Without question. But at least you can understand the self-interest. Harry is different. Harry is family. He grew up inside that family. He knew his grandmother. He knew his father. He grew up beside William. He knew Catherine. He knew exactly who these people were long before Meghan ever walked through the palace gates. And what did he do with that knowledge? He sold it. Oprah. Netflix. Spare. Interviews. Court cases. Private conversations. Family arguments. Childhood memories. Nothing was off limits once there was money, publicity or a grievance to be squeezed out of it. Let’s kill one argument right here: Harry wasn’t some brave outsider exposing a terrible family. He was raised in that family. He was loved by that family. He was protected by that family. RM talked about Jungkook's contribution to "Hooligan" 🐨: So, Jungkook and Hobi spent a lot of time working closely together. It probably came out of Jungkook and Hobi's room. And as you know, I don't know why Jungkook suddenly brought up the keyword 'Hooligan,' but anyway, Jungkook wrote this part with (watch this watch this beat going hooligan), and from there, he talked through it with the local songwriters to flesh it out. Then I also made some minor revisions, and after many people revised it, it came out like this. 🐨: For this, a person named El Guincho, who works a lot with Rosalía, collaborated with me for over ten days, and there were so many really interesting tracks. There were many tracks like one that started with the sound of knives slashing, a motorcycle sound, or a Game Boy sound, but this song probably came out of Hobi or Jungkook’s room about a month into it. 🐨: To that extent, Hobi and Jungkook really did a huge job. From the moment we heard the rough sounds with the people who were there, the track itself was just so good. And because the keyword 'Hooligan' stood out so strongly, it felt really great. 🐨: Originally, there was this choreography that was really intense, the kind they used to dance, and Taehyang also danced it. There was this kind of choreography. But after listening to opinions from the company's ideas and various people, we changed it to this one to try and make it a challenge and gain mainstream popularity (viral success). 🐨: But as expected, a challenge isn't something that just succeeds because you force it. In the end, that other choreography created by one of our fans, you know, the one with the hip-thrusting/pelvis popping? That one became the viral challenge, and everyone ended up doing that challenge. It showed us that what we try to make happen doesn't easily catch on, and it didn't become a challenge at all. So I realized, 'Ah, this really isn't something that happens just because you try to push it.' 🐨But anyway, it was great because so many people did 'Hooligan'. You want to blame the palace as if it was some kind of silencing move, but you fail to understand that instead it exposes what this really is. Where was that interest when Meghan was just another working actress trying to make it? Where was the sit-down when she was deep in Suits, far from global headlines? No one needed palace permission back then. No one was “banned.” No palace. No restrictions. No “people in the room.” No one to “block” anything. You want to blame the palace as if it was some kind of silencing move, but you fail to understand that instead it exposes what this really is. Meghan Markle was simply not someone Oprah was prioritising for a major sit-down. Nor was Meghan Markle relevant enough for that level of attention. It’s also interesting how Meghan frames it as not being “allowed” to speak privately, with others present, as if that’s unusual. She was about to marry into one of the most scrutinised institutions in the world. Of course communications are structured. That’s not some shocking revelation, that’s standard. Then comes the key line. “Now we can speak freely.” “Now I can say yes.” So what changed? It only became “the right time” once she had the global platform, the title, and the leverage that came with the royal connection. You can’t rewrite this into a story about being silenced by the palace when the timeline shows something much simpler. The demand wasn’t there before Harry. The value wasn’t there before the royal family connection. And suddenly, after everything, we’re supposed to believe this was always about “not being allowed” rather than finally having something to sell. Let that sink it.

Holy cow people the question wasn’t great, but just answer it man. It’s reactive in those scrums, everyone maneuvering for the mic, and candidly, it’s nervy asking questions close up to them. It kind of reminded me of this at the Players. I saw it happen and it left an impression. He was talking about testing other drivers on the range, but stuck with it on Thursday. The reporter followed up and asked him “Are you sticking with it?” I’m appreciative that this part of it is not something he asked for. To stand there, after a round that demanded full attention, and answer a few sub-par questions sucks. Tough part of the job. But the others guys job is follow him around the course all day and ask 1 question, and you don’t have to embarrass that guy either. I’m certain he’s not a jerk. He’s the best in the game, and a faith oriented family man and I love that. But this kind of stuff comes off with arrogance to me 🤷‍♂️

🐨: The song 'Body to Body' was originally supposed to be titled 'Body on Body.' If I remember correctly, it was a song with a very sexual nuance, like 'I need somebody on body.' You get the general vibe…bodies overlapping and all that. So it was a pretty sensual song. 🐨: Of course, it's not like we can't do sexual songs anymore; after all, we are in our 30s now. However, I just felt that putting out a highly sexual song right now without a clear reason wasn't the right direction for us. 🐨: So, I thought about 'Hand in Hand'—the theme song for the 1988 Seoul Olympics by Koreana…and shifted the concept to 'Body to Body,' playing on the idea of holding onto each other's bodies instead of just hands. I really wanted it to become an anthem. 🐨: There was a lot of debate in the documentary about whether or not we should include 'Arirang' (to sample the folk song). Since some of the context was edited out, it might look a bit sudden, but after listening to it for the third time, I finally understood the reasoning behind it. 🐨: We had been listening to the version without 'Arirang' for a long time, so when it was first added, it felt a bit unfamiliar. Some people might even look at it and think, 'Isn't this trying too hard to push forced Korean patriotism (Gukbong)?' To be fair, that's a perfectly valid perspective. 🐨: But ultimately, when you think about it in the context of live concerts, that part hits differently. Seeing so many international fans waiting for that exact moment and singing along to a traditional Korean folk song perfectly... that is not a scene you can just artificially manufacture or stage. 🐨: I actually really like the GIF of that moment. J-Hope is dancing and grooving excitedly right next to me, while I'm standing there looking deeply serious and thinking to myself, 'Oh man, this is huge. We might be in trouble.'
