๐ŸšจNATIONAL SCANDAL: Police handcuffed a dying 18-year-old student as he bled out. More worried about a fake โ€œracistโ€ slur than saving his life. This is utterly disgraceful. ๐Ÿ˜ก 18-year-old Henry Nowak, a bright young university student, was stabbed five times with a 21cm blade after a night out in Southampton. As he lay in a pool of his own blood, pleading that he had been stabbed and saying โ€œI canโ€™t breatheโ€, the police ignored him. They handcuffed him and treated him like the criminal. All because his attacker claimed (with zero proof) that Henry had racially abused him. A wicked lie, the court heard. No evidence it ever happened. But officers bought the killerโ€™s story instantly and arrested the victim while he was bleeding to death. They left him cuffed and helpless for 3 crucial minutes before even starting first aid. Three minutes that might have made a difference. DCC Robert France admitted it in the apology video. Staggering incompetence and cold indifference. Henry was pleading for help. He tried to climb a fence to escape. He collapsed under arrest for โ€œracismโ€, as officers prioritised political correctness over basic humanity. Absolutely outrageous. Heads must roll! Release the full bodycam footage NOW! No more hiding. Henry and his family deserve the truth. This cannot stand. RIP Henry Nowak. Justice for him means accountability for the officers who failed him so catastrophically.

This is a video of Henry Nowak moments before his murder. He was an 18-year-old British-Polish student with his whole life ahead of him. Henry was slain in Southampton on December 3, 2025. Only now, nearly six months later, as the trial unfolds, are the full details of this horror reaching the public. Vickrum Digwa, an Indian Sikh described as a โ€œBritish National,โ€ stabbed Henry multiple times with a 21cm shastar knife, a ceremonial blade he had chosen to carry openly in the street. In the UK, Sikhs may openly carry ceremonial blades under so-called โ€œreligious exemptions,โ€ while the ordinary White Englishman is left disarmed and easy prey in a country that increasingly treats him as a stranger in his own ancestral land. When police arrived, Digwa claimed he had been โ€œracially abusedโ€ and attacked by a โ€œdrunkenโ€ Henry. Henry protested that he had not attacked Digwa. He told them he had been stabbed. But British police, ever the dutiful enforcers of the openly hostile anti-White order now ruling the dystopian UK, handcuffed Henry, the bleeding victim, and only began giving him first aid after he collapsed. By then it was too late. Henry had suffered four stab wounds, including fatal injuries. He left a blood trail as he tried to escape, climbed over a bin and a fence, then collapsed onto the street. He reportedly drowned in his own blood. Henry was White. His killer was not. That is the part they did not want the public to dwell on. If the roles had been reversed, the racial identities, the weapon, and the supposed โ€œhateโ€ motive would have been repeated endlessly by the UK propaganda machine. The public would have been lectured about โ€œWhite British hate,โ€ the need for more tolerance, more multiculturalism, and, of course, more mass immigration. Because the victim was Henry Nowak, a young White man, there was no national sermon and no moral panic. The details only reached the public when the trial forced them into view. To say his name is not enough. To mourn him is not enough. A people that only grieves after each atrocity, while refusing to end the conditions that produce the next one, has chosen the path of demographic erasure. Native Britons, and Whites across the West, must demand an end to ALL Third World immigration and make remigration a central policy of national survival. Memory without action is surrender.

