NEW: Neighbor of the suspect in the Ilhan Omar attack says he was medicated from a previous accident, says he sent a cryptic message before the incident, according to the New York Post. Anthony Kazmierczak's neighbor, Brian Kelley, says Kazmierczak asked him if he could watch his dog while he went to Omar's event. "He said, 'I’m going to this Omar thing.' I’m like, Omar what? He said, 'This town hall thing.' And he said, 'I might get arrested,'" Kelley said. "I figured it was nonsense. He wasn’t going to do anything stupid. I said, 'Sure, I’ll walk her.'
