bambi understand “you knowhow miserable my life is without you” felt unbearably raw. At this point nothing matters more to prim than bambi and namtan portrayed that desperation, heartbreak and fear of losing the person she loves so painfully well that you could genuinely feel every emotion with her.