โ€œCan you just imagine WWE if every single guy came out wearing the exact same thing?โ€ In April 2022, Big Ben Rothwell announced on Ariel Helwaniโ€™s show that after 13 years with the UFC, his request for release was granted. After receiving offers from Bellator, PFL, and BKFC, Rothwell ultimately signed with BKFC, citing a great deal and the desire for creative freedom that had been stifled during the UFCโ€™s Reebok era. Rothwell recalled an incident where he wore his iconic โ€œcloakโ€ backstage, only for the UFC to demand he take it off. Another time, Rothwell offered to let the UFC keep the $10,000 Reebok money so he could wear the cloak. Their response? โ€œWeโ€™ll stop the whole show and take your entire purse if you wear it.โ€ Rothwell drew inspiration from Francis Ngannou crossing over to boxing and Conor McGregorโ€™s ventures into the same space, but his main desire was simple: to fight in front of live crowds again. โ€œThe Apex is not for me,โ€ he said bluntly. He also spoke about his comfort fighting bare-knuckle, revealing that during his UFC days, he often waived the requirement for hand wraps. If anything happened to his hands, heโ€™d accept the consequences. The first time he did this was in his fight against Brendan Schaubโ€”though no, he didnโ€™t head to P.F. Changโ€™s afterward to celebrate. Less than three years later, Rothwell is crowned BKFC champion, winning the belt in just 36 seconds in front of a record-breaking crowd at the Wells Fargo Center. He called it the โ€œcraziestโ€ crowd heโ€™s ever fought in front of during his 25-year career. To make the moment even more surreal, McGregorโ€”one of Rothwellโ€™s inspirations to make the crossoverโ€”was in the ring as a part-owner of BKFC. Few could have imagined this back in 2022 when Rothwell first announced his move to BKFC. Big Ben Rothwell / Ariel Helwani Bare Knuckle FC / Conor McGregor

๐Ÿšจ HAIM ESHED BREAKS HIS SILENCEโ€ฆ & TELLS ME ABOUT HIS VISIT FROM THE MEN IN BLACK ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ After shocking the world in 2020, when he spoke openly to the media about the existence of extraterrestrials & the โ€œGalactic Federationโ€, Haim Eshed - the former head of Israelโ€™s space programme โ€“ seemed to very swiftly DISAPPEAR from public view. So much so, that some people worried he had been intentionally โ€œsilencedโ€ for speaking out. So, when I recently sat down with Haim, the VERY FIRST question I asked him was: โ€œHAIMโ€ฆ WHY DID YOU DISAPPEAR?โ€ His answer was MIND-BLOWING! As you will hear in the video, he explains that โ€“ soon after his public revelations about the Galactic Federation โ€“ he received a worrying visit which led to him โ€œstepping backโ€ to keep a lower profile. WHY? Because he was visited by group seemingly "official" but entirely MYSTERIOUS & unidentified โ€œMEN IN BLACKโ€! These men somehow knew where he lived, had detailed knowledge about him & questioned him about his work & scientific theories. Anyone who knows the history of the UFOs will understand why this is SO intriguing. Because, for DECADES, UFO researchers, witnesses, scientists etc have reported encounters with mysterious "Men in Black "who appear unexpectedly to ask questions about UFO sightings or experiences. This phenomenon is SO well known that Hollywood even made a series of WILL SMITH action films that were directly inspired by the many reports! BUT hereโ€™s the really WEIRD part โ€“ the real life Men in Black have been reported all around the world, but can NEVER be traced back to any official government branch or intelligence service, & they are very often described as having something very ODD, UNCANNY & โ€œOFFโ€ about them, almost as if they themselves are NOT normal human beings...or perhaps even from โ€œhereโ€! So, who are they? Government agents? Intelligence operatives?...Or something even STRANGER? And WHY did they make an INTIMIDATING & DISTURBING visit to Haim Eshad โ€” right AFTER he spoke out publicly about the GALACTIC FEDERATION? Watch the video & tell me what you think: WHO do YOU think the Men in Black really are? And what do they WANT? #MenInBlack #UFO #Disclosure

