Head coach Dave Aranda's full quote on what he would say to frustrated fans: "We’ve got a bunch of really, really good people in the program that are doing everything they can to get wins and to make it an entertaining product for the fans. It means so much when there are fans there and there’s a home-field environment. I look at the guys that are on our team right now, who have been through so much and are such quality football — really good football players — more than that, but just quality people. They’re the type of people that maybe some of the people who are talking about them knew them better, would be all for them, and support them no matter what. I think for them, to have it where their work is being rewarded with people that got their back in a critical game would be cool, but I understand what you’re saying. I can definitely see that."

#LeeJunho opened up about his dad 🥹 He used to be a sailor/navigator, so he was often away for months at a time when Junho was growing up. Because of that, Junho didn’t get to spend much time with him until after his father stopped sailing and became a civil servant. But the dynamics after different when it’s teenage years and so much times’ passed. This year, Junho had to pay attention to his dads’ health.🥹He kept thinking how is it that, so strangely, at this moment when I’m acting, a trial like this comes to me? Why would a hardship like this come to my dad? Thoughts like that kept coming up, and it really wasn’t easy. So during scenes about Taepoongs’ appa, felt kind of like a kind of confession to himself. And so he was even more immersed in the character. 😭

THIS is why Meghan gets blamed for so much: the life they’re living now is the polar opposite of what Harry wanted if he was no longer a working royal. HARRY gave up everything to live the life that Meghan wants. So calling their departure from the royal family “Megxit” is completely justified and appropriate.

jungsu’s reason why he loves kids/babies 🥺 🐱 of course one reason i love seeing babies is because they’re so cute, beautiful, and lovely. but beyond that, looking at that moment of them makes me happy. when a child comes into this world, honestly, as a baby, they can’t do anything on their own at all, they’re completely weak and need their mom and dad’s help for everything. but through their parents’ support, they keep taking on new challenges, and through those experiences, they become a child. then through more experiences, they become a teenager, and eventually an adult. watching that process is so beautiful and lovely, and i never get tired of seeing it.

All combined they drop so much loot that it can't all be rendered and just "falls through the floor". 😂 This seems to be a technical limitation & also happens when you kill any Uber Boss more than 8 times without salvaging. I have seen many Uber Uniques vanish before my eyes & fall straight into Hell 🤔 Treasure Bag farming Method & full Kill:

Certain people are anointed. Shawn Carter is one of those people. Because he comes from where he comes from, and became a rapper and celebrity, we tend to view him as simply just that. A celebrity, a rapper, a hustler. But it’s quite clear that he’s different. Just look at his life, that man is blessed beyond his wildest dreams. He was put here for a much bigger purpose. There’s no human being to have ever walked this earth that he should look at with envy. Unfortunately people like him aren’t typically appreciated while they’re still here. As disgusting as it is, I get why he gets so much hate. It’s because there’s no precedent for who he is. He’s the first of its kind. Literally, the blueprint. No Black man is supposed to make it through what he made it through. Achieve so much. Not let fame, money, power, and influence get to his head and end up on drugs or fucked up. People don’t know what to attribute so much winning to. Shit makes no sense. He’s gotta have sold his soul for his success. What else would explain it?

Max Levchin explains why B-players hire C-players The co-founder of PayPal and Affirm reflects on the famous Steve Jobs insight that A-players hire A-players, and B-players hire C-players: “It’s profoundly true. But there should be an asterisk explaining why this is true. And the reason for this is fear.” A-players love working with other A-players because they know it will make them better. They want other A-players who challenge them and will tell them when their work isn’t good. Most B-players are net positive too, but as Max argues, some are fearful and will say: “If I have too many B-players or A-players around, I will look terrible and it’ll be very obvious that I’m just not that good. So the way to fix this is for me to become a manager and hire a bunch of people who aren’t very good at all so that I’ll look like the tallest mushroom.” Max continues: “That is the real danger of B-players. Having people who are perfectly willing to do good work day-in and day-out is not the worst thing in the world. So much to love. Dozens of you have sent me videos from this lovely IG account (dom_pidala), featuring a father-baby duo enjoying some quality time at the piano. They’re all so rich, combining much needed tummy time with face-to-face contact between father and daughter, and the fantastic sensory experience of dad’s soft musical accompaniment - which I’m imagining that in this position our hero can not only hear but feel. Talk about combining a whole collection of developmentally beneficial experiences at once! And check out baby’s grin and laughter. She clearly loves this time together. Just beautiful.
