I recently visited the The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City and noticed several idols of Indian gods and goddesses. Many such pieces are believed to have been stolen from temples and now sit in museums far from their cultural and spiritual context. Authorities, including India in USA, should actively engage with institutions to facilitate their rightful return. These are invaluable parts of our heritage that deserve to be restored. #BREAKING KNA’s Support to ADG PI - INDIAN ARMY Revealed For a long time, Manipuris especially Meiteis have been saying that the Indian Army has been collaborating with Kuki militants, a claim often dismissed as a rumour. However, this is no longer the case. In a recent podcast of Col. kaushal kashyap and Lt. Col. kaushalendra singh in their Monks and Warriors YouTube channel- Captain Praveen Thapa of the 21 Para SF revealed that the Kuki National Army (KNA), a Kuki militant group under the Suspension of Operations (SoO) agreement with the गृहमंत्री कार्यालय, HMO India had conducted joint operations along with the Indian Army against other insurgent groups in NE India particularly Manipur. Retd Major Maj Digvijay Singh Rawat, Kirti Chakra (Retd) was also a part of 21 Para SF. This might also be one of the main reasons why the Indian Army & GOI is reluctant to act against Kuki militants who have repeatedly violated SoO ground rules and why the गृहमंत्री कार्यालय, HMO India continues to renew the SoO agreement despite strong opposition from the common people of Manipur. P. S. Haokip, a Burmese origin- is the President of KNA. KNA has played a significant role in the ongoing Manipur Violence to get Separate Administration for the Kukis.