They told us handcuffing Henry Nowak made NO difference. A combat medicine doctor just CONTRADICTED that. He says the handcuffs didn't change nothing, they CHANGED EVERYTHING. Henry Nowak could have LIVED. THREE MINUTES after they cuffed him, he was DEAD. Hereโ€™s what some of the new transcript actually shows. Three minutes in, the male officer says he's not breathing. Cuffs off. CPR starts. โ€œCome on. I got you.โ€ Mate. Bro. Genuinely trying. Then he whispers, โ€œHe's fu*cking gone. Blood's coming out his nose.โ€ Keeps going anyway. Eight minutes after Henry told them, same officer, hands still mid compression. โ€œHe's got a stab. I'm pushing on a fucking stab wound.โ€ He didn't get told. He FELT it. Under his own hands. That makes it worse, he says. It does. Now he knows exactly what they missed for eight minutes, and his own hands just proved it. The female officer who found it replies. โ€œIt's fine. It's not coming out. It's fine. Keep going. Keep going. It's not bleeding out.โ€ She's just confirmed an active stab wound on a dying boy. Her response is to talk it down. Gurpreet's 999 call told the operator Henry needed medical attention. They turned up with CUFFS. The operator asked once about injuries, heard bleeding from the mouth, moved on. Asked THREE TIMES what racist thing was said. โ€œThat's what I needed to know.โ€ One word outweighed a dying boy. Henry told them himself. With his own mouth. Conscious. Clear. โ€œIโ€™ve been stabbed.โ€ The reply. โ€œDon't think you have, mate.โ€ Not โ€œlet me check.โ€ Not โ€œshow me.โ€ A flat dismissal, because the man who'd put the knife in him got there first with a different story. Henry was the one in cuffs. The man holding the actual KNIFE wasn't cuffed at all. They wrenched his arms back to cuff him. The exact motion a critical care doctor says tore the clot holding his bleed shut. Dr Magier didn't need a courtroom. Just a phone and a post mortem. Chest stab wounds kill under 5% of the time. One London trauma centre, 938 cases, under 1%. Even Henry's exact wound, the subclavian vein, is a coin flip if help's close. He wasn't unreachable, he was THREE MINUTES from a major trauma centre, conscious enough to speak in full sentences when they arrived. The pathologist told the court none of that mattered. The judge repeated it at sentencing like it closed the case. It didn't close anything. Bought three weeks, until a paediatrician on the Isle of Wight read the numbers out loud and the coroner ordered a jury inquest the next day. Think about the sequence again, slowly. A boy is bleeding out. He tells the police the TRUTH. They believe the man who lied. They restrain the boy telling the truth. They check for the knife wound eight minutes later, almost as an afterthought, with a torch someone had to be asked twice to fetch. Three days after he died, Hampshire Police drafted a statement calling Henry the AGGRESSOR. His parents stopped them. They did it AGAIN at the tribute stage. TWICE. CPS stepped in a third time, mid trial, warning them they were about to collapse their own murder case. Four people built that lie around Henry's dying body. His mother walked off with the weapon. Convicted of assisting an offender, sentenced next month. His brother lied live on the 999 call, his father helped remove the knife at the scene, both now facing charges. Not for the lie that killed Henry. For a stash of weapons found at their house the next day. Twenty two charges between the three of them. None for the thing that actually mattered. The officers who cuffed him. Six months on, still treated as witnesses, not suspects. Three no longer on front-line duties. One's already left the force, for an unrelated reason, apparently. IOPC investigation remains open. Hampshire's own Police and Crime Commissioner said it plainly. He was not believed. He was not treated as a victim. Those words should have triggered an immediate and urgent medical response. While a doctor laid out the numbers proving Henry had a real chance, Keir Starmer told the country there's NO two tier policing in Britain. This isn't a story about one bad shift. It's a story about an institution trained to manage a narrative before it's trained to save a life. All 43 chief constables in England and Wales signed up to that guidance. Hampshire alone spent ยฃ861,737 making officers sit through it. Henry Nowak gave them everything he had left. His voice. His account. His own diagnosis, spoken out loud while he still could. They gave him eight minutes and a torch.

