Between July 16 and 17, 2024, I had the honor of attending and participating in the Egypt Mining Fourm - Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources - Egypt, an event that highlighted the challenges and opportunities of this vital sector. The conference stood out for its focus on diversity and inclusivity, emphasizing the importance of drawing on successful and leading Arab experiences, particularly those led by #Saudi_Arabia over the past years. What caught my attention the most was the ongoing commitment to integrating innovation and the latest technology to enhance the effectiveness of this sector. The conference also highlighted aspects of #safety and #sustainability, which are fundamental elements for ensuring a better future for mining in the region. During the conference, I had the opportunity to participate in one of the technical sessions, where I presented a research paper on how to leverage modern technological capabilities to advance this promising sector. A conference like this fosters a spirit of innovation and opens new horizons for collaborative work among Arab countries in the #mining sector, benefiting our economies and communities.

Here’s a breakdown of what it took for infold to give me VIP 2024 status on the EU server. I still haven’t received my 2025 VIP invitation. I spent ~ €9,000 between Feb 2025 - today. I received my 2024 VIP invitation in December 2025. Afaik, ppg only counts spending until around mid-August 2025 when deciding who receives the 2024 VIP boxes. Based on that, it technically took me about €3,600 to qualify. However, they didn’t tell me until five months later. By then, I had already spent another €3,000, meaning I had spent around €6,500 before I was officially recognized as a VIP. I didn’t receive VIP support before December 2025 either, so I personally don’t consider myself to have become a VIP back in August already 🤷🏻‍♀️. They just considered it for the VIP Box. I’ve had access to a private VIP Otto customer support Discord since Dec 2025, and I received my 2024 VIP gift box in Jan 2025. So, depending on how you look at it: ~ If I technically became a VIP in August 2025, it took about €3,600. However, since then, I’ve already spent another €5,400 and still haven’t received my 2025 VIP invitation. ~ If I only became a VIP when Infold actually acknowledged it in December 2025 (which is how I see it), then it took around €6,600. The Hidden Story of US Interest in Venezuela: An Economic Hit Job From 2000 to 2024, approximately 650,000 Venezuelans migrated to the US, which is far lower than the millions often claimed. But the real story is why they left. Our gov repeatedly claims the migration is due to authoritarian rule & mismanagement of state resources by Hugo Chavez (1999-2013) & Maduro (2013-Present). However, the numbers tell a different story. Between 2000-2016, only 34K Venezuelans migrated to the US. Migration surges which occurred between 2017-2024 (650K) align with aggressive US sanctions targeting Venezuela’s economy, banking & gov. These measures, shaped by oil & mineral corporations, banking elites & geopolitical interests, have destabilized Venezuela, fueling the very crisis our gov claims to address. Why does the US care so much about Venezuela? It’s all about the oil & minerals. US refineries need Venezuela’s thick/heavy crude oil to blend with lighter domestic oil from the Gulf to process effectively. As recently as August, the US imported Venezuelan oil. The goal is also control. Western companies like Chevron want exclusive rights to Venezuela’s vast reserves, ensuring none go to rivals like China. For over a century, the US has orchestrated coups and for the past 20 years, imposed over 900 sanctions to pressure Venezuela’s government by punishing its people into submission and pushing for regime change. Secondary sanctions on countries importing Venezuelan oil force Venezuela to smuggle its crude through third parties, who rebrand it to evade restrictions. Even now, US military presence in the Atlantic aims to block Venezuelan oil shipments, deepening poverty to pave the way for a puppet leader like Maria Machado, who promises to open Venezuela to global corporate interests. Venezuela is also rich in natural gas & minerals. Venezuela has large deposits of bauxite (for aluminum), iron ore, coal & gold (which our gov sanctioned in 2024). The country also has reserves of diamonds, nickel & coltan, as well as other minerals like copper, uranium, phosphates, zinc & various nonmetallic minerals such as kaolin, salt & marble. In fact, our famous global looter, Elon Musk, set his eyes on Venezuela’s untapped uranium deposits in the Roraima Basin for his SpaceX dreams to Mars. (See my article on this under the article tab) “Venezuela does not export natural gas to the global economy. The nation had more than 5.6 trillion cubic meters of proven natural gas reserves in 2021; in the Western Hemisphere, only the United States had more reserves.” What about the drug trafficking? US claims of Venezuelan drug trafficking also unravel under scrutiny. UN & DEA reports confirm Venezuela does not produce drugs. Colombia accounts for 84% of cocaine, with Peru & Bolivia supplying most of the rest. Only 5-10% of drugs transit through Venezuela. Drugs primarily transit via the Pacific Ocean, not the Atlantic where US forces are currently patrolling. The “Cartel de los Soles,” which the US labeled a terrorist group, does not exist. It’s a name our government created to justify accusations against Venezuela’s government. Economic Hit Job Despite the US narrative that mismanagement of Venezuela’s vast wealth is a Chavez & Maduro problem, it has been a problem for over 100-years & under the rule of every leader the US supported. For over a century, US policy has systematically destabilized Venezuela, driving poverty while pursuing control over its resources. The current narrative of fighting drug cartels is another attempt to squeeze Venezuela economically to force regime change. But who benefits from these efforts? Certainly not the increasingly poverty stricken Venezuelans & definitely not American taxpayers who pay for surges of migrants, border patrol & military actions against Venezuela. A story close to my heart From Vision to Reality: How We Transformed a Government Girls High School in the deserted suburbs of Muzaffargarh into a Center of Excellence : STEM-Arts Center of Excellence In April 2024, we set out to do the "impossible": turn a neglected Government Girls School in Muzaffargarh Mondka into a world-class Center of Excellence as the 10th project under the umbrella of Education Innovation Network in the region for AI technology and skill development. 330 days later, the impossible became possible with 3 main projects under this initiative : ✅ AI Center – Empowering girls with the tools to shape their future ✅ Botanical Garden & Science Hall – Nurturing curiosity and a love for plants ✅ Dr. Ahmed Saeed Khan Nishtar Art Gallery – A tribute to my mentor, brought to life by Sehrish Jameel Warya Usman Khan and 30 passionate Nishterian students , an idea inspired by Boston Arty Gallery. Due to my perosnal art love , I personally funded and named it one of the best mentor Dr. Khan. Top three bestt artists winner 🏅 received cash prizes to promote the culture of Art at Nishtar and its use in the community. To my knowledge its first ever Art Gallery made by doctors in the Pakistan for a community outreach impact This wasn’t just a renovation—it was a revolution. 💡 Special credit to my brothers who worked hard day and night with countless barriea and challenges but delivered this best gift to community Asif Laghari Saqib Laghari Muhammad Jafir Laghari Muhammad Musharaf Laghari .
