I love all five of the Saint-Saรซns Piano Concertos. Many years ago, I saw Philippe Entremont perform No. 2 with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. This was not too many years after he had recorded Nos. 2 and 4 for Columbia, with Eugene Ormandy and the Philadelphia Orchestra.