So much to love about Garrison Rippa game winning field goal last night for Jacksonville State! He had never attempted a field goal or extra point in college. It was Jacksonville Stateโ€™s first bowl win ever in their first year as an FBS program. BUTโ€ฆ What stood out the most to me was his pre-kick routine: - Breathwork to control his emotions and lock in on the present-moment. Many athletes take their breath for granted, but the best of the best utilize the power of it. - Feeding his mind powerful thoughts with his self-talk. He kept telling himself over and over โ€œyou were built for moments like this.โ€ If players donโ€™t take control of their self-talk in moments like this a lot of times theyโ€™ll start to think about what they DONโ€™T WANT TO HAPPEN such as โ€œdonโ€™t miss it!โ€, rather than what they DO WANT TO HAPPEN such as โ€œIโ€™m nailing this!โ€ I donโ€™t know what his final thought was right before the kick but Iโ€™m sure it was super powerful and positive. As Derek Jeter says, โ€œThe last thing you think is the first thing you do.โ€ Quote from Rippa after the game: โ€œThere's a picture of me on ESPN with my head against the wall just like I was just breathing,โ€ Rippa said. โ€œI was just trying to tell myself, you know you prepared for this. All the hours outside of practice, all the hours in practice, been doing a lot. My teammates, they put me in a position to win, and I made it happen. I prepared for this.โ€ All athletes (and non-athletes!) can learn and gain inspiration from what Garrison did last night. Nice work man! ๐Ÿ‘Š

Full episode now on X: My conversation with Dmitry Balyasny, founder and Chief Investment Officer of Balyasny Asset Management, one of the most successful and disciplined multi-manager hedge funds of the last two decades. I sat down with Dmitry to talk about his journey from a 7-year-old immigrant from Kyiv who spoke no English to building a $30+ billion investment platform, and the hard-earned lessons about markets, talent, and human nature that shaped his path. Dmitry founded Balyasny Asset Management in 2001 after cutting his teeth at Schonfeld Securities starting in 1994. He's built BAM into a dominant force in the multi-manager space, managing over $30 billion with a team of 2,300 employees worldwide. His approach combines rigorous risk management, systematic talent development, and a deep understanding of what separates great analysts from great portfolio managers. Widely regarded as one of the most thoughtful operators in the hedge fund industry, Dmitry has spent three decades studying the psychology of trading, the evolution of market edge, and the organizational design required to scale excellence. We spoke about: - Immigrating from Kyiv at age 7 and how that shaped his worldview - Reading Atlas Shrugged in college and how Ayn Rand's philosophy influenced his thinking - Losing every dollar he made in his first year as a broker and why he persisted - Building BAM from scratch and the most important decisions over 25 years -Attracting and retaining talent in a hyper-competitive compensation environment - How the nature of edge has changed over two decades - What a day in the life of running a $30B hedge fund actually looks like โ€ฆ and much more. Day #6 of Tommy Robinson ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง wrongful imprisonment, and his situation grows more dangerous. After receiving his first visitor at HMP Belmarsh, Tommy was secretly transferred late Friday night to HMP Woodhillโ€”a prison notorious for violent jihadist gang activity. The abrupt move, made without any explanation or notice, blocked his legal team from acting until Monday, putting Tommy at immediate risk. HMP Woodhill lacks the secure zones of Belmarsh, where heโ€™d at least been kept away from dangerous prisoners. Last time he was at Woodhill, he was attacked by a jihadist gang member who shattered his teeth. Now, heโ€™s been placed in โ€œthe block,โ€ an isolated punishment cell typically reserved for violent offenders. But even there, heโ€™s not safe; prisoners posing as janitors or staff can still access him. This transfer isnโ€™t just punitiveโ€”itโ€™s deliberate endangerment. Tommy, a category D civil prisoner, isnโ€™t a violent offender and shouldnโ€™t be held in a maximum-security facility at all. His removal to Woodhill reflects a larger campaign to silence and intimidate. Tommy was reassured heโ€™d have visitation rights, routine, and protection at Belmarsh. Now, he has none of that. He was deceived. The risks he faces are real, and his safety is in jeopardy. We must make it clear: Tommy Robinson must be freed before itโ€™s too late. I STAND WITH TOMMY ROBINSON #FreeTommy Tommy Robinson ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง Side note: This video was recorded by me before Tommy was imprisoned and we spoke about his fears which he has to face if he has to go to Belmarsh.
