I agree with Mr. Twalib. Here is the thing. Kenyans by and large appear to lose their minds around election time. We don’t evaluate candidates based on their track record, manifesto, integrity, vision, or any other sensible criteria. We ask and receive handouts, give our votes to clowns and charlatans, and then ask whey nothing changes. Until we chose to make better choices at the ballot box, the joke is always going to be on us.

Kisumu is stuck interms of Development, auditor General the other day reported that Kisumu is among the counties that did spend zero money in development in last year's fiscal year. So where are you people hoarding Kisumu County money if it's not being stolen?????
