The recent unprecedented weather event in the UAE and the operational disruptions it caused at #DXB have been a great challenge for us all, but it has been the most challenging for our guests who’ve had to spend much longer than they expected at our terminals. To bring some comfort to them during this time, our team of ground staff and volunteers has worked tirelessly around the clock to deliver more than 73,000 packs of snacks and water. We understand the frustration and distress that the past few days have caused many travellers, and we thank you all for your patience and understanding as our operations recover. Please know that your welfare is, and will always continue to be, our number one priority.

Thank you for stopping by our booth, hanging out with us, and taking pictures with us. Our group photo session took over an hour (we literally still can’t believe it). To be honest, it was a bit hectic since it was so busy. However, you guys were all so nice and patient and understanding! And even though it lasted over an hour, you guys waited in line just to meet us 🥹. Thank you for purchasing our JolliBaddies posters (we SOLD OUT omg!!🤯)! This is also unbelievable to us. Thank you for going to our panel on Saturday and playing Bingo with us!!! IN THE MAIN PANEL ROOM TOO!!!! We thought that only 20 people would attend and were originally going to be in the smallest room. However, the line for the panel was SO long that Tsumicon staff ended up switching our room from the smallest room to literally the LARGEST panel room!!! Our minds are still blown away by this. In addition, our panel line was SO long that staff had to cut it off because we were at MAX capacity!!!! The Charlie Kirk Vigil at Boston Common last night brought together so many patriots, united in prayer, strength, and determination for change. Thank you to every single person who showed up. You reminded us that we are not alone. One of the most inspiring parts of the night was hearing from the young speakers who talked about the impact Charlie had on their lives and why they feel called to get involved. Their words were powerful and showed that the next generation is ready to carry this mission forward. But this is just the beginning.
