jl’s tmi on their acon 2025 experience with sb19: during acon, he was just *speechless*. he kept telling juwon that he hopes time would fly faster (so they can meet sb19 faster). “in philippines, i went to a lot sb19’s events but we never had the chance to share a stage, so this time i was really *happy*. i also went to their fancon in the ph once, they were really really good. an inspiration. so good.” juwon said jl got “성덕” (success as a fan) because he was just once a fan, but now also an idol that can communicate with their idol, also take photos, do challenges. jl sad there’s a lot he wants to say. when he found out sb19 was going to acon, he tried his best to make connections (probably to make sure they’ll interact) and luckily they said okay. as soon as they met, sb19 weren’t like “seniors”. they were friends, big brothers. they were so nice and kind (juwon and woongki agree). sb19 also talked to them a lot so it wasn’t awkward at all. when we were doing the dc, they (and the staff) were cheering for us so loud. jl also said there were a lot of filipinos, in the place they ate, in the hallways and even all of sb19’s staff. juwon said it was comforting for jl, and refreshing for him. jl said “these people.. they look like me! there were so many filipino and it’s been a while since i’ve been to philippines so i really loved it.” he also said it’s been a while since he spoke tagalog and juwon said when they met sb19, he struggled speaking tagalog 😆 jl said he got confused because he uses 3 languages. #아홉 #AHOF AHOF #SB19 SB19 Official

Even in a relatively smaller venue, SB19 proved exactly what we've always known: it's never about how big the stage is, it's about the heart, presence, and power they bring to it. Kahit stripped-down ang setup, they never let the audience feel like they're getting less. In fact, they always give more pa nga. Did you see how they improvised their intro and their adlibs sa ibang songs just to recreate that same epic, goosebump-inducing feeling from the SAW kickoff? Ganyan sila kagaling. Ganyan sila kagenerous sa pagpeperform. You can truly see how much they respect every stage they stand on and every audience they perform for. Alam nilang bawat show is special, kaya binubuhos talaga nila lahat, kahit saang venue pa yan. SB19 really knows how to make every space feel big because their presence is THAT massive. And honestly? Ang swerte din ng Taipei audience and yung mga susunod pang international stops nila. With a more intimate venue, parang naka-VIP na silang lahat diyan. May nakita akong clip of Stell checking on Pablo because he seemed to be not feeling well during the PG concert. Then while reviewing my fancams, I noticed Josh and Jah doing this too. These small moments are so heartwarming. It's nice to see how they quietly look out for one another even in the middle of a performance. 🥹 Praying for the boys' good health and strength, especially with Lollapalooza and Summer Sonic just around the corner. Just finished reading SB19’s four page feature in Rolling Stone Japan, and I honestly couldn’t be prouder. Seeing a Filipino group receive this kind of spotlight in one of Japan’s biggest music magazines is such a huge milestone. Having four full pages dedicated to SB19 is an incredible achievement. It’s also amazing to see them continue to appear in Japanese magazines and media, opening more doors and proving that Filipino artists deserve to be recognized on the global stage. You get to understand each member’s thoughts, perspectives, and aspirations while also seeing their shared vision as SB19. Reading their individual insights and how they come together as one group made me appreciate them even more. One thing that really stood out to me is that they believe they still haven’t shown everything they’re capable of. Even with everything they’ve achieved so far, they want to keep evolving and introduce a fearless new side of SB19 while staying true to who they are. That mindset is truly inspiring. I also loved reading about their friendship with BE:FIRST. There’s so much mutual respect between the two groups, and it’s heartwarming to see artists from different countries genuinely supporting each other and building meaningful connections. They also shared that they’d love to collaborate with more Japanese artists in the future, which would be so exciting to see. And of course, their upcoming milestones are incredible. They’re looking forward to performing at Summer Sonic 2026 and introducing more people to Filipino music. Even more exciting is their historic first appearance at Lollapalooza Chicago as the first Filipino artists to perform there. It’s such a proud moment not just for SB19, but for the entire Philippine music scene. Their journey keeps getting bigger, and it’s such a privilege to witness it as a fan.
